I have gotten my taxes done at Liberty Tax service in Torrance for the last 3 years. I really appreciate the time, the attention they provide to my kid when were in there. I certainly appreciate receiving 50.00, when Ive referred all the people i have. I was very pleased this year when they got me an exemption for not having medical coverage the full year. I saved $695 because of them and there knowledge. All the staff there have been very professional. I would recommend anyone to do there taxes there!

I have been going to Liberty Tax at this location for the past three Years and the Customer Service and accuracy has been Wonderful I would Highly Reccomend this place and They are always efficient and informative!! I look forward to many more years of efficient service

I have witnessed clients coming to the office in an irate state of mind looking for Marcus Anderson when he was not in the office-as is usually the case when my husband was doing taxes on his scheduled shift in that office. I have come to learn that Marcus Anderson, who owns this office, is not authorised to do taxes, but still does people’s taxes anyway.

Does not show up on their working schedule nor do they explain why they are not showing up. Their phone seems busy all the time so no way to leave a message. Very disappointing.
