2/3 months ago the property was ABSOLUTE TRASH! Ms. Chanell the new property manager is doing a complete turn around. She is making major changes and being respectful and a woman of her word while doing it!

This is the most rude and unprofessional place in America. Ive been here a year and havent had any issues til now. When office management isnt doing there job..there is no way to go over them. I need a want to talk to the owner right now. At this moment I am planning on moving out at the end of the month. They cant keep workers or tenants its really sad.

Dont Do It!!!!!First of all they ask for information that is none of their business such as your bank statements (unfiltered). Secondly, they advertise that they have 24 hour maintenance line and they dont, you have to wait until the office is open and put in a maintenance request even if it is an emergency. Both of my toilets constantly clogged up and they whined about having to fix them, it was not just me the entire building had the same problem. The last time it happened it took them 3 weeks to send someone over because nobody was working in the office because management quit and/or got fired for stealing money at that time but had the audacity to blame problems on the tenants. They even tried to charge late fees to those who were unable to pay rent during that time and accused me of not paying when I was paying my rent online through their website.Last but not least, DO NOT sign a lease under their move-in special because it is a scam!!! They wait until you move out and say you have a bunch of damages and fees due and stick it on your credit under that surety agreement that you sign for. Bottom line is their units are raggedy, their management is rude, unprofessional and ghetto, and the police are out there every night because theres all kinds of domestic violence, drugs, shootings and disturbing the peace situations going on. I have already warned several people not to move out there and Im glad they took my advice. These are just some of the problems I had to deal with, believe me there were plenty more!!! Heed my warning and find an apartment complex that you dont owe money to before you even move in because they sure made me pay a bill that was dated before I moved in!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gave a pretty good review last year when I first moved in at Paradise Plaza! But I just dont understand why maintenance takes so long to do things. Audrey told me last year that they had put in a request for bedroom window screens! Well now she says someone took the order out so she put it back in! Also I bought a screendoor for 150.00 on March 27th, and it hasnt been installed!! Just about everytime I go to the office for something those maintenance guys are in there walking around! Audrey says she cant give my money back, thats not right!! Excuses as always from Paradise Plaza Apts! If you had better Management on the property things wouldnt be behind.

First of all, we moved in August 2014. It literally took the management team 3 1/2 weeks to get their stuff together to even process the application. It was one thing after another with these people. They neglected to give us the information we should have been given until it was time to sign the lease. They do not tell you they charge $150.00 pet deposit PER PET and then they charge you $20.00 extra per month PER PET. They give you a website to pay your rent online for OUR CONVENIENCE what they dont tell you is that they charge $18.25 per charge to pay your rent. So we are opting to pay by money order.We had everything ready to be turned on THE DAY WE MOVED IN and yet they felt the need to charge us for the electricity that THEY used on our rent. We had scheduled for Cox to come out and hook up our cable/phone/internet. Each room had a cable in it until the day we moved in. They had pulled all of the cable out of the rooms except for the living room. So instead of having independent lines, we have to string cable upstairs to each room. Cox cannot put the lines in because they dont own the buildings so we were going to be charged to have the lines put in by the company that manages Paradise Plaza. The phone jacks didnt work either. We would have had to pay for someone to come out and fix those.The so called club house and work out room they have is a farce. Its a small room for the club house. The equipment they have was destroyed by the kids that they allowed in without supervision. The workout room has been closed for repairs.Be prepared for them to want to know ALL OF YOUR FINANCIAL AFFAIRS. They even told us they needed a copy of my bank card which is a complete farce and I ended up telling them Hell no. After letting them know the laws on that, I didnt have to give them a copy. This management company asks for too much information that IS NOT REQUIRED. So know your rights BEFORE you come here.As far as the townhouses, they are really well taken care of. They are well maintained. Unless the person next to you has a sub-woofer that is loud, you cannot hear the neighbors inside the apartment. You do have a good amount of privacy from that. The maintenance guys out here are super nice too. They will take care of any problems you may have in a timely manor. (For us it has been within one day or if an emergency within 30 minutes). They are extremely polite and let you know exactly what is going on with whatever needs to be fixed.The neighbors we have are really nice people. We all sit outside and talk and laugh all the time. The kids are well behaved and great to be around.The back porch is fenced in (privacy fence) with a lock, and the storage shed also has a lock on it. We havent been able to get the keys for them since they are replacing the locks that are on them. We cannot get a definitive answer as to when that will happen. As for the storage shed, there isnt enough room in them to store anything other than a few minor things so that isnt an issue with us...though it may be for others. Dont expect a great amount of storage on any of the townhouses.All in all I think that the townhouses themselves are really great, we love our neighbors and we love the relaxed atmosphere around us. We have had no major issues other than with the management company that owns it. Just be aware of checking to make sure they tell you everything and you should be fine. Once you are here, it is enjoyable.

Well Ive been living out here for almost 6 years the first four years out here were GREAT. Great management, great maintenance men,very family oriented, When you called the office someone Always awnsered the phone and if you left a message you would get a returned phone call THAT DAY.NOW... SMH, they do not awnser the phone theyre rude and they have allowed the value of the place to go down I got accused of disturbing my neighbors when I wasnt even home and they tried to evict me with no real reason, I hate it now and purposely did not sign another lease my lease is up at the end of October AND IM GLAD. Im moving Im tired of the shenanigans.

This place is not a good place I recommend not to live here im moving out Im not signing a new lease sorry I am out of here soon Im going to find me another place so come here at your own risk.

Well first of all they charged us a late fee for the rent when we actually payed it on time it was not our fault they didnt check. They charges us a late fee of 50$ so we said were not paying that so then came the time to sign the new lease they told us they were going to charge us ANOTHER 50$ if we didnt pay it by the 6 thats on a tuesday how are we supposed to pay that if its on a tuesday we payed the rent and all our other bills. Oh let me tell you about the office WE HATE THE NEW MANAGMENT since they changed all we have had are problems. Also today they sent us a voice mail saying we got charged ANOTHER $50 FOR LATE WHEN WE PAYED THE RENT 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT WAS EVEN DUE THATS 150$ . I dont think you would like living here its horrible THE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. Just dont live here theres more apartments better than this AND IN BETTER AREAS. We plan on moving and never returning to THESE SHITTY APARMENTS EVER AGAIN!

Its not the best of being in the future of humanity but it is what you make it out to be delivered on if you stay away from the drama series of events over that its a great place to live.

This place is horrible....they bHave baad bedbugs in every building...the manager is the office is rude and doesnt want to fix anything....i regret ever moving here its horrible....
