I would rate this nail salon as 3.5 stars. Ive been getting my nails done here since 2012. Matthew is definitely my go to for acrylics and T does a very good job as well. I would not go here for a pedicure. The reason I would not rate this place 5 stars is because like other people have mentioned in their reviews, the equipment is not properly sanitized nor disinfected. I wish they would practice better infection control. That is why I wont go here for a pedicure. Asides from their lack of proper infection control, their prices are not bad. For acrylics, my average price is $40 and they last about 8 weeks (with a fill). I normally get some sort of french nail tips. Whenever I am in the mood for a more elaborate design, the price can then range from $50-70 depending on the designs. I think for just basic solid color acrylics is $30‐35. If you want something fancy, definitely go to Matthew. Ive never had any issues with my nails breaking nor a negative experience.

This was googled and a thumbs up for the salon that does not close til 8pm!!!Everyone seems friendly enough with their customers. I am very pleased on how my nails turned out. I love the teal color! However, correct me if I am wrong but......I DO NOT RECALL ANY OF THE GIRLS OPENING A BAG OF STERILIZED TOOLS! NONE OF THE TOOLS THAT WERE USED ON ME CAME IN A BLUE-clear BAG THAT WILL NORMALLY INDICATE IT WAS JUST STERILIZED.I HOPE THE SHOP SEES THIS COMMENT AND STAND CORRECTED IF MY SPECULATION IS TRUE....

Fantastic work! I received excellent service and love the look of my gel manicure and pedicure :) I will definitely be returning for another day of pampering.

They are super rude I had a few altercations with the owners sister who handles the money and every time I call to make an appointment they still have me wait a whole other hour so by the time I sit down (Andy) always tries to rush my appointment to receive the next person.... I use to love this place when Mi was around and now it total trash really bad customer service !!

I always schedule appointment and still have to wait and hour. Then when I come in as a walk in the lady that handles the $$$$ says there busy. But puts other people before me when I only need 1 nail fixed. I was a loyal customer but now I need to find another spot horrible service

Horrible experience recently!! They give free drinks when they want not every time Ive gone. It depends on the mood that the buck tooth owner is in. Today I went to get my tip back from tina short weird self because after snatching off my old lashes on my left eye, so that she can put on a whole new set, my eye is lower than my right eye. Ive been going to 5 star nails for years and never have she snatched my lashes off while I was getting my nails done by the guy. If these clear eyes drops dont work I will be visiting an eye Doctor and then taking further action if needed. I walked in today after calling her and explaining the problem, she gave me my tip I gave her and I said look at my eye she then said ok dont come back here no more. I then said you know I wont be back thank you and I walked out. Thats a no brainer. Ill be a fool to go back where someone mistreated me! I thought me and demon possed werido was cooler than that. I guess not now after Im speaking up and letting her know her mistake of snatching my left eye lashes off and lauged about it. If she wouldnt have made that statement and just gave me my tip back, I wouldnt be taking further action if the Doctors diagnosis be negative. Its all good though because I have a backup plan for my eyelashes where Im sure Ill be treated better. Ill be back with an update after my eye appointment.

Got nails done Saturday and we’re lifting by Monday. They said they would fix them which they did but the lady seemed mad and was rough and now my fingers hurt because I have cuts!

I was looking for a place while moving the Torrance early this year . A friend told me about this place and I wanted to try it out . Great service . Price is reasonable . They give free drinks and the people their are friendly . I would recommend this place to anyone .
