Holly Frakes-Ortiz is a fantastic stylist!

You should definitely go see Sandy! She was quick and friendly like she had know me for years. She made sure my hair was exactly what I wanted for my friends wedding. I will definitely be back to see her again.

I had originally posted this review with two stars because I was charged a fee that I felt was twice the price that I had expected for a hair cut. Each stylist charges a fee of their choosing. The stylist did a very good job and I would recommend her to others with the exception of expecting to pay more for their appointment.

Let me just say, if you ever get the chance to get your hair done by Kayla, then you’re in luck!!I’ve gone to my fair shares of salons and I have had terrible experiences. However going to JCPenney Salon, I had the pleasure of becoming Kayla’s client. She did a Ombré and a cut for me and I was pleased with the results. She took the time to get to know me and looked through some photos of ideas I had in mind. She was super nice and did such an outstanding job. Thank you Kayla and keep up the amazing work! 😃

I’ve been going to Sandy Viegra for a couple years now. After my old stylist retired from cutting hair I was seriously in need of finding another one. When I was referred to Sandy at JCPenney. She did such a wonderful job Of taking care of me that I continue going to her. I would highly recommend her!!!

Great place. Ive had two haircuts from two different people and they were both awesome.

First time getting my hair professionally colored and cut to specific style. After requesting a beautiful brown/blond bayalage I left the salon with hair so bronze it looked like my hair was on fire and chopped. Came back for them to fix it and now I have greenish hair in some parts and almost a mullet, a very expensive mullet.

Kids haircuts were not exactly what we asked for. I feel as though if the stylist couldnt do the cut we asked for then she should have said so before she even started.

I went to the salon for the first time. Ashlie did an amazing job! Love the way she cut my hair!

I went in wanting all over dark brown with some highlights in there. I came out with yet black and a half orange ombré. Loved his personality, but didnt even come close to what I asked for.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service and saloon services. They are very prompt at returning phone messages.

The girl cutting my hair was very rude. She didnt communicate at all and I ended up hating my haircut because of that.

Do not take your kids here. The stylist butchered both of my boys hair beyond repair. Do they even have any training? So bad.
