We had Stanley Steemer out to clean and sanitize our HVAC ventilation system. They were prompt, courteous, and honest. They did exactly what we needed and asked for without trying to sell us any extras or add-ons. Im very happy with the service and will use them again.

I went in looking for vinyl flooring. Who knew? Stanley steemer and Troy sells vinyl and other flooring. I found Kim to be very knowledgeable about the products available and their features.

Absolutely terrible service they did 5 rooms was there probably not even an hour my front room carpet was not done good at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AND WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT TO SOMEONE ELSE

We have used Stanley Steamers here in Troy multiply times ! Each time the house looks wonderful when we return home. We did have a couple spots in our home that needed focused on, with the addition of our new puppy 😊, and they were awesome at communicating the process and helping us. We had a stubborn area and at no additional cost we were set up with a follow up the next week to come back out and go back over that spot !! I highly recommend this company . Such a pleasure!

The people who came to clean the carpet were not professional in my opinion. One had a mask the other did not. I asked that they please have mask. They did not wear shoe covering. Im not sure what sense it makes to have dirty shoes on cleaning a carpet and stepping on said carpet with shoes. I have light colored carpet they were hauling all there dirty hoses on, and that was not being cleaned. They should have put plastic down.Very disappointed in the service. I would not recommend.

Look no further!! We had a flooded basement. The basement is fully finished. The owner, John Sevitts, arrived the same day I called and gave us a plan to stop the damage. From day one John executed his plan to perfection. He saved our carpet and was able to dry the basement completely, saving all of the dry wall. He knew exactly what to do and was very comforting to our situation. His experience and professionalism is unmatched. On top of everything John is simply a nice person. I will always use this service and will be calling him when it is time to replace our old flooring. I will not hesitate to recommend Stanley Steemer, Troy, Ohio to anyone.

We couldnt be happier with the service that was provided. We were in a pinch and needed some last minute cleaning done before hosting a party. They were able to get a team out here first thing in the morning the day after we called. The team was courteous and handled everything we requested quickly and effectively. Great service and we will definitely use them again in the future.

They was pd. to come and clean my carpets at my apartment that I was moving out. I was councelled 3 times before they finally came. They was only there for 15 min. There was some Staines on the carpet and I told they before they started. They told me they was done. I brought attention to areas that needed cleaned better due to there was things still on the carpet. I was told they tried to get them out but couldnt. I was there all the 15 mins. they was there. I ran my finger nail across the things that was on my carpet and they came right up. I told them about it and showed them but the answer I received again, We tried and it wont come up. I told them I shouldnt pay you since the carpets wasnt cleaned right. After they left I went to town and rented a rug Dr. and cleaned my carpets! I will never use Stanley Steemer again unless I can get another Stanley Steamer out of my county. My experience with these people I was horrified!!
