I had my brakes done in Denver, CO where I live, just before leaving on a 21 hour road trip to West Virginia. Well, they weren’t done correctly and my brakes went out right outside of Topeka on the tollway. AAA suggested Yingling’s as an option to tow my Forester to for getting everything fixed. I am SO glad I went with them, as Sarah McLaughlin & everyone else at the shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they did everything they could to accommodate us & help us get back on the road ASAP. Hands down the best car service experience I have ever had, their communication was on point and they are just really genuine people. You can tell they care about their job and their customers. Thanks again for saving us and saving our roadtrip!

These are great, quick, honest folks. If it doesn’t need repairs, they aren’t going to up sell you or do unnecessary service. Fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough about them.

Peter Fail and the staff are terrific! Our class C rv overheated on the side of I70. Even though they had a full schedule, Peter agreed to see our rig. We finally got a tow and arrived at 3pm and Peter immediately evaluated the situation and sent a technician out to start working on it. They determined that the new alternator we had just had put in was the wrong size for our truck and had been put in incorrectly. As a result the bolts holding it in place were breaking and the serpentine belt had come off. They carefully explained the situation and showed us the bolts and the alternator along with the appropriate alternator so we could see how the mounting was incorrect. While we waited, they welcomed our dog into the waiting area and even helped us hook up to 30 amp power so we could sit in our rig and eat something while they worked. We were back on the road by 5pm. Peter and his technician were lifesavers! They were kind and considerate and really communicated well. And they even came in under the initial estimate I had been given. Thank you Peter!

At one of my shows I told a story about how my car codes were saying that ALL my cylinders were misfiring and someone from Yinglings was in the audience told me to go there and give me a coupon. Always hesitant to take my car anywhere but I thought Id try a new place and all I can say is oh my goodness. I think I have had the same problem with my car since I purchased it about 5 years ago. Took it to 3 or 4 other car places and a two or three friends look at it and it never got fixed. Took it to here and its running so well. I Feel comfortable to take it out of town if I need to know and I havent felt that way in months. Their overall car inspection with the pictures they send you about your car and an inspection on seemingly every nook and cranny of it was amazing and informative. They were incredibly transparent to me exactly what they were going to do before they charged me and gave me full autonomy to not get serviced on things that I didnt want even at the detriment of my car. Sometimes you got to be able to make those dumb decisions you know? Having problems with my AC now and Yinglings is the first place that Im going to take it. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Came in with 2 stripped lug nuts and he tells me it will be around $100-200 which is fair for labor and parts. By the end of the 5 hours waiting. Yes 5 hours for 2 lugnuts. He tells me I need a new tire and will sell me his used one that will fit to save me a trip. Well guess they like to take advantage of folks who dont have a lot of car knowledge because he tried to sell me a USED tire for $160 (Ford taurus 2003) and was going to keep my old tire and still tack on that $20 service charge. Yet in his eyes hes doing me a favor of saving me a 5 minute trip to the tire shop. End of the trip ended up being around $500 when I only needed 2 lug nuts. I figured with good reviews maybe the mechanics dont take advantage but yeah. Take advantage of people who obviously cant get anywhere else.

This place was great I put in my own time to put in my air conditioner compressor and they charged it up for me after vacuum

They are the best! The customer service was outstanding, price was reasonable & quality work. They wrapped things up with an overall inspection & emailed the report with results & pictures of the car part attached with any concerns, comments or suggestions. Highly recommend for car service or repair needs!

They had trouble to find a filter needed and called to update me on the progress. They have a great oil change program. Left a nice surprise sweet treat for me. I didn’t wait, but had a spot to wait with drinks available. Also offered a ride. I would recommend them to everyone.

They did my rear main seal i went and picked my car up 1448$ as im taking my car home it starts miss firing really bad so i took it back and they said it had nothing to do with what they did and cost me another 521$ to get it to run properly like it was when i took it in when i took it in it was just leaking oil.

Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent diagnostics and very thorough sending pictures and explaining any issues in detail. The mechanic that looked at my vehicle noticed that one thing that brought me in was just unplugged and they plugged it in free of charge. I dropped my vehicle off at night and by noon they contacted me with a list of issues and the price each would be to fix INCLUDING tax and all the work is warrantied . will be going back they got my vehicle to where it is running smooth however i couldnt afford a few other issues but with their honest upfront pricing and fast quality service Ill be back in as soon as i have enough for the rest of the work.Extremely satisfied.

