Delivery driver here and couldnt deliver my load of 2 pallets because i have a mistermeanor warrant for a no show in court and wasnt allowed to be on grounds.. wow security tight there
Easy in easy out. Just make sure you have an appointment.
If you come here to deliver a load or to pick up one. Be pushy and ask them even for a phone number of who to call one you’re in the area where you need to be. It’s a BIG yard and you barely gonna see people around. And when you do find one they don’t know where everyone else are. Nobody knows nothing. I guess it must be nice to get paid by the hour and not do what you’re hired for. Oh and bring your lunch or even diner because you may spend your whole day here.
Perfectly professional.
Great place to work!
Construction made finding what you needed hard. Not enough directional signs
Count on losing your whole day if you come here.. they wouldnt except a delivery on Thursday because they said they stop receiving after 12:30pm so we had to park and wait to deliver on Friday. On Friday we came early, had to go to 4 different buildings before someone could finally unload us. Nobody seemed to know what dock we needed to be in. They took forever and made us overlap our hours to drive for the day.we didnt get out of there parking lot until 2pm. If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldnt recommend taking loads to or from this place.
Went there for a VA Disabled id card. Very prompt and curious service.
We went to the Tracy Defense Logistics Post for the San Joaquin area to renew our Military ID cards. I went on Google to find an ID facility that was closer than Travis AFB (which is normally a 90 minute drive), and there was a calendar with the open dates & times that were available. We picked our times and then drove the 20 minutes. It was very easy going through the main gate and the security personnel were very friendly and helpful in directing us to the ID building. We had two of us that needed new cards but we had two different times that were 90 minutes apart. The personnel were very accommodating and we were able to do both IDs together without the extra wait. The gentleman who helped us was Joe Smith who was friendly and extremely efficient. It was definitely the BEST ID process that Id ever experienced. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was also a display with many brochures for the various California attractions (such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Zoos, Boat tours, dining establishments and many more) in which some Military & Service members (email for a list of members that can obtain tickets at: [email protected]) can buy tickets at greatly reduced costs. All we had to do was drive the five minutes to the Member Services (MWR) building and pay for the tickets (they can even mail your tickets with a Credit Card Authorization form within a weeks notice of needing them). We would like to thank the Base Commander for offering the ID services along with Mr. Joseph Smith for making this a GREAT experience. Its also nice to know that we have a base that is close and convenient to get to.
Very efficient place to get your military ID renewed. Be sure to make an appointment and bring a valid ID.
This place is a black hole for logistics going overseas to the troops as the receiving process is completely broken. Any packages sent here dont leave for 4-6 months, and thats if youre lucky that they didnt lose the package to begin with. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the shipping side seems to be fine, as parts leaving here generally ship within a few days. However, I dont understand how this place hasnt turned two with constant report high value parts being lost or delayed in shipment. It really feels like troops overseas are an afterthought.
Man they have this place locked down but safe and secure being here
Very positive people in and out side of the base! I love this place thank you very much for being kind! NEED AN Appointment make sure everyone knows
This facility is a God-send for retired military like me in the San Joaquin Valley. Just outside of Tracy, CA., its a secure, no-nonsense base for non-V.A. business like ID cards and pay.
I used to work here, 2008 - 2010. Shipping department chief, customer service. Former war fighter, so to see this place in action as a government civilian was shocking. No sense of urgency for the troops down range. Just put in your 8 hours, and unass this place. Let the military run it. Soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines can do a better job providing logistics to the men and women in the combat zone.
Former employee looking for health insurance info and forms.
Delivered here today, some of the best security we have encountered- got us in and out very quickly all while doing their job, everyone was very cordial from gate to warehouse to forklift operators. Very good place to deliver.
Most people here are GREAT. There are A FEW...Typical goverment SEAT WARNER Employees. BUT Most of the time I get in & out IN a couple hours.
20 year veteran trying to get an I.D. now has to be done through Rapids. Which if you schedule it must be for each family member. They do not take walk in appointments ensure you do it well in advance.
Kinda a pain to get through security. But I get it. I rather the depot be secure and have to wait an hour to get through the gate. Fast easy load as a step deck
Worked here 20 years.
The people that work here are useless, apparently only 1 guy no hows to do everything. The other 2 people that work there are glorified seat warmers. The overall service sucks as well. Worse deers center ever...
I can only drive by because I do not belong on the base. But it has good security!
Cause I have work there for over thirty years now
We went and unloaded very nice staff professional
4th visit to update ID card. Began process before Christmas, finally got it done 1/30. Arrived at one appt. And nobody there. 3rd time their system was down.
It was either this or Best Buy....I havent given up on Best Buy.
Its the government. Dont go there if you dont have time to waste. No matter what is pretty much an all day thing.
If you know what you’re doing, it shouldn’t take more than 1hour for delivery/pick up
TERRIBLE customer service, at least over the phone, who knows if they would act the same way as they did directly to someone.
One of my favorite places to go....and theres not many of those
Great
You can re-new Military and dependent cards here. small commissary Restricted access Mil ID Only
Serving the War Fighter. The best in the Western Pacific...

DLA is a great place to work
No phone number for Base Operator for general question suuch as asking if you can get a new ID card made.
Awesome place to work
You can get military ID cards there.
This facility is not open to general public. Really nothing much to say other than the security is very tight on the premises.
Fast employees
Load there quite a bit same as usual slow and always a issue with where load is
Good Army base.
The government facility thats why
Stay away if possible. You will be there all day.
Why is this facility on here? If you dont work here youre not going to get on.
Never been here....just driven by a few times. Security seems to be a priority around there.
Every visit I have to sit and wait by the guards then I get to go unload my pipe and fittings🤗
