Took my sons truck to Mike. He told us he would get to it in 2 weeks. Thought it was a bit long but decided to wait it out. Hadn’t heard anything so went by to check in after 3 weeks. The truck was in the same spot. He said that the truck was next and it shouldn’t take too long. Now we are at 4 weeks 3 days. Went back in the truck is sitting in the same spot. No call from him nothing. His excuse I don’t have enough staff. I decided to take the truck some where else. I went to get in it and he had stuff in the bed of the truck and had things propped up on the truck. Very bad customer service. He should have just called and told me he wasn’t going to get to it. We will not go back and we will definitely be spreading the word about this business!! bad Business!

After visiting a few local goodyear alignment shops i was left disapointed. After hearing from a friend about Mikes i took my 2500hd there not only did they have top notch customer service, Bob, but they got me fixed up and got me down the road for a great price. Bob walked me through everything that was needed and had my truck back to me within a day. Great people, great service!
