These gentlemen were polite, honest, efficient and very helpful. My granddaughter is very hard on phones and forgetful. Over a year ago, we took her phone to another place. When they were done with it, the phone had even more problems than before and I ended up having to replace the phone. Today I brought her phone to Mobile Wave. They took care of us right away, when they handed the phone back is was functioning as good as before. I strongly recommend Mobile Wave and I will use them again.

Mailed a phone in with a cracked screen and they had gone above and beyond with their service/communication making sure I knew all costs involved and a timeline for repair. I received the phone sooner than expected and couldnt even tell it was broken in the first place; no tool marks or anything. Would definitely use again in the future.

This was a great experience! I went in to have the charging port replaced on my Pixel3 and they just cleaned it out rather than replacing it. No charge! You should really patronize this business. I know Ill be going back!

Incredible customer service. Had some water damage in my phone, not only did the employees at Mobile Wave help fix it, but they informed me of all the possible choices I could make regarding fixing it. Further, they were very forthcoming with the long term functionality regarding some of the potential repairs that were offered, and even told me when the cost would exceed the utility of the repair. Went in with a broken screen and bent frame on my Galaxy s7 from running it over with a mini excavator when it slipped out of my pocket at work.
