I took my car in the Friday before Labor Day weekend for a simple oil change. Unbeknownst to Me the Technician who serviced my car did not properly secure my hood. As a result, I left this service center & jumped on I-75,,,, I didnt get far before my hood flew open crashing into my windshield causing major damage to my vehicle. It was ONLY by the grace of GOD that I wasnt injured. Thank GOD ππΎ I was able to pull off to the shoulder of the Interstate w/o causing a crash. This could have been avoided.Due to AAA Tire & Auto Service Center (in Troy, OH) Negligence in simply securing my hood,,, I was left stranded w/NO vehicle for Labor Day weekend. Moreover, because of the holiday there were NO rentals available. I had to hitch a ride w/the Tow Truck service guy to get back home.Since, the incident/accident this service center has failed to take responsibility for their actions of almost $4000 worth of damage. I am shocked, even stunned by this companies disposition in this matter. Especially, because it was Nπ« fault of my own. The proper response should have been to do their Due Diligence in investigating this matter & then responding accordingly. Instead, they had the audacity to cop an attitude w/me the victim & deny bringing RESOLVE & RESOLUTION ( in a Matter they Caused).I called immediately!!! After this incident took place. My call was recorded & I was given an incident report #. A tow was sent out to me about 45min later. Sadly, the Tow Guy was more concerned & accommodating then they were. I am still in Extreme Disbelief that AAA Tire & Auto Center (Troy, OH) has handled this affair this way.
Service was quick and Jay was super nice guy. My $20 oil change turned into $53 due to synthetic oil. I should have left but it was already booked but not again.

I have had 25 years of of AAA service I find a very helpful every time I go in for Maps theyre very helpful in getting them for me just like this time I want to get maps of Ohio and surrounding areas and they were more than helpful to give me what I wanted and they help me every time I have a problem on the highway I have no problems with AAA whatsoever I will keep them and my wallet for a long time to go

I am super disappointed in the new store. I went to pay my membership and she didnt give me a receipt. She said it wouldnt print and nobody was around to help her. She had no idea if she could text me my receipt, email me or if I could go on an app. She seemed grass green. She said it was in the system. I guess Ill have to have faith.I know Ill never go to your auto center again. I expected to get a discount on tires since I am a member. Nope. I could have gotten cheaper tires down the road at a competing company, which I did after buying 2 tires at this shop. Plus the man was pushy, trying to get me to buy the most expensive tires they had. I trusted AAA to look out after their members . What a huge disapointment this new store was.
We love the free digital air machine which has been part of our long trip stops for a few months! Even more convenient than home!

I took my car to have it evaluated for a check engine light. Although there was a miscommunication regarding the test that was done, I believe it was Jay (may not have the name perfectly) who went above and beyond in customer service in regards to the miscommunication. My intent in speaking up was in hopes of drawing attention to it so as to prevent future occurrences; instead, he took immediate action on my behalf. I was rather flummoxed, so unexpected as it was, and also enormously appreciative. Truly, thank you. I will be certain to return.
The guys in the car center were amazing! I woke up to a flat tire the day I was leaving on vacation they got us squeezed in last minute and made sure we were safe for our roadtrip. Thank you so much guy!!!
Dawn was so very helpful and clearly a first rate travel agent. She helped us plan our first trip to Greece. Although she hasnt been there herself inwouldve never known as she knew so much about it and how to have the. Est experience given our preferences. We are returning customers to AAA and recommend them to anyone desiring to travel.

Theyβre very efficient, and honor their work with a warranty (most places donβt). If youβre a member of AAA, you can also receive a discount/other service benefits. Iβm very particular about having car maintenance done, and since our regular mechanic is in St. Louis Iβm thrilled to have found someone local that Iβm comfortable with. Their pricing is the best around. The location is also excellent- within 1/2 mile of three gas stations, Starbucks/Chicfila are right beside AAA, and 75 is a mile away. Itβs nice to have another option in town!
Got me right in and fixed my front turn signal that was not working as I needed it to work ASAP in case I would be in a crash cause the person in front of me wouldnβt know if I was turning. It was quick and easy. They fixed the wiring cause it was all messed up. I will definitely be coming back for further issues if I ever get any. π€(knock on wood and fingers crossed) since itβs a 2014 lol!
I ended up here because Tire Discounters next store ordered the wrong tires. I ended up paying about $100 more. They did a good job with the tire installation and allignment, but it took them 3 hours! After arriving home, I discovered that they had broken one of the running boards on my van, probably due to careless lifting. I will not be back.

