We were looking to use this company for my wedding at my parents house. They were very nice when they came to do the site survey. Said they had the tents bathroom trailer and everything else needed to make this day special. They never followed up with a quote. Finally when we called them back they were EXTREMELY rude, saying that they in fact dont have the bathrooms available and kept adding more $$ to the original estimate. I am very disappointed. Because of this we are now looking into venues. I do not suggest this company to anyone.Terrible customer service. They said they booked the bathrooms (they only have 2) after they did the site survey. They never followed up with quote. It is their fault that we lost the bathrooms. TERRIBLE!!! We should have gone with Just Tents! AND NOW THEY ARE ARGUING WITH ME ?! Called up my mom and yelled at her for my bad review. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOW IM SPEECHLESS

It was a pleasure working with Tents Unlimited for our Wedding over Memorial Day weekend. Brittany and Ian were helpful, friendly, and accommodating, even driving out to the event site in the snow to walk the grounds. We live out of state, so coordinating could have been tricky, but Brittany and the team made it incredibly easy. Delivery and pick-up were quick and professional.
