The worst post office I have ever been to. Staff is slow and extremely rude, clerk was practically yelling at me. That’s why they will only be post office clerks for the rest of their lives since they wouldn’t be able to get a more prestigious job with that demeanor. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

They dont stay open to the times thats stated on the website and on their own main door. It has happened to us twice in past few weeks. We went on Saturday at 2:25 PM and the post office was shut down even though it says they are open until 3 PM. Seeding past reviews seems like they close when they want and dont care about the times they are supposed to be open. This is not a private business but part of the US government and they should abode by the tea they have posted. Very disappointing.

We moved our business in June and we are still having trouble with delivery. I have been to the post offices in both Hamilton Rt 130 and Robbinsville and filled out paperwork. I’ve put a container to collect the mail in front of our door and I’m still getting notices that mail is being returned to sender. Can someone please tell me what needs to be done to get the mail delivered to my business- clearly the change of address form was not enough. I have not been able to speak with a person over the phone and when I go into the post office I am sent to another location and passed off. Is there any accountability anymore with any government agency in this state or federally?

I went to the post office this afternoon and my item would’ve cost too much because of the box dimensions. I was sending a present to a friend with cancer in Florida. The young lady working was very helpful and I managed to get a smaller box to bring down the cost. Both ladies working today were very very polite.

I tried to drop off packages for customers at 2:45 pm on Saturday and the office was closed. It says hours till 3 pm but the doors were locked. These are time sensitive and needed to go out today. They were too heavy to put in mail slot.

It’s overall a good place. Staff is generally helpful despite so busy. Went here for passport and some other matter multiple times.

Posted hours are open until 3pm on Saturday. The closed at 1pm. The package drop-off box is ALWAYS taped shut so you cant drop off packages after hours anymore. They claim this is for Covid safety, but all it does is mean that more people are forced to come during the hours theyre open which means more exposure to other people. It also means those of us with full time jobs struggle to find time to get to the post office before they close, even on our days off.

The problem is I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Can’t leave a message bc the mailbox is full. I actually wanted to commend the clerk and carriers who got my overnight envelope to its destination on time but can’t bc they don’t answer the phone. The main customer service number has a one hour wait!!! Unacceptable.

So far at this center for 3 days, no update at all. It’s a priority package.

8/24/2021 Tuesday, this post office employees decided to closed the lobby at 4:45 pm, shut the door and moved all customers out . Advice to customers, this location always closed earlier than their closing time .

The reason why i give 2 star because their hours it says in the website open from 8AM to 3PM, i went there today at 1 PM but the door is locked when we spoke to the guy who worked in there he said the website is not accurate, why they post in the website their hours like that they should fix this.

I did not want to do review but I have to. Bad customer service. Girl talking on phone, neglecting people. No help at all. So sad.

I went to pick up a package because It said it was there. Lady refused to help just gave me a number to call that was no help because voice box is always full and no answers! It says its there and the same lady is always there and I get her all the time. This sight and the anex are horrible. Still do not have my package and this has been going on since January.

I have been to some bad post office, but this place takes the cake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This post office scams you. They lie about the weight, and the price of shipping. I went to the self serve station, and I was told shipping would be $1. Then i was told I had to hand it to a worker where I was then charged $3.72. How on earth does it have two different shipping prices? This location sucks, and so do the people who work there. No worker can explain the reasoning either.

Absolutely understand why more people use other options to ship items. Constantly my mail is given to my neighbors including bills, college acceptances, scholarship information and packages this past year. Thankfully we are friendly with our neighbors. In addition, I placed an order for shipment boxes with a confirmation number and they said it was never received. What’s the confirmation number for then?? I am a patient person but it’s getting crazy how bad they are. We have tried nicely to talk to our carrier and the people there. They just smile and say ok but it hasn’t gotten any better.

Always courteous yet professional. Wait times are not terrible. Just don’t go at lunch time. Too many customers go on their lunch hour. Not the staffs fault someone comes in with 30 envelopes that need to be weighed and stamped. So do not give a bad review because you have no patience.

I send a priority mail on February 4 and it still hasn’t arrived it’s now March first 2021 .be careful this isn’t the first time!

A lot of people dont realize that the United States Postal Service actually have better rates than FedEx and UPS.. so if you want to save more money try doing ALL your mailings at your nearest Post Office you wont regret it.

Sent a package via certified mail that never reached. Asked for tracking information since i stopped getting messages and it wasnt delivered. The Lawrenceville USPS sent me here that only Loretta can track it. Drove all the way here to find out Loretta was out to lunch and will be back after half an hour. The lady said the other two people including herself cldnt assist.The guy behind me who had 5 packages in his hand to ship via ebay said packages and letters going missing was normal and when you call the 1800 number you can be on the phone call all day and every day no body picks up..thankfully i had only wasted an hour. His packages often go missing no matter how he sends them.I thought customer service wld catch up in the govt sector but its not the buzzword here. Giving a 3 bcoz they were all polite

I scheduled a passport appointment online, but no one informed me that my appointment was cancelled because the supervisor is sick. I wasted my lunch hour.

Id never thought Id say this about a post office, but this place is quite responsive. I went to pick up my mailbox key and arrived as they were closing, yet they were still able to check for my key. Also, I like that one womans green hair.

Most times the line is long if you need to go the counter. General counter employees are helpful and nice, the next level of management needs to learn customer service.

9 customers in line at post office and one cashier, USPS needs to fire the manger in charge of not having enough staff to quickly and efficiently handle the customer flow before anymore damage is done to such a respected American institution.

Trying to get in contact with this place... the phone numbers I was given by the Allentown Post Office are apparently to a residence, not the USPS, and the number listed here ending in 3000 basically told me that the business doesnt have a voicemail box and then the system hung up on me. This is ridiculous.

I have to say the same as many other people as to trying to contact this poster office!! I felt like I had to go for a run around the damn world to get a phone number and when I did it was the wrong one!!!I also had a p.o. box there for one year and decided to cancel it!! I had given them a forwarding address and my mail was lost or returned to sender!!! 😠

I have watched my street carrier drive right on by my house and come back my house passed again, and then 1 hour later I receive a official PostOffice email stating my package could not be delivered because no one was available at the delivery address.This has happened about 4-5 times in 6 months. What do YOU think is going on. Something fishy for sure.

Approached the inside doors just as the worker came out, on her cell phone, with her back to me. I was at the door exactly when she put her key into the lock. Im too late? I said. Yes, were closed. Oh, I thought there were two minutes left. No. Were closed. There was nobody in line at the counter so they werent overwhelmed. I walked away, looking at my cell phone. It said 4:58. Five oclock means five oclock.
