This Petsmart is very organized. It is not hard to find what you are looking for here. I shopped here for my dog and ended up buying him balls to play with. Balls are his favorite toy and I got a dozen from here.! They also sell Halloween costumes for your pets during the season. Its not just the dogs and cats they have costumes for. They also have costumes for hamsters, guinea pigs, and etc. the only problem about this store is sometimes the line gets to long that the store gets crowded.

This is a good PetSmart. They are well stocked and have an assortment of items. Including items for non-traditional pets. The store is clean and the staff is helpful.

Ivanna bathed my dog a week ago. She asked me if my dog had any health issues, which I responded that he had very sensitive ears. I kindly asked her to bathe him from the neck down, and maybe use wipes on his face.1 hour later I picked up my dog, he vomited. It was almost 7p, so it was definitely not his breakfast.It’s been a week and he is finally starting to feel better. PetSmart should not give our dogs treats without asking for consent.Like that was not enough, I discovered on Wednesday that His ear is infected; irritated and full of discharge. She definitely let water get into his ears after I told her 3 times to be careful.I’ve had a bad week having to come from work to walk my dog every 3 hours and feeding him once a day.After calling about 10 vet clinics, I finally got a vet appointment for tomorrow, Sunday. Not to mention the cost of her mess-up.PetSmart should hire only pet lovers, like Annette. She is the best.

Love the fact you can get science diet here when needed for my 9month Rottweiler. And they have the best spray for accidents. I.e. missing the pee pee pad. Called Roxy something. Works on EVERYTHING!!! And they have very large pp pads for big puppies.

Associate was very helpful when I was checking in my dog for a scheduled boarding appointment. They were courteous and asked about any special needs my dog has (which she did during this stay).The store and register were clean and clear of clutter. The store was not crowded and the transaction was smooth.

This location has been getting progressively worse. They are frequently out of cat and dog food claiming there are supply shortages. I can understand for a few weeks or even a couple of months but this has been going on for more than 4-5 months (I guess you can use supply shortages as an excuse for not bothering to try to order more supplies). The lines to checkout are also way too long. The only good thing here is staff are friendly but for basic pet supplies, they are terrible.

There is always an incredibly long line for check out. Most days even with a long line there will be only one team member on the register and the rest mindless roaming the aisles or restocking. There is no sense of urgency with any of the employees and it would be great if management stepped in to make sure team members are providing good customer service and make check out stands a priority when long line start to form.

I love this Petsmart, the employees are very knowledgeable and employees are very friendly.

Well run store with a pet hotel, dog training, dog grooming and cat rescue on site.

Neon tetra fish were on sale. Asked for 10 of the largest ones, and the worker there had a heck of a time trying to catch them as they were darting around all over the tank. But he finally got them. Super cool staff here, and nice and friendly service.

Great grooming but don’t use the online booking service, it’s doesn’t apply. Time are not available or groomer even though the online schedule will book you and then there is a 2-3 week wait again. Best to call.

Im sorry but everyone in the store is fine but getting past the disgusting urine smells outside is just way too much for me. Ive tried several times now to get over this in different ways but can not.Isnt there some way you can treat the area? Do you even realise theres a problem? I know others have mentioned it to me but Im not sure if others have said anything via here or other media platforms.Obviously the hotter it is outside the worse it is. Its a pity because this store is my preferred site but that smell is so gross and getting it going in and coming out is just too much for me.

Great place to shop for multiple pets. You can typically find most things you need. There is a banfield clinic attached, so prescription foods can also be purchased here. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

BEWARE, they do not require dogs to have their kennel cough shot to use their groomers. Picked up my dog and had to spend time and money at the vet the next day because she contracted kennel cough- there was no where else she could have got it.

Big box pet store. Has huge selection. I go back and forth between here and Chewy. Friendly helpful staff.

Clean and fairly well stocked. I needed a new collar and dog bed for my dog. I got help very quickly and not only was a great sale going on ... I was even told I had 90 days in which to return the items. 😯. Pretty good deal.

About my second time coming here, easy to find the kitty litter I was looking for. Their store is well organized and clean. The line wasnt that bad and moved pretty fast with social distancing practiced here.I was having trouble with my number being in their system, the clerk signed me up and had me on my way in no time. I liked their service and would come back again.

PetSmart Tags are the ONLY tags I put on my fur kids. I’ve never had one break or get scratched up. The shipping is super fast too. PetSmart Tags customer for life!

I go to my local PetSmart in Torrance, California. Ive been going there for 20 years now. They have always treated me great and bend over backwards when I have an issue with a product of theirs. Today I had an issue with one of their products and was nervous going there. They treated me so well, I left the store very happy.

Staff was friendly and welcoming to me and my pet. Very thorough and listened when I described what I wanted done. Great service.

They take good care of our dog. Love this place.

I love these tags and have PetSmart one each for my 2 cats and 1 newly adopted dog. The PetSmart are a good size, hold a lot of information on both sides and are easily readable. They are also of very good PetSmart.

I get what I want there. Never been to Petco. Their lines could be shorter. They overwork the check out cashiers. A good store with everything you need for your pet. I go there because it is close.

Nice place, the online orders are a little lackadaisical there. I shouldnt have to go onto the store to pickup my online order, that defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Very disturbing.. I took my pup for first grooming and it’s was done well, the employee was nice and seemed knowledgeable. In good faith we trusted them to keep our business, upon the second appointment, we were told we were late even though we had phone records and an email cofirming our appointment. The employee took our pup reluctantly and it took about 4 hours. She rushed us off saying thanks before we could examine him.. his poor balls were burned along with his paws and he was cut unevenly all over. He was shaking the whole ride home NOTHING LIKE THE FIRST VISIT. I don’t know what they are doing in the grooming department or if there’s some angry abusive monster that didn’t want to take him with his appointment but I am disgusted by the whole experience. Shame on who ever did this to my pup!

I have visited this Pet Smart for years. I love it. This one of the best Pet Smart stores . Theyre very professional and friendly.

Theyre so packed and lines are long and not enough cashiers but they ask customers if they need help very often, have classes for dogs to learn training, and typically everything you expect in a wide variety store that provides lots for animals. Maintains cleanliness. Bring your pet with you!

If you specialize in pet products you should be cheaper by a long shot than anyone else around in your particular department but there not and it just seems kinda sad. Clean very nice store but very greedy prices. Especially for dog food even your specialty quality brands need a way better price point.

I like the store I deducted two stars because I went to go by crickets for a new lizard I got and after waiting in line at the checkout I noticed in the bag quite a few of the crickets were already dead but they also wrote a lower number than I asked for on the bag so I just figured that was why but by the time I got home which is like 20 minutes the more were dead already and by the next day they were all dead and this was a bag that was supposed to be a 50. I had already driven to four other pet stores nobody else had small crickets but them 😑
