Have not been here but I work a few doors down I have heard a lot of bad things about this place. Yet when I am able to visit this place I will redo my post if my visit is worth more stars.

Sheena is wonderful to work with. Kirby vacuums are great machines.

If I could give zero I would. Still waiting on owner Ryan to call me back w complaints I have regarding instructions missing for the vacuum. He said he would return my call days ago but still no word. ZERO in the customer service department for sure. As for the product I cant use it so its a ZERO as well.Not good review for Kirby name thats for sure.
