I would give a 0 star rating if possible, the pictures explain it all, not at all what was asked for.

I have been a regular customer the last year almost 2. I mainly see Rose for my manicure. My friend likes to see Peter or the other woman for shellac. They are all so friendly and do a wonderful job. They also keep the place clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Rose was great and took her time to make sure the nails looked nice.

Not only were my nails unbelievably expensive for what I got, they werent done very well. My clear coat has bubbles in it and my stiletto shape is uneven on several nails. David is very nice, but I think he worked too quickly and didnt bother to make sure my nails were perfect. I tend not to be super picky, but I was crushed to learn my total was $70+. The nails start at like $45, but they dont tell you that length, color, shape, etc. are all like an extra $10 each. My friend also got her nails done here and was very dissatisfied. Her nails started lifting within 4-5 days and the clear coat chipped off on several nails. Her nails were a simpler shape than mine, but she paid just as much as I did. I definitely will not be going back! Walmarts nail salon is a step-up from this salon.

Had 2 different people for my pedicure. Didn’t notice any hand washing in between clients. The lady that did my daughters manicure cut her finger with her nail by using her own nails to do stuff she should have been using tools for and it got infected. Definitely won’t be going back.

Went to get my nails done here and the menu say 40 for a full set. Then I was told 45 after my nails were done but was charged 46.Not sure if they were trying to tip themselves but I dont do businesses who cheat to get paid. 6 dollars extra per customer adds up quickly.

I got charged $60, because my nails were “long” yet they are very short. They made me bleed a few times. I wanted coffin nails and the guy that first did my nails made them square and he swore that they were coffin when they weren’t. Also, some of my nails were crooked. They switched me over to another lady and she spent 30 min trying to fix the issue, and the whole time i wasn’t trying to rude and I was nicely asking her to fix the nails and she was but in the end they were still crooked and not shaped well. And when I asked why I was having to pay $60 she tried to argue with me.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. She cut my toenails at a 45 degree angle which is a huge NO since this causes ingrown toenails. I had to go back and ask for my big toenails to be redone, the polish was thick and gloopy and creased at the edges. She also made me bleed when removing cuticles.

They are great at what they do for the price. They were fast and cheap.The ventilation is not adequate for a nail salon, stong chemical smell. The banter between employees may make some people uncomfortable.

I had an appointment at 6 arrived 15 minutes early and didn’t get my nails done until 6:15. They were unprofessional didn’t ask me what type of mail I wanted and some of the employees started arguing with each other. They took 1 hour and 30 minutes to dona set of short acrylics all one color. They are totally overpriced for what they give you. I had my nails on for two days and one of them broke off randomly. They also didn’t have the supplies to do long acrylics and I had to get short tips. The polish had a uneven application my acrylics were lumpy. Employees were rude and only talked to their regulars. They treat their regulars respectfully and give them exactly what they want. I wanted a long set and the mail tech insisted on making them short. My nails are all different lengths. And they didn’t cover my whole nail two days in and it looks like I’ve had the acrylics on for a week.Do not recommended save your money and go somewhere else.

Not sure why they got ANY bed reviews but let me tell you this: I love this place and I will be visiting again. Came for a French Mani & Pedi after two other salons in my area were closed (wrong hours posted online) but I’m glad I chose Super Nails! The staff was extremely efficient and my nails are amazing. It was super busy on a Sunday when I got there but I was seated right away and tech got to work! I will definitely be back soon to see Rose and the team. Thank you guys for coming in to work and for practicing safety guidelines; everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer was at the door. I called before I came and they did let me know they were busy but gave me a good time to come in. was even a woman who came in after hours and they didn’t turn her away, everyone was so kind. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t regret it.

Was charged $40.00 dollars for a manicure with a neutral dip color, on no-length-short nails. Tech was super nice, but the prices are crazy expensive. Im use to paying $45 for a full set. Pricing is not clearly posted and the lady next to me was charged $35 For a gel color manicure. 🤯😣

This place is an okay spot. This nails can be good depending who does them. The older gentlemen dont do as well on nails like the others. Customers service is nice! They many beautiful colors to pick from.

The lady was yelling the entire time she did my nails and I told her not to file them down a lot and she didn’t listen, and was giving me a manicure when I didn’t ask for one, her response was “ you needed one”. The glitter nail polish was all dried out and looked nothing like the display. She snatched the card out of my hand while I was asking her why my total was my total and she told me that was was cheating me and extra $3 to take off gel nail polish that I only had on 4 nails. Noted that no other salon charges for that. It was the worst experience ever and I will never return and I don’t recommend anyone go as well.

