If I could rate a 0 I would! They took advantage of me and took my card and charged it before I got a receipt! I asked for a oil change that was 39.99 advertised on the big sign in front and also on the website and then I ordered the rain-x for 3.99. They told me I notice your in scrubs so I would get a 15% discount for Being a essential worker. I said thank you. They give me my bill and it was 51.17! With this discount the total was 45.56! They charged my card a extra 17.00 for labor!! Never in my 46 years of getting my oil changed did I ever get ripped off like I did today! Never ever been charged 17 dollars or any money for labor! Let alone ever paid 45 dollars for the cheapest advertised oil change. Who knows if they even changed my oil?? Do not trust these scammers! Your welcomeperformance plus quick oil for taking advantage of me. Crooks!

Fast and reliable although not the cheapest on full synthetic oil change. Would use them again because my time is qvaluable and I hate waiting in line.

Unfortunately they left one of my lower engine shields loose and it came loose while my wife was on a long trip and got bound up underneath. Not happy about that,some extra care could have been taken to make sure everything was tight.

I dont know much about oil changes and whatnot, my husband wasnt able to take it in, and this place did and charged everything they could to make an extra buck off me. I made it clear I just wanted the minimum, basic oil change that they advertise for $24.99. By time they did and changed out what they absolutely needed to I walked out paying almost 70 bucks. Would have been better off going to an honest place as we usually do, paying a little more for the basic service but not getting taken advantage of.

I’ve been bringing my Jeep Wrangler here for over a year and have only gotten amazing service by extremely friendly, welcoming, and honest individuals. I had exceptional service from Stephen today who helped me with fixing my after market headlights, explained and showed me everything he was doing, and was just overall great to work with and be around. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

The place I originally went to didn’t have a replacement plug, and couldn’t get it off. I desperately needed an oil change, so I came here and these guys not only fit me in last minute, but also took care to make sure I was fixed up properly. They took time to make sure I was getting the right filter, as my vehicle previously had the wrong one on (they notified me of this), and showed the correct one, and the difference between the two.Overall a great place, with honest and professional mechanics. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience at Performance Plus Quick Oil Change. Arrived just before noon on a Saturday. Pulled right in and served immediately. The crew was courteous and playful with my kids while we waited. Heather did a great job leading me through the options of service and recommendations. Full oil flush/clean and oil/filter change in 25 minutes for $75. Very pleased. Will be back again.

Jason and Stephen have changed this business around. They are very personable and very professional. On top of that they put the customers needs before heading home, even if it means going and getting a light bulb not on hand and putting it into my pain in the a** Arcadia. They also answered all my questions and were very informative about what was going on with my car, and explaines the differences between products helping choose what is best for my car. I have an old pile of a truck and they were so friendly and great with my oil change. They were cheaper than anywhere else I called for a synthetic oil change. They gave my son a sucker, made sure everything was good on fluids and let me know I get free top offs in between oil changes. I could not be happier with their service. I will be a loyal customer here. No trying to sell me things I didnt need which often happens to me going into an oil change place as a woman.

Called ahead to ask about getting an oil change today and was told it would be no issue. Showed up 30 minutes later and stood at the counter for 45 minutes without ever even being greeted. Finally got fed up and left. Never returning, worst service Ive ever had.

I stopped in a few years ago to see if they would let me bring my own oil in. This is the one. Good people here. It appears that they put the customer first instead of profit. THAT is the way to go IMO.

I got an oil change at Performance Plus on S. Airport a week ago. This was my first time there. They were absolutely wonderful, very professional, very friendly, fair, not pushy, and I was more than pleased for the clean job performed, i.e. I did not have a puddle of oil drops on my garage floor after being serviced by them (which has previously happened at a few other oil change services). I dont know the guys name but he went across the street and got a code reader and figured out the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. What an awesome thing to do, thank you so much. My wife had an oil change at this facility yesterday. Shortly after leaving, a blown fuse (didnt know it at the time) resulted in no fan and the car overheating. Jason came to the location at which my wife was stranded and located the problem (blown fuse) and fixed it, and my wife was able to head back home.This was on Jasons day off, the problem was NOT caused by anything his employees had done, and I couldnt be more pleased with how Jason helped.This was a 5 star event, and we will be back !!!Terry

