If you want Fungus, dirty tools and no refunds..My two silver sparkled nails turned green after one week. Alex (answers phones, rude and short speaking) told me they never have complaints they are 0% mistake free. that I’m the only one to complain and to leave now and never come back.

Place is nice. Customer service is awesome. My pedicure is okay. I’m use to the foot scrubber, hot stones, etc. for my buck. But I didn’t receive all of that. Okay for a quick pedi with not too much maintenance.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment because i wanted to make sure i would have the proper amount of time to get my nails done well. Because they scheduled my appointment near the end of the day, the girl rushed doing my nails and didnt let the layers of polish dry between coats. This made it where my nails took nearly 3 and a half hours to dry after i got home.Because of this, my nails got messed up and textured. On top of that, i asked for matte nails. Which they charge EXTRA for. They were never matte and even looked shiny. I got my nails done specifically for a photo shoot and needed them to look good... which they did notI tried to go back in the next day but due to it being the day before thanksgiving, they closed early and i couldnt make it in after i got off work.I ended up having to purchase my own matte top coat polish at Wal-mart to get the nails i wanted and paid EXTRA to get.This place left a very bad taste in my mouth and i wont be going back.Word of advice: buy your own matte too coats and dont get it done at a salon. Its a scam.The girl that did my nails was very unprofessional, didnt introduce herself, and kept answering personal phone calls.This place is over priced and unprofessional. My nails look like garbageThe photos are before and after i put my own matte top coat on.

I went into the nail salon, to get a fill. Last time I paid 18.00. Today I paid 33.00.The lady said that I picked out a gel polish. I had know idea about the color of polish that I picked out. Next time I will ask questions before I get my nails done. Even though I will still give it a 5 star place.

It was a good first time experience. This was my first time getting my nails done and they made sure I was doing ok. The nails are good but the bumpy nail polish.

I really like this place, but dont go on a holiday weekend. I made an appointment 4days before, for the reason that I didnt want to wait a long time to get me nails done. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment and was told a 2nd time. Well be right with you. Very upset I left. Not because I had been waiting for 30mins but because 2 ladys that had come in with no appointment where getting done before me. Not sure if Ill come back

I would vote for 6 stars if I could. I walked in at 6 pm. She started at 6:20. I didn’t get her name. She was very polite and professional. I had 2 nails repaired and some Halloween ones done. She fixed them beautifully. And shaped them better than my old salon.

Ive been a devoted fan/follower of the owners since they opened up shop 8+ years ago. Just like a hair salon, youve got to find the stylist (nail tech) that works well with you. The place is extreme busy almost all the time. Why? Because theyve been voted Best of Topeka a couple of times! You dont get that award with crappy customer service or a bad salon. Lily is my go to and love how she does nails. She always listens to me and does a very professional job. Zoe is good as well. Always have a pleasant time when Ive been in.

My nails turned our great! My tech was Hee, he made my nails look great, not too thick. Even did under my nail tip, which most places dont take the time to do anymore. I will definitely be back for my fill in 2 weeks. The salon staff was very friendly, people talking and laughing, very positive atmosphere, not at all like some of the other salons close by. Overall my experience was great!

I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. Lilly did them and I loved them! I started getting my nails done regularly over the past couple months and she always does a beautiful job. However its getting harder and harder to get an appointment in a decent time frame. And if I walk in Im waiting for hours..

I go every two weeks to get my nails done by Khrysten! I like really extra stuff on my nails (hand painting, glitter, rhinestone placement, etc) she’s never rushed and always detailed, she’s the only person I’ll let touch my nails! And all of it is always for a great price 😍 never been disappointed! Would definitely recommend her and the salon!! 💕

Just took my daughter an her mom there a couple days ago an they luv their nails. My daughter was super excited about it, needless to say, she loves her nails! Her moms turned out great as well an she was also satisfied!

