Rented from them for 2+ years. Great management. Easy to work with. Fair and honest policies.
The staff are always helpful and very courteous. Love my apartment, and the neighbors are good people.
So they asked for a deposit, but then upped it. I was a little nervous to rent from them....but over time I found them to be a great company to rent from. When I needed a new water heater they were there within an hour and when I was away helping with hurricane Katrina an upper stairs neighbor had a leak which caused water damage and mold. Larry shad it cleaned up asap. I miss living in that apartment. It was nice sized and the neighborhood was nice. The only draw back for a while was a lady named Caroline or something similar who was at best dreadful...but they still did a good job
Poor choice to rent from. Slummy apartments and poor upkeep. Good luck gettin a deposit let alone when you give your 30 day notice they put you down as evicted which prevents you from getting approved for another place.
Unprofessional its sad. Does not answer the phone or tell you that the place you moving to has roaches. I been calling my landlord all day because my key wont let me in my house and it look like somebody tried to break in as well
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was horrible to work with. They took over from a private owner landlord at a time when we were month to month after living in a residence for almost a year and a half. They only corresponded with us through mail, which seemed completely impersonal especially when we had contacted them by phone initially regarding something. Then they attempted to lock us into another year contract after being under them for 2 months. When we found this out, we decided to move. After notifying them we would be leaving, they sent a huge list of requirements to get our deposit back that was not part of the only contract we had signed on file from our original agreement. I called them regarding my concerns related to this and was literally told by the woman on the phone that she was “old, fat and lazy” and didn’t want to have to come in and scrape the jelly out of the refrigerator after we’d been using it. I explained that I planned on cleaning the unit when we left, but not to the specifications they wanted (professionally cleaned carpets, etc when we didn’t get things in that condition to begin with from the original landlord). During that conversation I attempted to set up a date to do a walk thru of the unit at the end residing in it and was told to just call them when we were moved out and could do that anytime. Ci called them back on the day we were out and had to leave a voicemail. Never received a call back from them, so we had to call back a few days later to be told by the same woman that it was now passed the month the residence was in our possession and we should have contacted someone sooner to schedule a walk thru on the Saturday prior to the end of the month if we wished to complete a walk thru. During that conversation we were also told by the person that they didn’t have our phone numbers. That was completely ridiculous as they should have had things on file from our original landlord and I had left my phone number as well as my spouse’s when I had left a message that we had moved out and were ready to complete a walk through. Use them at your own risk and if you are fine with only receiving emails or snail mail communication about issues, concerns, etc.
Their manager Carolyn is way too bossy without having any legal standings she thinks that if she yells or tells you something that means its set in stone and she tries to think that she can just tell you youre banned from their property and that means something and she always assumes that you live with the people whom youre visiting when you dont at all never received mail there Carolyn
