Very good quality and polish selection. A bit pricier than most salons. Wish it wasnt an additional $10 for medium length nails and additional $10 to shape the acrylics. Paid $90 for these.

I took my daughter here to get a new set of acrylics she chose a very simple design a coffin shape nail and black polish on 3 Nails and a clear with butterflies on the other 2 Nails somehow this added up to 80 dollars worth of services after they told my daughter that it was 40 dollars for acrylics and the nail designs were 3 dollars per nail yet somehow that added up to 80 dollars. Even if they used gel polish 50 plus 12 doesnt come close to 80 dollars. Will definitely be finding somewhere new to go because it is definitely not an 80 set of nails.Update: yall can try and do better or you can just get on here and try and talk smack either way you did not explain all the extra charges to my daughter and frankly I shouldnt have to sit right next to her to make sure she doesnt get ripped off. And just a little FYI I get my nails done every 2 weeks on the regular and Ive had all of those options done many times while yall are trying to throw shade. And I have my nail details hand painted by the nail tech which takes extra time and still dont pay that much

I had a friend with me and we waited for 30 minutes after our appointment time. They had a sign saying appointments come first, and I understand that they helped us as soon as they could. Totally fine!However, toward the end of the appointment I asked my nail artist for a flower on my big toes, and she sloppily put a mess of flowers with two black lines (maybe they were supposed to be leaves?) anyway, it didn’t look good. The quality of art was not professional at all. When it came time to pay the nail artist herself said “don’t worry about the $5 charge for the art, it didn’t turn out good anyway”- why would you paint something you knew looked bad and still apply the final coat, let dry, and not hesitate to ring me up...? She stood over my shoulder while I was paying. It was a $35 pedicure and even the technician acknowledged it looked bad.I was able to go in later that day to just repaint the art with a solid color, but, again, I wasn’t seated (or acknowledged really) until well after I showed up. Anyway, the touched up paint didn’t dry all the way when they dismissed me and now I have an obnoxious bump in the paint. I could have painted my nails by myself and it would have been an easier, cheaper experience with a better outcome...

Worst spa experience of my life. Workers were confrontational and rude and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I waited 1 hour and 20 min for a fill and when I asked the male nail technician to recommend a color similar to one I had a picture of on my phone and he actually raised his voice in anger at me to say they don’t have the color available. I almost walked out then but I needed my nails done for an event the next day. All the workers were clearly talking about the confrontation afterwards and were laughing. I have never experienced anything like this and will NEVER return to this establishment. Go to Happy Nails instead, never had a bad experience there.

I received a pedicure and acrylic fill. The chair for the pedicures are very uncomfortable. They have one of the worst color selections I’ve ever seen. They charge extra without telling you. About 8 of my nails of coffin while two are square. I also have a few bumps on the side of my thumb. They were about to close so she was in a hurry. (I had been there 3 hours already). The gel polish is old and dry. Wasn’t the cleanest either. I spent $116 for these two services. Extremely overpriced for the quality of goods.I do appreciate them getting me in on a Sunday, however, I will never return. They also watch over your shoulder to see what you’re going to tip. Just a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.**replying to their reply** I am not new into town, I have lived here over 10 years. How about taking all this feedback and doing better? My gel is already peeling off. Your product and service is absolute trash. Just look how you are treating people leaving honest reviews. How about you just do better? Hm? *** I was also NOT told there is a $15 gel removal, that was NEVER mentioned. That doesn’t make sense, you are double charging people for gel. They have to pay when getting gel and then pay to have the gel removed to get new gel? That is ridiculous. HORRIBLE SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO!

They are the absolute best. Some people complain about wait times but honestly you have to understand they do quality work and have a lot of clients. I don’t mind waiting because I know my nails will last and be done correctly.

Stay away from this nail shop. Most of the technicians at this shop are not professional at all. I went and got a basic pedicure, Acrylic refill, Taking out polish on my finger nails and toe nails and was charged $ 84. When I asked the nail technician to show me a breakdown of the cost of each service, all she did was explain the breakdown on the laptop. Such a rip off. I am not going here to get my nails done ever again.