A top notch operation! We were traveling east on I-70 headed to Connecticut when our 2000 dodge van started to make a low humming sound. I knew that meant trouble and my first thought was to find a reputable auto repair shop. I searched for AAA approved shops in the area and Yinglings came up with great reviews. It was late so we stayed in a local hotel. The next morning we were at Yinglings by 7am. I was greeted by the service manager Pete who assured me they would be able to look at it immediately. As I looked around I noticed how nice the reception area was with an antique gas pump and other decorative items. They had a beautiful waiting room with many interesting books and a large TV. Free wifi, free coffee, free sodas too! Within the hour Pete walked me out to my van to show me the problem and give me an estimate. Within a few hours the job was complete and we were on the road. Thanks to Pete and everyone on the Yingling team. Good job!

I was beyond impressed with the customer care I received. I called them at 7:30am, dropped it off around 8 and they drove me to work. I received a text message with a dealership quality inspection report explaining the status of my pickup, not only diagnosing the problem but finding a couple others I wasnt aware of. I then got a phone call to go over the report explaining the recommendations along with estimates. They had my pickup done in the same day but if they hadnt I was offered a loaner vehicle! Pete was fantastic to work with. The shop was extremely clean and very professional. I highly recommend Yinglings!

I have been taking my car to Yinglings for about a year and a half now. They always get me scheduled quickly and take great care of me. I have had really bad experiences in the past with dishonest auto repairs businesses but I feel really comfortable taking my car to Yinglings. They document and photograph any needed repairs. Then they explain them to me and give me a quote. They have never charged me more than the quoted price. - In fact, my most recent service was substantially less than the original quote because the work needed was not as extensive as it originally seemed. They could have charged me the quoted price but instead they were honest. I am very satisfied and will continue to take my car here.

The manager took the time to call me well after they had closed just to keep me updated on the status of my car. My husband took his work van in here to get the air condition fixed. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable. They also helped him out with some tire problems. So so very happy with their service!

The service is great from top to bottom and their prices are comparable to other auto shops in the area. The free shuttle service is very convenient and makes the whole process easier, the driver is courteous and, so far, always on time for pick up. The guys up front are friendly and helpful, explaining the process in layman’s terms and are happy to answer any and all questions. The technicians in back are very knowledgeable and do a great job repairing/maintaining the vehicles. And Yingling’s stands behind their work with a three year warranty.

We had a sudden issue come up with our vehicle and Yinglings got it in that same day. I was surprised by the thorough report from the various systems check they provided. Pete was friendly, informative, courteous and very willing to listen to my concerns in order to drill down to the root of the issue. And, instead of just automatically completing a costly repair, I was given options to consider. They are good people to deal with.

Just wanted to give a big shout out thanking those involved in fixing the generator on my motorhome. They were very respectful and understanding. Got me I got it in and repaired promptly and kept me abreast of what was found and needed to be done all along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and I will be back there when I need help again.

These guys were great with the van we use for our non-profit. They understood our limited funds, our mission and why having a van check-up was so important. We appreciated their expertise, advice and very fair operating practices. They didn’t do anything without checking with us. Lastly they were wonderful working with us on end of year budget constraints. Feels good to have them supporting us and our wheels!

I had called them because my vehicle was making a funny noise. They had replaced the timing chain with a new one. But my timing chain was already new. Then they told me it might be a throw out plate in the clutch. Then they finally said they thought it was a bad bearing.but by that point it was already costing me alot, so I ended up just picking it up and taking it elsewhere. I will say however the people over there we very friendly.

They did great work. My slave cylinder went out in my Ranger and its good as new. They also did a complete diagnostic to let me know what else needs work and didnt try to scam me for more money. They even went above and beyond by fixing my leaky tire free of charge. I will definitely be going back and will be referring them to anyone. Both the Body shop and repair shop are excellent. Friendly local people that actually work to find the best price, and give good service. Used them twice for big repairs and hands down beat any dealership. Call them last and go to them first!

We drove into town to see family, and had some serious car problems. They took care of us quickly had great service, reasonable prices, very trustworthy.They text a link that shows all of the recommended repairs. There was no pressure to do any of them, and the Urgent repairs had actual pictures of the part that needed fixed. They could have easily try to upsell or push additional repairs and they talked through the pros and cons of the ones I had questions about. They have a free shuttle service, and they are very friendly. I highly recommend Yinglings!(They left a thank you in a little Christmas stocking in the car... that extra level of service all the way through)
