This renta l shop has everything for weddings graduations job site tools u name it they have it. The owners are great and everyone behind the counter was helpful. I was from out of town and they were helpful and explained everything I needed to know to ensure my rental went without a glitch. If you need to rent dont call anyone else. I did and everyone said we dont have it but I bet you expert rental does. After calling all around I ended up at expert rental. Thank God.Thanks to everyone who made my day a little easier and brighter. Till we meet again.Oh and to virginia most people would call right away and say a problem exists. Not pull on the string starter for hours. Sounds like a I needed the a.m to wrap it up and then a made up start issue. Reason the sir filter was the trick was. Probably all that pulling you did sorry I agree no discount for you. You chose to take on a issue without contacting company

My experience was awful … picking up a tent and tables and chairs fot a wedding. … the order wasn’t correct for starters. Then it started to rain abd they wouldn’t let me take paid for items unless I purchased a over priced tarp from them. I desk guy was a complete a hole to me and then when starting to set up the tent. ALL the poles were filled with dirt. I will never deal with this place EVER again.They were not helpful in the least and I will be so happy the day I see they are out of business !!

Great place for tents and rental equipment.

My wife and I recently used expert rental for our outdoor wedding. We were just completely blown away by the exceptional service they provided. If you are looking for a family business that pays attention to the details and treats you like their own- look no further! Our wedding went off without a hitch and we owe a huge part of that to expert rental. They covered everything from the tent (including dimming bistro lighting) to the tablecloths, professionally and on time. Highly recommend!

Decent customer service and a good assortment of rental equipment, but the prices can be a bit high.

Very nice and helpful staff, great tool selection, tools have always been in good working order and no issues. However they are stuck in the 60’s with their carbon copy order forms for every transaction. Ends up forcing 3 guys to work on one order form because nobody knows who wrote up the last order etc. It’s time to get someone with experience in modern inventory to come in and get this place set up with a better return/exchange system. When that happens I’d give this place a 5 Star.

Rented a power washer for 24 hours the first day it started and worked o.k. The next am it wouldnt start no matter what I tried. @ hours of pulling - nothing. I returned it and asked for half the money back. They refused blaming me. They did have to take the air filter off to start, though.They offered more time, but no refund. By that time was was totally frustrated with them and their machine.Dont expect any cooperation from these folks

I have been renting from Steve and Louise for almost 20 years. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but they are also able to guide the average homeowner in such a way that leaves one feeling educated not embarrassed. They have become like family to me. Truly the best.

Rented plate compactor 3 times and they always had it available for me when I called ahead. Friendly staff; my family uses these guys whenever we have need of stuff!

Excellent Service

Very helpful, professional and reasonably priced. I have rented a wood splitter from them on two occasions. Always efficient drop-offs and pick-ups, and the splitter was in good, working order.

Rented glassware and tablecloths for a party. They were easy to work with and they made sensible recommendations that ended up saving me money and were more appropriate for the party. I had to pull out a few glasses as they were noticeably streaky from whatever dishwasher they had used, but otherwise a good experience.

Rented a paint sprayer from them. Gave it to us covered in paint. Gave it back in better shape and they said they were keeping the $100 dollar deposit because it was covered in paint. Front desk guy was cranky. Will not use them again.

I rented a engine lift... they welded it so i could not telescope ruining its ability acurately place the engine.I bought it back and they became belligerent when i pointed out its function is restricted.Then refused to refund me saying. I should have inspected it before taking it.Note: you can buy a engine lift from harbor freight for what i payed to rent their broken equipment.Thats what i ultimately did.Also they are under new ownership since this happed so maybe give them the benefit of a doubt.

Louise the owner of the store was completely disrespectful didnt tell me any information over the phone about renting out of the torrington area after I drove over an hour away for a cotton candy machine she was swearing at me and was not professional she might of had a bad day but dont take it out on customers