I went at 730 am this morning was told shop does open till 8pm whoever was behind the desk did not get his name is rude all I wanted was an oil change on Saturday he said if you want an oil change in troy on Saturday you go to this place down the street almost like he could not be bothered to do an oil change do not recommend.
This place is so good its making the other tire shops hustle to catch up. Extra good if you are eligible for the AAA discount.
They didnβt have an issue with me coming during the last half an hour of the day for a dire battery replacement. I really appreciated their willingness to help!
I am mainly writing this review in hopes the General Manager of this location sees this review as AAA seems to respond to google reviews. For everyone else you may read on or ignore this novel of a review.Went to AAA for an oil change as i saw being a plus member I get a certain discount and the oil change was cheap already. I call to make an appointment. Dude on the phone was devoid of all personality and gave me a time to come in. No confirmation of appointment made just come in at that time and we will see if we got time .Go over there and drop off my car. Come back and get my car and drive it off the lot. No problems for the first day but then the second day I start hearing scraping on the bottom of my car. It is the rough end of winter as of writing this review so I just thought it was ice on the bottom of my car and continued driving to work. When I drove home I still heard the scraping, so I went ahead and looked at the bottom of my car and what I saw is in the picture attached to this review.So the next day I take my car back to AAA and I tell the person working the service desk (Jamie) was his name about the service I paid for them to do and the damage I found under my car after they serviced my vehicle. I showed him the picture and he immediately assumed the problem was they either didnt secure the shielding properly or the technicians that worked on it broke the rivet and didnt mention it.At this point Jaime told me they would hoist the car up and assess the damage. Jamie comes back to me and takes me to see my car and this is where the whole situation derails. Jamie and three technicians begin a whole charade of trying to downsell the whole situation as now they were trying to tell me that the side panel was not required to take the main panel off and that a collection of ice was the reason my side panel fell off and not from them doing the oil change.This was an entierly different answer than what Jamie gave me when I came in. I told all four of them I wasnt buying it as I did my own oil change on this vehicle before and you need to take off the side panels before you can take off the main panel where the oil pan is located. I even pointed with my finger where the side panel is riveted to the main panel. (The broken bit of the side panel was still attached to the main panel!) They were so adamant that I was mistaken to the point of wasting more of my time by removing the main panel off to prove they didnt need to remove the side panels.At this point I was getting fed up and I just told all four of them that the bottom line is this; The car is not fully paid off yet, it had a part when i brought it in, the part is no longer attached to my car and is torn off since I left your service station, please take care of me. At this point Jamie got upset with me and made the comment You see what Im seeing if you want to fight about it and take it to court then lets go order your part come on. He then begins to act sporadic and then goes back to my vehicle and then begins to take pictures of my remaining side panel so he can order my part. At this point i realize the left side of my main panel is hanging low and has ice in it which tells me this panel wasnt secure either. The technicians informed me they will secure this before the car leaves the lot.We then go back to his service counter where he asks for my receipt which i hand him, my first and last name, and my phone number. He said he went ahead and ordered my part but he never gave me any kind of invoice or proof of purchase for the part, just a we got it ordered we will call you when its in. So really I have no idea if they ordered it or not. All the while he was being passive aggressive towards me with comments like, Next time you come in we will have you put your panels on. While he was ordering my side panel I requested to go back into the garage and watch the technicians properly secure my main shield panels as at this point i dont even trust these people to do anything. Which he said yes but never let me do.Cannot Recommend.

Drove over two hours to have my car worked on at this location. Was told that they can handle all makes and models. AC wasnβt working and was told it would be about 3 hours to get it figured out and fixed. After 8 hours they told me that it was a part they couldnβt get due to not having suppliers setup for Honda parts. I left my house at 6:45am to make it up there and after all the wait only had 12 hours of wasted day. I called multiple times and even borrowed a car to drive over there to get updates. Stay away and go to tire discounters or Midas. At least they tell you up front they have no idea what the issue is and that it might take a while. The only plus was that they didnβt charge me. But they did run my car all day and left with 11 miles to empty. I barely made it to the gas station. Worst mechanic experience I have ever had. Troy has way better options. Failure all around.
