DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased a logo package in June- & was coerced into a more expensive option to include letterhead & stationary. Over 1 month later and MANY unanswered emails & texts- I finally received the logo files. I was sent incorrect letterhead and stationary- it had another business logo on it??- and to date, have never received the correct files. I am currently fighting with my CC company to reverse this charge. Unprofessional, extremely difficult to get in touch with and SLOW. Doesnt really matter whether I am happy with the logo or not- this process was not timely and I did not receive all that I paid for.RUN, dont walk away from this company.

I would give negative stars if I could. These guys are so questionable in so many of their business practices.1. About two weeks ago these guys, who told me the didnt keep card information, fraudulently tried to charge my card without my authorization or consent to do so.2. I paid for 3 years of hosting and now my website is down and not working.3. They try to nickle and dime you and charge an unreasonable amount for the simplest tasks. For example, they wanted to charge me $350.00 t pool change the year on my website in the copyright section. Seriously $350 to change a year??!4. So many things that should be provided as a part of the package they want to charge $800 or $900 for.5. To top this very short list that I have made that I could write so much more about this company but I r ew really hate the way the do business and the more I think about how they conduct their business the more furious I get. The number they have listed to call them goes to some guys cell phone and then when I called back it went to some British guy that works at a totally different company.RUN... FAR FAR AWAY FRKM THIS COMPANY... You are better off with SiteGround or ANYONE ELSE!!!

Probably one of the worst experiences of my business career. It was very hard to communicate with the people I was working with. I had to write every bit of material that is on the website which, after contracting with a new company to clean up the website, I was told I should not have had to do that. A good website design company should be able to do that. The information I provided could have been copied and pasted right to the website but I was still making spelling and punctuation corrections! I learned from the new company that my website is a http: not a https: which means it is not secure and google penalizes your SEO. The photos and writing is not coded for SEO. Half way through the process, the manager called to sell me more features. NO WAY was I spending more money with them. Basically, I big waste of money for nothing! I would not recommend Octologo.

This company is a SCAM! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. This company does NOT follow their 100% satisfaction or your full refund back policy. They also do NOT abide by their 100% ownership agreement. My website had went live WITHOUT my knowing and was NOWHERE near complete. The website still has mock photos and placeholder text. I was suppose to recieve a phone call from my project manager prior to my website going live but I never recieved a call. Obviously, I am not satisfied with an incomplete website that has gone live without my knowledge. This was the last straw for me on top of the constant upselling, and the rude customer service. When I requested a refund, they tried to tell me that they could not give me a refund because my website was live even though I did not approve of it going live. BUT according to a sales rep (I have written proof), I could get a refund if I was NOT 100% satisfied. They are FALSE ADVERTISING and their so-called refund policy on their terms and condition page is contradicting. This company is NOT LEGIT! They make fake contracts and will say anything just to get a sale. I have lost all trust in this company. My lawyer will be contacting this company ASAP!

I paid for a order and never received the products, becuase with this company.

I originally spoke to a rep on the phone about designing an advertising hoodie for me to wear to promote my business. On Aug 31st. I was told there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So I sent them $200. They started designs and went back and forth with me over email until we agreed upon a finished product to be sent to me.Then on Oct 5th we had a final correspondence about adding additional hoodies to be sent and sent them an additional $200 for $400 total. I awaited delivery and never received anything.On Oct 17th and the 18th I asked them where my products were. They responded with this message, Due to overload of orders, unfortunately we will not be able to cater your request therefore, we will refund the amount charge for the Hoodies which is $300/-. We apologize for the inconvenience.I told them I wanted back the FULL $400 because they canceled my order and i never received the finished product. They told me that they were not going to refund the full amount because they had to design the hoodie first. They disagreed so I disputed the transactions with my credit card company.

Run away! As of 2/16/18 all positive reviewers have only contributed one review each to Google for anything. It just happens that each persons single review is positive for octalogo. ITS A SCAM!!! hired octalogo, which was in Florida to do my logo and website. My logo was stolen and they lied and told me it was trademarked which it was not. I still have yet to get my website which has copyrighted photos they are claiming they are there photos. When asked about the 100 percent gaurnetee they lied and will not give you any money. Its is a scam, that you will not receive anything. The BBB has 11 negative inquiries against them. They are a scam.

Complete fraud. They will build your website, seemingly for a good price. Then, towards the end of the build, there will be “crucial add-ons” to do—for extra money of course. Then, once the site is built, beware! They will hijack your site, saying there is a problem. You will not be able to login. They will have full control of your site. Then they will demand exhorbotant sums of money to fix it. This will be an endless cycle of blackmail.Jetpack Support was shocked at their requests—saying that OctaGroup’s claims of the problems and the money needed to fix them were “absurd”. So whatever you do, do NOT do business with OctaGroup for website or hosting. This is a total SCAM.

Was interested in this service. When I went to inquire the sales person who called me about logo was extremely pushy for the sale and did not let me speak much. Had to hang up the phone, felt like I was on the phone with a CRA scammer how much he pounded me for payment over a inquiry.I would do 1 start, but I am sure there are better personalities then I got but I will NOT find out.Ps: I had not even verified my E-mail address before they had called. The most horrible customer service and service since the beginning of bessines only wanted a logo kept trying to talk me in to a website from the beggining to the end even after i said no 3 times i payed for logo they got the finishing concepts they after they told mefor them to release i had to pay another $19.95-$300 for a copyright which was not stated in my package from the begging of $150 dollers i payed i found out they had a F+ in the better bessiness bureau i let them know that they could keep my money and the logo thats when i got threaten that it was against the law to use the logo and they would take me to court when i never even got a chance to use it on anything yet at that point they was just finishing they where just finishing the spread and would not realease the logo to me because they wanted me to spead more money to copright then they also threaten me and said they would give me a bad bessiness complaint i hung up they continue to call and harass me for 2weeks about continue bessiness.

Just like every other guy i was worried whether my project is going to be delivered on time or not. Octalogo completely satisfied me with their awesome work. Account manager was very humble guy and all the deliverables were ontime done.
