I was never able to Speak to Ashley Directly when I was quoted for an insurance policy. I was always passed down to one of her employees and since everything was done online and not in person. the details in my policy were never properly explain to me. and now that I am going through a claim I am having to figure it all out on my own and even then still Have not received a call from her or any of her employees
I purchased insurance from them full coverage and uninsured motorists. And when my parked vehicle was hit by someone who did not have a license although the car was insured by infinity .....all state did nothing but offer me the pay out of the Uninsured motorist for 3,500I feel I wasn’t properly represented by them during the claim . They did not make an effort to reach out to the other insurance company to see if they could pay for reparations and was told that if I wanted to deal with that company directly that I would have to do it myself..... was told by Autobody that no Air bags were deployed and frame was not damaged which could be fixed but all state did not want to go through the effort of that and preferred to just pay me out ....I am not happy with all state and will not return with them
