Wayne suggested that I keep my original ring, replace the center stone and add some white gold to it to update the look. Its stunning! They went above and beyond in helping us. Brought a ring in from a previous jeweler that made it for me but I really wasnt happy with it. It had many imperfections/scratches that made the ring look low quality. Wayne actually put it under a microscope and showed me all the issues and we came up with a plan and boy did he deliver! I just recently had a pretty bad experience with picking out an engagement ring and finding the perfect Diamond for it. I went to a different store in the Metro-Detroit area and there found a band and a Diamond. I did not receive a Diamond I originally thought I was wanting. I wanted a certified Diamond and was not given that. The entire process was not very pleasing so I wanted to seek advice. My mom suggested Trenton Jewelers where Wayne took me in like a son. He sat me down and showed me all of the different qualities that make up a Diamond and made sure I understood everything. I brought in my mothers 80 year old wedding ring for repair. It had 2 missing diamonds plus a chipped diamond, All 20 prongs had to be repaired, plus it needed to be resized. The finish on it was very dull..I cannot say enough how BEAUTIFULLY done the repair was. They do the work right there in shop, which also was a plus for me. I love Trenton Jewelry. And the price was great.

The lady Crystal showed me how they have a metal piece that I can adjust myself. She was very polite and knowledgeable. They put it on my ring in 2 seconds and showed me how to adjust it myself. So...my wife did not notice an earing missing one day at work, a family heirloom. After a vacuum cleaner found it.... it was mangled beyond recognition with one of two diamonds missing. Trenton Jewlers says they love to do repairs others cant...this earing was MANGLED! We just picked it up...a perfect match to the other, perfectly restored and all at a very fair and reasonable price. My wifes wedding ring upon inspection by the good folks at Trenton Jewlers showed severe damage to several of the prongs holding the diamonds in place. First time customer and extremely satisfied with their skill and knowledge!Brought in a pair of Ray Ban Luxotica’s which had 2 screws stuck in the arms due to an oopsie from Walmart tightening them down before boaring the holes for the arms.Wayne at Trenton Jewelers was not only able to remove the stuck screws (one of which the heads broke off due to over-tightening), but he was able to boar out the arm holes to fit the screws accurately.He also went above and beyond by removing the old nose pieces and adding the new ones on. Which is a time-consuming process as they need to be bent off with the lenses removed so as to not damage them.Wayne took care of all this for me in THE SAME SAY! Even though he specializes in jewelery, his skills with high-end eyewear is unmatched.And did I mention how helpful and kind the entire staff was? Everyone including Wayne were incredibly nice and helpful.Thank You Trenton Jewelers!