I had 2 pedicures scheduled 12:30-12:45 they were full we were waiting. A lady flies in at 12:45 and announced i have anAppt at 1: 00 pedicures and says I have 4. They had told what seats to go to and then quickly changed us. They did my moms feet good but not mine I walked out with ruff dry spots on my feet

If I could rate it higher, I would. I visited Infinity yesterday afternoon to remove a chipped set and replace it with a new set.Amazing prices: $5 for removal and starting at $30 for a full set. I paid $50 in total (tip included).Nancy was my nail tech for the afternoon and she was very precise and careful with the removal and application. Her perfectionism is her driving force, as shed repaint my nail if it didnt meet her standard. In the photos my paint is nicked, but only because I wasnt being careful with my nail. She carried my belongings to the drying station to keep me from damaging the paint. The atmosphere is incredibly clean and friendly. I will come back in the future.

I usually love this salon!! Although I most recently went here and got a full set with gel and it barely lasted me a week. They popped off just like plastic glued nails and i’m not very hard on my nails either! This is still a good place to visit, just disappointed with my most recent visit :(

Although I loved how my nails turned out I did find it odd that I was charged $50 dollars for my original set of nails because of the length and I was charged a extra $5 because I wanted two colors.... so $55 I went back two weeks later after checking the website to see the price for a fill and replacement nail.... at the end of my visit I was charged $50 and she attempted to charge me more.... she said my fill was high because of the length of my nails but a fill is only the cuticle area.... How does getting a fill equal to new set???? Oh & they where plain nails no designs.... it’s the making up prices for me 🤦🏾‍♀️

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I walk in and was greeted immediately with attitude. I asked for an ombré dip with tip something I get quite often but being I just moved to Topeka i didn’t know where the best place to go for that was. I saw this place had decent reviews so I tried it. Antways, I showed her the design and she said she would try and not very confident in it. So I told her we could do something different. Then as she was putting the first layer of dip on she tells me the color is too light. I’ve NEVER heard of a dip being “too light” so she gives me white instead. I ended up with the color I DIDNT want and a design I didn’t want. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. She also cut my cuticle and made me bleed and didn’t even apologize.

Took my wife here to get her nails done, she got right in and they did a great job for a great price

No wait, was able to get right in with out an appointment. Took my 5 year old and had a baby in tow. The staff were great with being accommodating to both of them. We washed hands upon entering. Very happy with the results of both my gel mani and my 5yos polish.

I came in and was seated promptly which is the only good thing that happened. I picked out a dip color and the nail tech never said anything about it being too light until after she had started putting the color on. She tried to cover it up with a different color. She then told me she was taking all of my color off and told me to pick a darker color. I didn’t want a dark color, I wanted a brighter lighter color. She starts aggressively taking my color off. After she had that all of she threw the colors on the table. She basically picked out a color for me. After restarting she cut me 3 times with the file, was rushing and rude. Talking the lady next to her saying this was a waste of her time. They made me feel so bad about them messing my nails up. The lady next to her had a wrap around her arm took it off in the middle of the service didn’t wash her hands and continued to do someone’s nails. I still left a $20 dollar tip because I did feel bad that I didn’t know that color was too light. She never informed me.

Took 4 granddaughters ages 5 to 12 and the girls loved it!

I called ahead three hours and scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm. Say for a hour and still wasn’t seated watch three people come in after me two of which were walk-in for a full set (which is what I scheduled for). And another which was a full set appointment for 3:45pm. I wasn’t spoken to but once when asked what I needed. And even then was pretty much pushed aside. I finally got up and left after they sat a the second walk in before me. So disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Yesterday I went in for my birthday nails and they had the “new person” do my acrylic set. I asked for powder and they didn’t have the color I wanted for the specific nails did not offer me any others dip just threw the basket in my lap and told me to pick gel. I was upset already at this point but I remained calm and texted my friend and asked her to watch me. He was being beyond rough with me. Ask he continues I keep telling him they are crooked and he said that’s my fingers. At this point I didn’t know what to do. Atleast 4 of my nails are crooked and they are NOTHING like I asked them to be. They were packed full and I was literally the second person to arrive so I understand they were busy but there is no reason I should have nails like this. Will not ever return or recommend I’m so sad.

Had an appointment for 10 a.m. and I got there by 10 and they took someone before me at 10. Then I waited 30 min. Longer still wasnt helped. Save yourself some time and skip Infinity

I called in for a appointment for a pedicure I showed up at 2. I literally waited for an hour 😐 meanwhile They had customers that came in as walk-ins and took them in first. Which is not fair at all. How are you going to attend your walk-ins but have a sign specifically saying “ appointment attendant first then walk-ins “. I’ve gotten my nails done so many times and I NEVER HAD A ISSUE. Me & my man walked out of there. Sorry not sorry y’all should do better :))

I’ve been coming here faithfully for months to get dip and they always do a great job no matter who I have! Stays on and looks great for weeks without chipping and I’ve been getting to know the employees and they are very friendly!