Wrecklessly put thinner viscosity oil in my car other than what was recommended by the manufacturer Im waiting to talk to the supervisor to get this discrepancy figured out my car now leaks from the cylinder head due to the negligence of the staff..They called, supervisor is I guess a factory trained technician whos stated he did nothing wrong . All cars leak oil.NO PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

Heather the manager is fantastic, she is always sweet, swift and on top of what ever our vehicles need. Once our tire stem feel off and she had the guy next door fix it before we got back from shopping at Costco. She has fixed mistakes of other oil change places and if something isnt right with my vehicle she lets us know and how we can get it fixed asap. If I owned my own business I would hire her. I can not express just how awesome she is. I am sad we are moving away but wanted others to know that this is the place to get an oil change.

This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this establishment and let me tell you it will the ONLY one from here on out! The staff was nice and took their time to explain all options and all details of things they found/ didn’t find when checking everything over. There was absolutely NO pressure sales, they answered all my questions with no judgment and were done in 20minutes or less. As a female I absolutely hate having to get oil changes or anything with my vehicle because we get usually one of two scenarios: 1) pressure sales on top of pressure sales for a bunch of stuff that does not need to be changed/replaced and 2) the extreme rudeness and the “you know nothing” attitude from workers when you ask a question or maybe even for just being a woman and pulling in. This is why I will be personally telling all my friends and family (especially the females) to bring there business here!The two people we worked with today were very nice and efficient: Heather and Michael. Looks like Im not the only one. This place used to be the only place I would go for an oil change.After the new manager Jason showed up, he told me I needed a new air filter, which is fine so I agreed and let them order it. My fault for not knowing how much it really costs. After seeing a $67 charge for an air filter, I called back and asked what brand he used. After calling the local AutoZone and NAPA, they both quoted me $20-$30 MAX for the same air filter. You guys completely screwed over a loyal customer.

They had a sign that said $25 oil change! I pull into the bay before I tell them what I want or get any prices they have my oil drained! He then tells me its going to be $60! Unbelievable! Wont be back!

These guys are courteous, thorough, and efficient. No hard selling or talking you into the next level of service. They tell you what issues you might have (i.e., burnt out light bulb, dirty air filter, etc...), but are fine with you not having them fix it. Theyve even got treats for my dog!

This place used to be good, havent seen the girls lately, and now theyre all a bunch of fake salespeople. I wont be back. Somehow I take this used vehicle I recently purchased, to my mechanic 2 months ago and everythings fine.... Nothings changed, yet these weasels make it sound like my car is falling apart. I told them I had it scheduled with my mechanic for an engine tune-up, and that he can take care of everything. That didnt stop them so obviously they arent interested in my well-being, theyre just trying to upsell me. Not to mention, the markup on parts at the oil change places is so ridiculous, $26 for a $9 air filter. I wouldnt trust this place any further than you can throw them. Armchair mechanics trying to upsell you at every turn.

I only gave this place one . I wish i could give it none but i cant. I took my car to them when i first got it three years ago. They have been the only people i have taken my car to. In that time they have overfilled my oil every time giving it 6 quarts of oil when the dealership and the manual said it should only take 5. In result it caused a major oil leak in my car which is pretty costly to repair. On top of that they broke my tire air stem with the sensor in it and they also broke the pins on my engine cover (its a mazda). Wouldnt take your car to them unless u have money to fix it afterwards.

I got an oil change two days ago at this location. Yesterday my oil pressure light came on so today I drove back through...I explained to them that my light was on so they checked my oil and the filter and said nothing was wrong. I asked if there was too much oil and they said no and sent me on my way. I stopped at a dealership and they had checked everything and my oil was 2 quarts too full! The people were friendly, just disappointed in the experience I had with them.

Pulled up needing to get an oil change, 1hr before closing. We sat there for about 5 min before giving a honk to notify the people we saw walking around that we were waiting to be served ( there were no others waiting, and were not currently helping anyone else) in the end we drove away and didn’t get a oil change there. I won’t waist my time to be ignored again.

Got a oil change here where the sign out front said one price and paid almost double that.. They failed to tighten my filter where my oil ended up dripping out of my car see photo attached. To top it off they didn’t tip off my windshield fluid. When I went back with my oil leak concern they did nothing to compensate their mistake and my time. Never again will I go back…
