Will be using a different dealership for any maintenance/service we cannot take care of ourselves. We were quoted a price over the phone (and had an additional coupon) for an oil change. Different story once we entered the business! The service department didnt have the synthetic oil weve been using for 4 years and wanted to overcharge us for THEIR inconvenience. My husband had to put up a good fight to get this done at the price promised. He should have gone with his gut and walked out the door. Bye, bye McCarthy.
Called service department and got told they would call me back. Never did, waited a week. Then I called again the next week to do the same on a pricing of Timing belt replacement from service department again and nobody called me at all. Booked the job somewhere else. Not a happy camper! Poor service!