They were quick to get me in a chair for a walk-in pedicure. Staff was friendly and everything appeared clean. Pedicure was relaxing and she did a great job on French tips.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. My sister and I called in advance to ask about the wait time. They didnt give a wait time, just said we could come in now. Then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes. Instead of having us get our nails done by two different people at the same time, one guy proceeded to take turns doing just parts of our nails until we were both done, while the other employees helped people that came in after us. It wouldnt have been that big of a deal if I wasnt charged an outrageous price for crappy nails. The guy only paid attention half the time the other half of the time he was looking around or talking to other people or answering the phone. I asked for acrylics with a coffin shape and he shaped them terribly. There were obvious bumps or I could even say Hills on my nails that should have been filed down. Plus I had rhinestones put on which were falling off the same day. Not worth the $75 I paid.

Spent 45$ for the worst nails I’ve ever had done. They are super square and bubbly. They just look like they were done by a kid. I’m really disappointed with the outcome.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars because not only was it a terrible experience but their customer service is awful I have not had only one but you problems with my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy. You will be overcharged and underserved.

Ive been going here for several years now. Khrysten is amazing! She is so talented and artistic. No matter what design I request, she can do it. I wont go anywhere else. The owners are fantastic people. Lily is very good at nail designs as well. They are usually busy, but worth the wait! Its best to schedule an appointment if possible. Awful. The guy did my nails. I got acrylic French tips. He didnt take the time to fit all of them so you can still see all of my real nails. He rushed through it and did an awful job at it. Ive been going to a different place in Hutchinson and it charges 15 dollars less and does an amazing job, but unfortunately I moved here. I will NEVER go to Nail World again. I will also be telling others NOT to go here. Horrible.

I used to love this place Lilly is a great nail tech however when i try to make an appointment now and give Alex my name he always makes an excuse of why she is unable to do my nails.So I had a friend call to see if she could get an appointment. I was previously told that Lilly would be out of town for the next two weeks and she was unable to get me in before she left the day prior i was told she wasnt available until next Monday (I guess he forgot he told that lie). I was trying to make an appointment after she returned he basically told me no in a round about way. So when my friend called she was told by Alex that she could get her nails done with Lilly that afternoon and if she was unable to make the appointment Lilly had openings on Saturday. So he lied for no apparent reason as I have never had any trouble at Nail World. If I could give this place zero stars I would. There are plenty of nail salons in Topeka, do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost.

The red head girl completely screwed up my nails. they looked terrible and then had the nerve to tell me she thinks it’s the color that I picked that made them look so bad. If she couldn’t do the design I asked for should have had someone else who can do it. I left crying and didn’t pay. Will never ever go back. I asked for blended nails and they are choppy and uneven. Awful. Just awful. Also she cussed multiple times while I was there.

Every time I have ever been to this nail salon I have been treated very poorly by the incredibly rude staff and my nails always look like those ugly 100 coats of polish videos afterwards. The saff does not communicate with you about what you want and the product is always of poor quality. The only time I ever go here is when a friend offers to pay for my nails and they want to go here.

Do NOT go here!! I called ahead and asked if there was a wait time. They said no. Of course when I come in its packed. I came in for just a gel removal polish on my feet and a new gel polish. I picked out two colors and they told me that I had to pay 5 dollars more for using 2 different colors.. Seriously?? And then he told me nevermind he will take care of it. When it came to him changing my polish he wants to do it at the manicure station and tell me to put my foot on a TRASH CAN below to remove my polish. I told him I wasnt going to do so. And asked why we couldnt just go to the pedi station. He says that he will not do it if I dont put it on the trash can. I thought that was disgusting. After a few bad words I left. Do not go here!! Fair warning....

They take great care of customer if u have a bad spit on nail they take it off and dr it with meds and clean it up and then fill ur nail that is what I l love about them I have been to all other nail places in topeka and they dont do that I will stay with nail world unless there is an other nail place that can prove to me they can do same thing... I doubt it

My nail Fell off Two nights after getting them done, which pisses me off I better be able to get a new set for free and on my left hand the middle one is crooked and on my right hand the nail is pointing up!!

This place is garbage. Staff is unprofessional and perhaps under the influence, work stations are messy and it has a weird unsalon like smell. I almost threw up when I walked in.
