If I could give 0 star I would. Bait and Switch tactics seem to be the only way they do business. Not only could they not honor what they quoted, but then they wouldnt even honor the higher price we agreed to later to get the load done.And the best part: they didnt say anything until a couple hours before the scheduled pickup so I was at that point pretty much screwed.
