This is the best Dollar store Ive ever been to. Clean, neat, organized and everything is a dollar! Toys,clothing, ice, religious items, icecream, personal hygiene items you name it!

Todays wasnt bad ... but over the last few months waiting in horribly long & slow lines has been my experience at this location. The managers are very slow to take action and open another register!!! 😡

Woah! EVERYTHING is a dollar. Like ONE SINGLE DOLLAR. Thats cookoo bananas!Staff at this location is super friendly. Theyre extremely good at keeping everything organized as well! Other locations are horrible with organization and cleanliness... But this place is great!

I was standing in line waiting to pay for almost a half an hour some chubby blonde woman seems like her brain was not functioning quite well Im never going in there again now Im late for my doctors appointment

Place was kinda clean, but very messy... They only had ONE cashier on the day before easter at a dollar store....it was a bit of chaos all together

I love the crafting supplies at Dollar Tree but my location always seems to be out of stock on many items. Its hit or miss!

Opened late with attitude... Manager has a problem with people wanting to social distance... Manager has a problem providing customer service... Youre better off driving to the Winsted store

The store is clean, and the associates are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of crafts, Birthday party supplies, as well as helium balloons.

Aisles a total mess at torrington store,always is! Alot of empty shelf space, out of alot of items. When I got in line there were 6 customers ahead of me and six got in line behind me. 1 cashier as always. The cashier, very bad, poor, horrible customer service. Never said 1 word to me. I asked him 3 diff questions and he mumbled something back,totally jumbled! I had a nice neat stack of 8 greeting cards-I flipped them over to make it easier for him to slide the upc--BUT AS HE RANG 1 AT A TIME HE LITERALLY TOSSED THEM ONTO MY PILE OF PURCHASES. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TONIGHT!! Going to go to the store in Winsted. Fully stocked always, very friendly staff, cashiers ate pleasant and helpful!! Goodbye torrington store!

Didnt find what I wanted and could have bought other stuff, but the line was WAY TOO LONG!!!

I dont know who the lady was but I was approached and told I had to leave the store immediately because I didnt have a mask. I apologize since I didnt realize that it was a requirement now. She rudely told me it was on the door which I was here a few days earlier and never saw anything requiring a mask and even upon entering the store no one said a word to me. My issue is how I was talked to like I was less then them, the rudeness even though I Apologized and how the lady acted like I was the virus and not just a person who made a mistake. Then she felt the need to escort me out like I was a criminal. After I left the store I watch a man walk in and was immediately told he had to wear a mask to be in the store. Which I dont understand why they waited til I was halfway done to say something and then treat me like I was scum on the bottom of their shoes. I didnt deserve that and I hope the higher up deal with the way their employee deals with certain customers

One cashier. Checkout line winding around the store and down an aisle. Cashier had to leave his register to go in back to get someone else to assist. 10 minutes later someone strolls out and SLOWLY finds her way to a register. Ugh. Had to wait in line nearly 30 minutes and the store was not that busy! I called later, a few times actually, to speak to a manager, but no one answered the phone. Big surprise. The worst experience! Never again!

Everything is one dollar as advertised and there are many products to chose from. Quality is equal to the price paid. I have never been unhappy with a purchase here. The staffing is lacking at times and there may be only one cashier and many customers in line so check out process can be time consuming. Overall, good store with fun shopping experience. Great place to shop with kids.

This company is great. A lot of stuff are a great item for the value. This Torrington CT store is absolutely disgusting! I am in retail and never leave a bad review unless it’s nevessary. I was in the store maybe a total of 5 mins. When you walk in, the store smells like mold, the carpets are stained and worn EVERYWHERE. Complete trash. I will go out of my way to go to the Winsted store, it’s a shame this location is so trashy. If I could download pictures, I would!

Good quality stuff for cheap prices (duh haha!) However, the checkout lines are always dreadfully long when I go. Dont expect a quick run in because you never know.

A good variety of products, all for $1 or less. Perfect for that I only need a little moment.

Awesome people great place for munchies n microwavables plus household items

I usually have uneventful but satisfactory experiences at this store but today was... interesting. I was shopping on a side of the store and heard the three lady employees, one of which I believe is the manager while another didnt seem to be on duty(?), squealing and talking loudly while running around and spraying silly string at eachother. I ignored this and then went to check out and stood in line while one of the three standing up front checked people out while joking and looking at pictures with the other two. I wouldnt have cared as much had I been in and out quickly instead of being made to wait because they were messing around. Cherry on top was when the one girl checking me out walked away from the register to get a broom for the mess that the string had made without saying anything to me or completing my purchase. Ended up taking my receipt off the printer myself and leaving before she returned. I get that its a minimum wage job but goodness gracious, save social hour for when there are not people waiting to be helped. If I couldve helped myself, I would have.

The quality of the items are great, the stuff they sell is awesome but some of the workers are extremely rude, I was charged twice on my order and I was met with sarcastic remarks and additude when trying to get it fixed..Ill probably continue to shop here only for the deals..definitely not impressed with the lack of professionalism.
