The complex was enjoyable for the short time we lived here. Big shout out to Dave from maintenance for helping me out big time by MacGyver’ing our couch out of that place. Not sure how else we would have gotten it out of there.

We moved to Tracy in August, back then we had no idea of where to begin in this area, but as soon as we saw this community we felt like the effort for the rent would be worth it, and it is! The apartments are brand new, its safe, it has a lot of green areas, their amenities are always clean, as far as we know all of our neighbors are friendly, is pet friendly and our fur baby is so grateful for this, also staff is awesome, don Hector is always helping us whenever we need anything right away and with the best mood, everyone around honestly. Were very happy living here 🤗

Just moved into Harvest a month ago and I love it here!!!! Its a brand new complex close to everything. The apartments comes with its own garage. The staff is very friendly as well.

My fiance and I had the honor of getting a tour about an hour or 2 after calling to check for availability. Leasing manager Ashley was so sweet funny and extremely helpful. This place is beyond beautiful definitely looks like the pictures online if not a million times better. If you are looking to rent anywhere this would be the place. No doubt! Thanks again Ashley for being so helpful today.

These are newly built apartment complexes and town houses for lease. Layout and look is very modern, and so are the amenities. Staff is communicative and helpful. Love the palm tress, basketball court, fresh vegetable garden, pool, jacuzzi, gym.SPECIAL THANKS TO SHAUNTIA for being super patient, calm and helpful throughout the leasing process for my incoming move.Their units go fast so if you like something i recommend fill application soon :)

We love living here the homes are beautiful and the location is great. But as far as it being a NON SMOKING COMMUNITY it is NOT. I can’t have my windows open due to people smoking cigarettes or marijuana outside of their homes. When you sign the lease it says Non Smoking and there is even a sign saying it as well before entering the property. So far I’ve only seen a few residents here following those rules. The office has sent out blogs about dogs and people not picking up after them but have NOT said anything about enforcing the Non Smoking here. The staff is really nice but I honestly wish they would say something about the smoking weather it’s outside or inside their homes. Unless otherwise they make an area somewhere in this community for people to walk to so they can smoke.

When I called and spoke to Candi, leasing agent on availability of a home plan, on that same call she informed me that there was a choice of a 2 or 3 bedroom. In an hour, I was at her office and took a tour. Leasing Manager, Jeremy is so nice. This place is sooooo beautiful! Thanks for everything!

Staff is extraordinary friendly and communicative. Candi is amazing. We went there for viewing, she is amazing.