Ive been to this place twice. Very happy my first time. The second time I got the lady in booth 7. She was very unfriendly. Barely said a word to me and she was squeezing my fingers. Yes it was painful. She did say relax finger I said your squeezing tight. She continued on the same way. Im hearing impaired. I waited patiently. If I go back Ill be sure not to get her again.Thank you for the response. I am patient and have no problem waiting for someone else. Due to my hearing impairment, Im a bit shy. Im used to reading lips, we all now wear masks. Makes it really hard on me. I will be back. Thanks again

I wasn’t originally going to write anything, I had an extremely rough visit I was rushed, my full set was extremely uneven and lumpy but I was willing to settle with the chances that it had been an off day. However as I am going to soak off my nails I’m noticing how gummy, stringy and sticky they are and after doing research I’ve come to find that they have most likely used mma. I would never recommend anyone get acrylics here for the health of their nails and themselves.

Love this place. Have received the best service when scheduling an appointment in advance either via phone or online. We even arrived WAY earlier than our appointment and were able to be seen early since their appointment didnt show. Will go again!!

I went in to get an acrylic soak off and they soaked my nails in acetone for 5 minutes and then pried the acrylics off. It was honestly one of the most painful things and I have never experienced anything like that when getting soak offs at better salons. I went to get it done there so that it would be done in a less damaging way and my nails are in the worst shape they’ve ever been in and are still throbbing from the pain.

Great service. Prices a little cheaper than most others in town. Pedicure is adequate, but nothing exceptional. Dip nail service was very good. Best Ive had in Topeka.

Made appointments for my niece and I to get dip nails. We arrived and were seated on time. The lady that greeted us was rude and threw our color options on the table then told us where to sit. My niece & I both had on dip nails with tips from a different salon. They started to soak our nails off at the same time. My nail tech then went in the back for over 45 minutes. My niece’s nails were soaked off, prepped, new tips added on, dip powder applied, and was having the top coat applied when my nail tech finally came back to START on my nails. She yanked and pulled on my arms the entire time to the point where my fingers were almost off the table on her side. She stopped working on my nails to file her own nails and complain to the nail tech sitting next to her, she then used the same file she used on her nails on mine. She then grabbed my hand and put my fingers at such odd angles that she smudged nails and hurt my fingers. She then grinded my thumb nail so much that I had to take my hand out of hers because it hurt immensely. At the end of my appointment my fingers were covered in the old dip powder and acetone because of how long I sat in the pure acetone solution.The lady that did my niece’s nails did an amazing job, that is the only reason for 2 stars.

Went to another nail salon and my nails looked horrible. Called Infinity, she told to me come in and they would see what they could do to fix them. She not only fixed them, she made them look awesome. I will come here from now on. Super nice group!! Found my now favorite place.

First, I want to say I gave two stars for this salon because half of my experience was good! The man who did my pedicure was very pleasant and did a great job. But, the woman who did my full set acrylic nails was rude, unpleasant, and did a poor job on my nails. Every single one of my cuticles was cut and bled and were very sore when I left. She insisted I leave a tip for both her and the man who did my pedicure of an amount I was not comfortable with. The atmosphere was fine, but the woman who did my nails was not.

No air and I was ignored after being told to come in and they would fit me in. One fan to cool the place and I had to sit behind it with no air or fan so I walked out . Didnt see anything being wiped down between customers either. Covid!!!!

This is my go to place for a pedicure and a manicure. They know how to do it all, they are friendly and caring and always have a smile. I have visited many in the Topeka area and this is the only place I go to. You can not go wrong going here.

Ive had decent pedicures before here; got my first dipped nails here and Im not sure how I feel about it. At other nail salons, I was asked what shape I wanted. This time, my nails are super square and bulky. I always want rounded-square, but these are very square and the dip powder is a little bit lumpy. I dont want to leave a bad review because this might be an off day.

I waited over 2 hours to get my nails done. I got a full set of dip with fake nails and she charged me $55, with regular length.. so just be aware!!! I would NOT WASTE MY MONEY HERE!

Came here because the place I used to go had terrible reviews and I thought I’d try one the more highly rated salons in Topeka. That was a mistake.The only good thing I have to say is they were fast. I had French tip acrylics done. They didn’t do my cuticles at all (maybe that’s controversial but I needed it) and there’s too much white so they looked short and stubby. They got the gel adhesive all over my skin. These were done for my wedding photos too, so hopefully I can get it off okay, I’m too afraid to try to get them redone.Also I scheduled for 2 appointments at the same time so my mom could get in too, but they didn’t do hers till mine was done. I understand if they didn’t have anyone but I was under the impression we’d be getting them done together.

