I have bought my home insurance from Daniel Petty since 2012. During over 8 years Petty has raised my insurance monthly premium from $90 to $197 step by step. I have never claimed once. He knew how to play tricks on me and how to use my inconvenience of checking my account and trust for his benefits. He changed the policy each year withouth notification of the change or prior negociation of the change of coverages because he knew I set up auto -payment on my online account. Tips: do Not blindly trust him, do check any change of your policy, and be careful to his communication with you which may be a trap in future.
