I’ve used this service a couple of times for my personal use and when my girlfriend or mother have had to get towed guys are honest with the rates take care of the cars with a lot of care to the cars and very respect with all parties if it’s been me or my girlfriend by herself never got a rude or sleazy comments as we experience with some less then reputable services if you got a flat or in accident and in need of fast help call my friends at this tow service.

I probably had the worst experience with another company because it took them over an hour to get out to be and the people were completely rude about it. Towing Torrance saved my life. I gave them a call since I had to cancel with the other company. They got out to me much quicker than the other company and arrived to me no more than 25 minutes. They provided me with great assistance and was able to get my car to a near by tire shop which they had also recommended to me. I was hoping to simply get a tire change but the only problem was I didnt have a spare for it. When they had towed me to the shop, it was just in time before they were closing and I got great prices there too. Very thankful for their recommendation it really helped me out a lot.

Being stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire sucks especially when you have your little kid with you. Thats what happened to me but I called towing torrance because I found their number online and I was waiting only 20 minutes and they had someone there to help me. I was very impressed!!

I had locked my keys in my motor home by accident. Thankfully, I had my phone in my pocket and was able to call them to come out and help me. They arrived within the hour, and had me inside my motor home in no time. The guy was really sweet and and gave me a good price for the service. I will definitely use them again for roadside services!

I left my light ons in my car. Found these guys on Yelp, and gave them a call. They were there in a jiffy, and had me on my way! The pricing was fair, and the tech was professional.

My husband locked himself out of his car and my coworker referred these folks to us. She said they are really professional, timely, and affordable. Boy was she right!! They didnt keep us waiting forever, and once they got there, got right to work. Took a few seconds, and before you knew it, we were on our way home. I am really happy with them, and would recommend using them!

I would give them ZERO but that’s not an option. They told me it would be 30 minutes and it’s been over an hour and a half waiting. When I called to find out why it’s taking so long, naturally I’m upset, I was told that the girl that answered the phone “well I just went out of my way for you to call the driver 3 times” and of course there’s a cancellation fee. Just avoid using this company.

WOW such great service on the phone with the dispatchers and promptly got to our vehicle to assist with our lock out. thank you and will be using your services in the future if needed.

TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Lied to me, telling me they need my card to dispatch their mechanic! Charged my card a fee, told me technician was on the way to unlock my car, some dude in a Jeep showed up and asked for additional 350 in cash!! DISGUSTING!! To unlock a car!!! My car payment is 128 a month! I asked “Why? I paid to the towing service already!” He said “they’re not even a towing service. They’re third party mini call center of 4 people who charge to give jobs to whoever they have on file listed as towing truck owners! And not only towing trucks! Anybody who signs up with them will be called as towing technician!” I was shocked. I called the service who charged me 69 bucks and asked them what the hell was happening and that the guy who showed up is not even a full technician! The reply was “we charged you 69 dollars to give you a service of a call to a technician”, she said “technician is a free agent and will charge separately.” Do I need to mention no one even said anything about service call fee 69dollars when I called or that technician will charge separately? They presented it as 69dollars is a charge to come out and get my car unlocked! RESULT: charged for nothing. Car is unlocked. Next time will be calling AAA. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY ARE NOT TOWING COMPANY!!

Scam Scam ScamMy 17 year old son was stranded with a flat tire. I was quoted a $90 fee to change the tire and a response time of 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, the driver still hadnt shown up. When he did arrive the driver took advantage of my 17 year old and charged him $300 to change a simple flat tire. My son also told me that the service man was a random person in a Prius. No credentials or affiliation to Towing Torrance. The charge appeared as CA ROAD ASSIST CBGC. Any class action attorneys out there? They are ripe for a lawsuit.

This is a total scam, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I live in Torrance and found these company on google. Needed a battery jump and some guy from the valley comes to my house 1.5 hours later in a Toyota Prius with a jumper the size of an IPad and tells me its 169.00 for the service call. WoOw, practically fell over, I was quoted 49.00 and I gave them my CC in advance. Very shady, and a really bad experience had to call the cops just to get Rico Shave off my property.

I got a flat quoted 49$ they needed to change the tire that’s it! Was charged 118! Just to change the tire !

Most unethical company Ive ever come in contact with. I was quoted a price over the phone and then got charged double by the driver. This company is an embarrassment and I will be following up with BBB.

Horrible, dispatch was rude when I called back. Then charged 50% more and was madwhen I complained. Rude, rude rude.