They got me in late on a Sunday. Great pedicure!

They soaked my nails in straight acetone which heavily dried it out, they tore up my nail beds with aggressive filing. Also there was polish and product stuck to my skin and the dip nails were shaped horribly. She did nothing to put moisture back into my nails. Dip powder is supposed to be a more natural look on nails but mine are so thick that they look like acrylics and it’s on my natural nails. Also was told over the phone that it was 35$ so I’m assuming she charged me 5$ to soak off.. which is what’s required to maintain dip. She missed spots of my nails as well.

Ive just recently started to get my nails done again, Im pretty simple I just do gel nails. I recently was going to another shop, on 29th and Topeka. I wasnt happy my nails would always break, Im trying to keep my natural nails. I went to Nancy (Asian) on the 19th, she did a wonderful job. Her manicure and her massage was wonderful. Here we are two FULL weeks later not one nail has broken. Im going to see her tomorrow, I dont think Ill go to anyone but her! Her design was just Exactly like I showed her as well.Ive done customer service for over 20 years they have excellent service! Queenie is awesome as well. Some customers simply cant be satisfied. Keep up the good work ladies 💕

Went in and the lady that greets people at the door was extremely rude and pushy. the chairs you sit in for pedicures were dirty and looked trashy. i had to wait one hour for a worker to start my pedicure when it wasn’t busy at all and there was a worker just sitting and doing nothing while i was waiting. the water that was in the pedicure bowl thing was freezing cold. the actual paint job on my nails also sucks. periodt.

It was a dirty place, they rushed through and I could have done a better job myself. When I asked them about it they offered to redo my nails, however, I was uncomfortable with that as I felt they were dirty and didn’t want anything else done by them. They eventually gave me my tip back but I will not be back.

I have visited multiple times for a few services. I feel like its hit or miss sometimes, but more hit than miss. I had stiletto nails applied here twice. The first time, I had to ask a different technician to fix them, because they were uneven all around the nail. The next time, they came out awesome. They even have the matte top coat polish.Almost every time that I have had my eyebrows waxed here, they are done to perfection. I have had two different technicians, so that lets me know that the manager is hiring quality personnel.I confirmed that they can apply falsies, so I am excited to try them. I will update this after the service is complete.Overall, I am happy with my services here and will continue to come back.

I spent near $100 to have my nails be crooked, incorrect shape I asked for, and cut me/made me bleed on both my toes and my nails. I will not be coming back & I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Horrible Services. Overpriced! I called and they told me 15minutes that is the only reason why I went and it was a huge mistake. I got a filled for $21 when They promoted as $18 and they did it without any explanation. I waited for my pedicure around 40 minutes. They were all rude no frendly at all.

I’m relatively new to town and I found this nail salon that I like a lot. I’ve never made an appointment it’s always just been a walk-in. Sometimes there’s a slight wait but not very long — considering I’m a walk-in. I’ve had excellent service the technicians are very friendly and pricing is good !! I highly recommend them 👍

Ugh. I got my nails done on Monday and 4 are chipped already. I am here on a business trip and I will gladly travel 2 hrs this weekend to get them done again by my regular nail tech. I am glad I did not get the pedi I need. I dont want anything I just want to voice my frustration. Just like some people dont like my nail tech I respect that but I will make the trip back home while I am here because it will be worth it. My Nails will last more than 3 or 4 days.

Horrible. Customer service is horrible. The nail tech forced me to leave a tip, even though she was very rude and I was not planning on leaving one for her service. She then snatched my signed reciept and didnt even say thank you after I gave her a tip. Always a wait here, dont bother making an appointment because you will still be waiting. I would not recommend, spend your money somewhere else.

So when I come back to tlk to you you about it you grab me by my arm like your my mom and direct me towards the door and tell me come back in 3hrs, when I come back you sit me and my daughter in the back, when there was seating area up front and start talking about us and keep taking walk-ins till I said something rude. Then you decide you want me to to come sit in your chair so you could fix my situation and start yanking and pulling on my arm after I told you I had been at dialysis, SO NO ITS NOT A PRANK COMMENT. MY DAUGHTER WAS TRYING TO BE NICE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION!!!!!! POINT,BLANK, ..... HAVENT BEEN BACK!
