The leasing information the company is advertising is false they list having a 1 bedroom available. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. I CALLED AND VERIFIED.

I currently live here, nice area, good location for access to freeways and stores. The staff is very helpful and quick response if there is an issue. My apt is newly upgraded and I could not be happier with it. Very much would recommend living here. Others have complained about limited parking(which is gated) I have two cars, you are assigned a covered space and can always find parking for my other car.

Every time it’s hot, or cold, there are bugs in my apartment. And they always get in from under the wall and it’s so irritating. All because the pest control that works for them can’t do their job right, I’ve seen them just pull up to the place and just sit there and leave.

The staff at Driftwood is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Its very clean and comfortable here. When you need maintenance they are quick to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Even on the weekend when I needed help because I was locked out of my apartment they were there to help.

Worst experience ever. Don’t go there unless you don’t want your security deposit back. They hold my deposit over 1 and a half month for no reason. My contract was end at 05/31/2020. They want to charged me June’s rental which was totally make no sense and hilarious.

Cant wait for our lease to be over! This place is becoming a living hell! We be complaining about people that lives upstairs and nothing has been done! Others complained about a lot of stuff! The staff are not helpful at all! When we move the staff that was there was much nicer and helpful now not no more! New staff are so rude! Never have an answer to help you out! Wasting time to complain about anything! There are people that move in that are not on the lease. Taking over parking space for us that lives here. Nothing has been done. We have to find parking somewhere else not feeling this place at all .

Wasn’t expecting the great hospitality We received from Taylor and Michelle here. We were a little worried about how big the 2 bedroom was since they were remodeling it a we couldn’t view it, but we were not disappointed! Beautiful apartment and anything we needed they had a 24hour turnaround! I’m glad we chose the right place to live!

Ive been here for 2 years, the staff here are not polite at all. I feel racist because Im Asian. I gave the check that the staff didnt look at me like I wasnt there. Drifwood will not have a single guest if there are others like these.

Been living in Driftwood Apartments for the Past 6 month and i love it. Its a quiet place and maintenance keeps it clean. Staff is wonderful.

I have lived here for 3 years management has changed very frequent. Ive had many issues like people making too much noise because they party every night, people peeing on the backyard fence because they have no manners, toilet upstairs flooding and then water coming down to my bathroom and bedroom and flooding my bathroom. Some things are addressed by the office but seems like many are not, and if they are, no results are noticed. Some improvements have been made through time but seems like most people that live here have no consideration for others and do not respect the community. One of the other bad things about this place is the laundromat. They should be cleaned everyday but are not and maybe have someone maintain them on the weekend.

Not too bad.. near some good restaurants and rent is reasonable.

Live in here is the worst idea you could ever had. They Just give evictions like nothing, I saw two of my long time neighbors being evicted in less the 1 month, they change the staff and they are so rude and they never know anything always dropping the fault on someone else. They have a super low security deposit because after you leave they charge you for everything they want and your deposit isn’t going to be enough to cover.. so they give you one more month to paid or they sent you to collection.

I lived in these apartments for almost a year and didnt have a lot of problems but management lied to me saying I was ok and didnt need to pay last month rent prior to me moving and still made me pay. They even sent the account to collections without even telling me. It was real sneaky and distasteful. Dont trust these guys

Well i moved into this place with my boyfriend in january of 2015 and moved out a month early in dec 2015 because this place was a freaking nightmare i would stay clear of this place!! It will be the worst mistake you ever make to live here!! We had roaches on our patio, ant infestation in out kitchen at one point and the apartment always smelled disgusting no matter what kind of air freshner you used, the air conditioner sucked, plumbing issues, no cable outlets in the room have to run cords from the living room to bedroom to have cable in the bedroom such a hassle to watch tv and at the end we found out we had termites in our kitchen and bathroom so disgusting and the parking is crap no visiting parking what so ever. To top it off you couldnt tell the ladies in the office anything because everytime you go to talk to them there not there, they have a sign that says will be back at 3 and they never come back my boyfriend waited there for 2hours for them to come back one day and they never came back so they were no help what so ever!! dont expect to get much of your deposit back either they take it all and its not much of a gated community either they leave the gates open all the time and homeless people go threw the dumpsters at night because the gates are left open. Worst apartment complex ive ever lived in nightmare from hell!!

I currently live at these apartments & im desperately trying to move from here ! Let me tell you why.. The AC doesnt work!! During the summer times my boyfriend & I had to sleep in the living room bc the AC wouldnt keep the whole apartment cool.We eventually had to buy an AC for the bedroom bc it was ridiculous.The apartment has a really bad smell.. Like raw meatWe could hear our neighbors conversationsThe bedroom is very small(The whole apartment is small in total)OH & lets not forget all the roaches !!!!! Ughhhh I am a clean freak so it pisses me off to see them around my placeFor the gate they give you a gate key obviously & charge you for the second one. I asked for the pin code for the gate & they refused to bc only maintenance/landscapeing were aloud to have access to it... BULLSHIT!!!I used to have a plant pot outside my apartment door & I noticed someone was using it for there cigarettes!!! That pissed me off so bad. When I found out who it was I dumped all the cigarettes on their welcome mat... !I obviously got fooled by the demo apartment they show me.. It has wood flooring & the walls are painted different... False advertising??? I think so

The place has rats, the Maitence sucks, been living here for two years and renovation is sooo loud this the worst place Ive lived in ever, overpriced and over it!
