I needed some work done on my vehicle before heading out of town for a few days. Nothing major just some general maintenance. I decided to bring my car to Vinnys Garage. I went inside and Brandon greeted me right away. We discussed what work I was looking to get done on my vehicle. Brandon assured me that my needs would be taken care of. The work was completed in a timely manner and it was done professionally. Brandon was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a run down of the work that was preformed and he made sure any questions were asked before I left with my car. I 100% recommended Vinny’s garage for any type of vehicle maintenance. Car had serious exhaust issues and would have cost heavily to replace it. Vincent was honest and straightforward with letting me know the reality. He also helped me get a more cost effective fix that I could afford. Considerate and empathetic.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily over the phone for the next day. Service was fast and the mechanics were very helpful to talk to. I dont know much about cars and they helped make everything stress free!

First time I took my car here. It was for an oil change and it all took less than an hour. I walked in asking for an oil change and he asked me for the key and the car was in the garage in less than 2 minutes. They didnt push me to fix other recommended things, they just warned me of a couple things and proceeded with the oil change. I appreciate the laid back environment of Vinnys Garage.

Vincent and Anthony are almost a myth, a garage that is honest and love what they do. They take immense pride in their work, never up-sell without a safety reason and will always give it to you straight. There have been many times Ive stopped in without appointment for something as small as an oil change, and they jump right on it.Cant recommend them enough!!

Vinnys is the best garage in Troy. Very nice and professional, care of the customers, and reasonable price. They point out the problems, but never push you to repair your car. They provide very helpful suggestions.

Vinnys Garage is just awesome. Theyre a local business in Troy, conveniently located with ample parking at the side of their building. Anthony, Frank and Victoria are friendly, in a small business way - theyre always cheerful, and wont try to push any unnecessary stuff on you. Ive been coming to them faithfully for 6 months now, and have never been disappointed; they get the job done, and yes, they have free WiFi while you wait. I drive all the way from Guilderland for both of my cars (an Audi Q5 and a Jaguar XJL), just because I like both the work that they do, and their company. If you want flamboyant service, with a fancy waiting room and free cookies and Keurig coffee (which will be reflected in the cost of services!) this is not the place for you!

From routine maintenance (oil change, inspection, tires, etc.) to more major jobs (brakes, drive belts, etc.), to the obscure (deterring under-hood dwelling mice) Vinny and Anthony have kept my vehicle in top condition, better than when I bought it. Very reasonably priced and thorough, quality work. Highly recommended!!!

My car broke down at 2 AM on a Saturday. Despite being closed on Sunday, Vinny and his team came in that weekend just to fix my car since I had work the following Monday. Would go here again and highly recommend!

I had a flat that required me to buy a new pair of tires. Vinnys did so, getting me a great deal compared to other places locally, and was done in an hour. This included driving across town to pick up the new tires and everything. The worker was quiet, efficient, and knew what he was doing. I will be coming here again with any more problems, because Vinnys is a great shop.
