Hello to all Hispanics who ship to Guatemala. Let me tell you that in December I sent a small box valued at 1,300 dollars. And what hurts me the most is that the things that Ivan in that box were only for my son and this is the date that the box that I sent never reached its destination and for the delivery of that box it came out in 200 dollars. And now this company has to wait for me for a few weeks and until the date that box was stolen and I am very upset by what happened I would like to report this company for what they told me but I dont know where to go to report them. If I put a star it was because I didnt have the option to put the comment.

Very good service, I like the kindness of Don Eddy. Always helpful with the clientele.

At the moment the worst service that I have seen more than 1 month and they do not give me reason for my order that supposedly arrived in two weeks
