This shop is very polite, willing to work with you when you need repairs or anything else done. Awesome place to get parts if they can order or already have in shop or in the yard. They check everything while they work on your vehicle and will call u to tell you if any changes happen or need anything. They will tell you if anything will need fixing in the future.I would recommend this shop to anyone.They will take good care of you

This is hard to find within the automotive repair industry. Previously before Kneers we would always have to return to another repair shop, because the problem was never fixed properly or something was missed. If you are in need of a big car repair and nervous about who to trust. KNEERS IS YOUR PLACE. Professional, reliable, makes you feel like family. I had a new/slightly used engine and transmission put in my car with over 150,000 miles. They worked with me and really made me feel okay about the whole process. While it took a bit of time to repair, understandably so, they were great. A couple weeks later, I had a small leak. They fixed it at no charge under their warranty and I had my car back within 24 hours. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Not to mention they offer 24/7 towing. I will definitely be recommending Kneers. Support local businesses!!!!!

Lori was awesome. She didnt have the part I needed but she found one for me and got it to me fast. Im definitely using kneers again.

Told me they had what I needed told me they would call me back when it was pulled. Never pulled the part or called me so I called back and said they had it for more than what they told me 3 days earlier then called me back 2 hours later to tell me they didnt have it after all. Waited 4 days total for absolutely nothing.

Bought a used part it was not the right one, thats ok because they did get the right part. The part they sold me was very worn and was very over charged. They refused to return my money, and took full advantage of me, why would you sell a part that is only worth 12 dollars and sell it for 65. Because I was taking advantage of the courts will have the same problem. I trusted this business. Its a shame Ive would have still done business with them. Now hmm well you lost my business and respect.

Headed through to VT for skiing, busted a rim on the highway at 3:30 am. Drove on spare to Troy, NY. Called over 20 places at 8AM for a replacement rim and tire in same day. No one could help. Drove by this place and called. Great service. Was the only place to be able to get us back on the road same day by 10AM!! They were technically closed, but opened up to help strangers in need. Could not be more grateful.

Towed my car in the evening during a snow storm of 20” I picked it up first thing in the morning and was charged for 2 days of $318. Will post my receipt 🧾! ALSO, I literally had to shovel my own car out of their parking lot that was covered in 2 ft of snow. My car was parked in the grass so it was muddy and wouldn’t come out easily. THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Even the Sheriff’s dept. we’re surprised they towed my car within an hour it being unattended during a snow storm. Must be hungry for $$$$$$

My car got stuck in the snow and needed a tow. The tow truck showed up in less the half an hour and got my car out quickly and efficiently. I could not believe how nice and knowledgeable the driver was! If I ever need a tow again this is the place I will call.
