Traded in my old truck for a new one. Dj was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with what I was buying. He made sure to go over all the details on the truck and was not pushy. Was definitely a pleasant experience and I would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle.
Never a good answer. Just spend money chasing a problem they cant diagnose.
They was fast. Faster than the guys where I live. Only one thing they put air in my tires. One was at 29, 30, 41 and 40. They are the same tire no offset. So this leaves me scratching my head a little bit. Drove it for an hour on I-70 thinking maybe it would fix itself after the warmed up. Nope so ill check again this morning to take out and add air. Also they have some nice dodges on the lot! Going back to look.
Ì took our vehicle in to get the fuel pump replaced & troubleshoot an exhaust leak. The service advisor said I needed a new muffler because it look like the van had been through a ditch & the muffler was damaged. The cost was going to be over $800 for the muffler & over $200 for the labor. I took it to a very reputable muffler shop in town & there was nothing wrong with the muffler, no scuff marks or signs of damage. The leak was from a clamp rivet in front of the muffler & it was fixed for $65! Even if the muffler shop would have had to replace the muffler, it would have been $120 installed, with a life time warranty. When I spoke with the Briggs Dodge service manager, Brian, he wanted to continually interrupt & got mouthy with me so I spoke to Shane Summers, the dealership manager, in person. He was very nice & polite & promised to find out why their service department was trying to gouge me on unnecessary parts but he never followed up. I have been dealing with Briggs since 2008 when we bought our van brand new & honestly had nothing but friction on a lot of things in the service department & from Brian. No more, if I have to take my vehicles to John Hoffer or to Davis Moore Dodge in Wichita where they have always treated our family right then thats what I will be doing. Where we are treated with respect & good customer service is also where we will be more apt to buy our vehicles in the future.
