We had storm damage to two locust trees and some much needed trimming on ten other trees. Baker and crew did a wonderful job. Trees came down, stumps were ground up and all the trimming left our yard looking so much better. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The yard was left very clean and neat. Their last words were “if we have forgotten anything, just give us a call.”

Derek Baker and his tree crew have been coming to my rescue whenever there is a need to cut or trim old or dead trees that have lived out their existence or were a threat to power lines or could create a safety hazard.Recently, I hired Baker Tree Service to cut down two dead conifers and trim back two large lateral sycamore branches that were a potential safety hazard. Derek’s crew of Eb, Harley, Rickie, Robbie, and Joe handled each job like they knew what they were doing. They worked as a team helping each other out as they progressed on the tasks at hand.The crew were very accommodating when I asked them to save specific parts of the trees to use later as kindling or split logs in our wood burning fireplace. The lateral limbs were piled and logs stacked where I instructed them to be placed. Very accommodating!Safety is Baker Tree Service’s first priority whether it be sizing up a tree to determine what location would be best for a tree to land after being cutdown to making certain no one is in the work area where a crew member is high up trimming branches with a chainsaw.. For example, when I wandered into the work area collecting wood on the ground and Rickie was high up trimming large sycamore branches, a crew member politely asked me to move to a safer location out of harm’s way.Finally, the tree crew cleaned up their work area before they left.Baker Tree Service is affordable and their high reputation proceeds them. Derek will come and survey what needs to be done, quote you a fair estimate and answer any questions you may have. They are professionals you can trust and I highly recommend Baker Tree Service.

Half of a big Bradford Pear tree came down during a storm, also taking out 2 small Evergreens and an ornamental tree; I couldnt use the front door or walkway of my house. Derek Baker, the owner, responded within an hour of my phone call and gave me an estimate. The day the work was done, a crew of 7 showed up, with all the equipment needed, and had everything removed and cleaned up within an hour and a half. Derek also came towards the end of the job to ensure the work had been done as expected and gave us advice on replanting. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use his company again.

They removed a huge pine by my pool, removed 3 stumps, and cleared out brush from trees we cut down ourselves! They did a fantastic job, was safe and quick, and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with their work.

After being stood up three times by Kevin’s Tree Service, I called Baker and he was out my way, on time, within 2 days. Walked me through options and pricing and was completely professional and friendly. He gave me an estimate about how long it’d take to get to my project (tree removal and removal of a stand of honeysuckle/cedar), and got to it sooner than expected. No damage to my lawn, despite it being pretty soggy. I’m always going with Baker.

We used Baker Tree Service to remove a big Maple tree previously. We needed a few shrubs and a couple of small trees removed this time. They removed the shrubs, trees, ground the stumps, cleaned up the debris and were gone in less than two hours. This crew is fast, efficient and the quality is top notch. The price was right, too!

Bakers Tree Service did a great job trimming two oak trees for me. Derek Baker came out, gave me a quote and lived up to all my expectations. They removed two huge limbs on the front yard Oak tree hanging over the main roof and two others hanging over the power lines. On the Oak tree in the back yard, they removed the two huge limbs hanging over the back roof. Eb did a great job as job foreman and the workers worked non stop until the job was complete. They cut up the wood and stacked it for me. They cleaned the yard completely and you couldnt even tell work had been done. Its hard to find companies that stand by their word and go above and beyond what the job calls for. This company does that. I will use Bakers Tree Service again any time I need tree work done. They did a great job taking down a large maple tree for me. At my request, they even cut the trunk into perfectly sized pieces to use as seats around my fire pit. An estimate I got from a different tree service was nearly double what Baker’s charged! I definitely recommend these guys.

Scheduled firewood delivery for Saturday, was told I would get a phone call when they were on there way. Sat around waiting, never received a phone call, no one showed up. 2 days later, still no phone call. Im fine if something came up and they couldnt deliver, but at least notify someone, reschedule, etc.

I hired Baker Tree Service to remove a couple dead Ash trees from my backyard, one was hanging over my roof a little bit. They were very professional from the time I got my estimate until they pulled out of my driveway when they finished the job. They did an amazing job removing the trees, they roped all the dead limbs over my roof off very carefully and safely. You can tell they have been removing trees for quite a while. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have high risk trees that could easily damage your house or property. Best around A+.

I called baker tree service after I had a terrible terrible expierence with Hendles affordable tree service in hope that they could come to my house and finish a 100 percent botched job. Baker came out to my house a day after I called them, well dressed and very professional. I explained the situation I was in and he was happy to give me a quote to get the tree done. I explained to him the reservations I had due to the poor performance from the other company. He assured me that he would take care of me and what needed done. Before he started the job he came out to look again and get a good game plan for completion of the removal. He worked out arrangements to use my neighbors yard to remove my tree and they did a great job. They didn’t leave ruts and everything was how I left it when they were done with the job. VERY professional and a great company to work with. Highly recommend using these guys. Great prices, quality work and someone you can trust.

I called for an estimate on two trees, near power lines and house. They called right back, came out and gave me a fair estimate. They did a great job taking down the trees, they cleaned up and were very professional. I was very happy with their work and have already recommended them to family and friends!

We recently used Baker to remove a 60’ pine that was overhanging our house and very close to our swimming pool. Their team carefully removed the tree limb by limb to ensure no damage to either the house or pool. They then ground the stump, ensuring the debris was directed to prevent damage to the house, or contamination of the pool. We also had them treat an ailing oak, which is showing immediate signs of recovery. The team was extremely professional and very friendly, and a severe storm half way through the job didn’t deter them, they just took it in stride. They also did a great job cleaning up around the tree, and in front of the house where they chipped the tree limbs. We will use them again and have already recommended them to friends. A great professional service at a very competitive price.