I went in about a week ago while I finally had some time to myself. I have never been to a nail salon so it was all new to me. The wait was short, which is great! But I got the older guy and he didn’t even grab the polish color I chose, while putting on the acrylics, he didn’t even make sure they were straight, he didn’t pay attention to length and shape AT ALL, even after I said one was completely crooked. After doing the polish and gel, which he rushed through, I noticed what looked like a hair on one nail. When I told him and tried to show him, he kept saying he didn’t see it but I just kept saying it so he rushed another layer of polish on, making the nail very thick. None of the nails are even or straight, and the polish doesn’t even cover the whole nails. He asked me several times if this was my first time and I feel like he used it to his advantage because I was unsure of what to expect. I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back. Definitely not worth the money I spent on them.

Waited for an appointment for 45 minutes. They kept taking more clients while I waited. I soaked my nails so long my fingers got red and swollen. I asked how much longer they said I cant do your nails unless your said soak another 30 minutes. I came in with a full set and left like this. Very very poor customer service.

I dont live in Topeka. i was attending an event and this place was close by and open on a Sunday. i have a thin layer of acrylic on top of my natural nails and they always look lovely. i saw several ladies having their lifting acrylic soaking, which is usually a good sign of a careful salon. After pushing past me almost knocking me over, the man said he was available. after i specifically said not to tear off any lifting, he started ripping even the not lifted parts. he tore my natural nail off deep into the nail bed. OUCH! the second time,. i bolted out of there as fast as i could! i would not recommend this place to anyone.

WORST SET OF NAILS IVE EVER GOTTENI have never left a nail place so unhappy. They look horrible so I didn’t tip and when the guy saw I didn’t tip he turned the fan off on me and stormed off. I called the manager to get a refund and she told me she won’t refund the nails. They’re uneven and sloppy. Don’t waste your time or money going here. They do a horrible job.

Worst mani ever!! Going to a formal wedding and my nails look like they were done by a 5 year old! I waited until the last minute and my normal salon was too busy, so I decided to try this one! Big mistake! Pedi water was so hot I couldn’t stand it. Male tech was more interested in watching the TV behind him than my nails!! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I just went to this place to get a full set and have never been so unhappy with my nails. My nails are thick, not the shape I asked for, the gel polish is uneven and doesnt even cover the entire nail. I have had them done for a day and it looks more like a week or so has gone by. When I expressed my concern about a clearly slanted thumb nail he proceeded to just hand me the file to fix myself! When I came in to show the manager and express my concerns she was extremely rude and told me nothing was wrong with my clearly thick, sloppy looking nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful set of nails.

Had a great pedicure here. My feet and nails look better than any pedicures I have had in the last year. It was also very reasonably priced. I will be going here from now on.

Very unprofessional and dirty establishment! The employees seemed annoyed my daughter and I walked in there, although they were not even busy! After my manicure, my daughter wanted her nails polished. I told the man that was doing my nails that she wanted hers done. He said what you want?. I explained to him again what she wanted and he proceeded to look at us with disgust. She showed him a design she wanted and instead of telling us he didnt have the tools to do it he proceeded to make her nails look terrible and then asked her why she didnt like them...mind you my daughter is 10 yrs old. There were other customers in there who in my opinion were treated like royalty in comparison and I hate to think its because we are of a different race, but it was pretty blatant. I will be reporting this establishment to the board of cosmetology, it doesnt pay to be rude and racist to your customers! Needless to say I will NEVER visit there again!

Just had my first ever gel experience and I am so pleased!! Quick and easy, flawless application and a much needed lotion massage to finish :) this is the best place Ive been in Topeka and I wont go anywhere else now :)

I went here about a week ago to get a full set of acrylics done with the gel polish and I told them I wanted my nails short and boxy because I hate having them super long. I showed her a picture of exactly what colors and style I wanted it and by the time I was done I was just not impressed at all. My nails came out way longer then I wanted them to be, the colors were not at all what I showed them so I was pretty disappointed. Not to mention the lady doing my nails her name was Rose she would get up and leave to either eat or text on her phone which was extremely annoying since I was there for over 2 hours. Not to mention she was SO rough with my nails she made me bleed like 4 different times and when I got home I ended up cutting and filing my nails down a LOT. I will sadly not be going back!

The nail tech is always in a rush and never wants to take my advice as a customer. It is my hand and I know what I want and he wasn’t respecting that. He didn’t listen so I had to come back for him to fix his mistake and I was humiliated in front of the entire store. He yelled at me from across the room and treated me very disrespectfully. Staff was super rude, nails were done fast as if there were other people waiting even though everyone in the spa was already being taken care of. I went to get shellac and two people came in way after me and left before me. Nails were filed very poorly and without shape, I also have bubbles all over my nails.

Spent $25 for a two minute pedicure.... Rose was so rough with all of the tools. It was the most unrelaxing time I have ever spent getting my nails done. To top it off, she started cleaning the foot tub while I was still sitting in the chair and it looked like the most unheygenic clean up ever. As soon as I watched her clean that tub I was absolutely disgusted and would have never stuck my foot in that cesspool of bacteria. Crossing my fingers that i dont catch a foot fungus or something worse!

Ive been going for almost a year now to get my acrylic nails done. Ive paid close to $50 to have nails put on and that just come off within a couple days. But not here. I got mine done for a wedding a while ago and three weeks later I had finally gotten back around to getting them filled. None of them had broken or chipped. And I work at a job that is hard on nails and even that didnt affect them. They are more focused on detail than just trying to get money and thats why I recommend them to all my friends.

By far THE WORST pedicure that I have ever had. Lukewarm water, rushed service, and the guy nail tech who painted my toes was rude. My toes looked better before I came in. They were also being rude to a newer nail tech in front of quite a few customers, which is inappropriate. The only person who seems to know how to do nails well is Rose.

I am new in town. I just left this place and will never go back. The worst job anyone has ever done on my nails. My fingers are a bloody mess from the Dremel he kept hitting my skin. My gel polish does not even cover over my nails this play should not even be in business. Beware....

Went there on a Saturday, they were not busy at all, sat down to get a gel polish applied. The man who did my nail, cut my finger so bad it bled the whole time the polish was applied, he was not phased by this at all. He rushed through the application of the polish and got it all over my cuticles and sides of my fingers, I could have done a better job. Its Monday and my nail has already chipped because he didnt do the tips of the nails, only the top part. Personal opinion go some place else, this place is not worth it.

Sloppy work. I got a pedicure and my nails were cut uneven and slanted and felt very rushed because her favorite customer who brought her food came in. Nail polish all over the skin area around my toes. The guy was also arguing with the girl about how they should be together. VERY SLOPPY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I went in for a Manicure and Pedicure..Friendly upon arrival..looked to me maybe a husband and wife own it,then a male employee working for them, I got him!! He had me go sit at a pedicure chair water was already in the tub,I slipped out of my flip flops and put my feet in the VERY Hot water as he came up to me with cotton balls and foil in his hands and starts to dip the cotton balls in nail polish remover and wrapped each nail with the soaked cotton balls and wrapped the foil around each finger to hold the cotton balls in place..this was a 1st for me having it done like this but kinda made sense to speed things up..he did my pedicure but not like a normal pedicure Ive been used to getting from other places..it was finally time to go sit to have my nails done..he unwrapped each finger one at a time and scrapped off my Gel nail polish, by the time he unwrapped the last finger I had already been there a little over and hour normally at other places for that same services Im finished in an hour or less..after he scrapped my nails he starts removing the cuticles..he made me bled on 6 fingers he wiped my fingers a few times and they were still bleeding so he reach in his drawer and puts on a blue liquid that stung sooo bad then polished my nails..1 hour and 40 mins later I paid and walked out in pain not knowing how my fingers would feel in the days to come..Day 3 red and sore..Day 5 called them told them how 6 of 10 fingers were red,swollen and scabing over from the trimming of the cuticles,every time I reached in my purse or pockets they would bleed..I kept taking pictures of my nails everyday they got worse..I called and sent pictures the lady owner said they would refund 30 of the 45 I paid for my Manicure?? they would put it back in my bank account they never did, called again for the money again she said she would put it in my account and didnt ..so now 2 weeks into red swollen, cuticles scabbed over, I walked in the place personally showed my daily pictures of my fingers that were now peeling and had scabs...the 2 men were talking in their language to her they didnt want her to refund the money, she held my hand up and was yelling back at them..I felt bad for her..this was not what I paid for,I have NEVER had this happen nor do I want anyone else to go through what I did..the whole time these men were very unprofessional ..there were customers in there while they were all 3 yelling at each other..The other customers and i were each looking at each other like WOW..I just didnt feel I should pay for 6 out of 10 cuticles torn,cut and the pain..my pictures clearly showed this wasnt right..I will not be going back..Child birth was less painful..lol

I was very disgusted with this place it was my first time going with my cousin i have been going to california nails for years n thought that i would try my cousins nail shop it was the worst decision i could have ever made it was horrible they are very unprofessional and rude i was told that it was the owner that did my nails it seemed like he was more interested in what was on the television than doing my nails he also charged me for a broken nail but all i get is the acrylic over my real nails so i asked him why was he charging me extra n he said $3 extra for everything it has not even been a week and already three nails have broken i would never recommend this place to anyone i just know that i will never go to another nail salon again unless california nails is no longer open
