Just saw video of how bad their place is. Inexcusable.

The place has Bed Bugs be very careful.

I dont recommend this place i heard so many reviews with bad management.

Not clean i heard the management is bad and they have Bed bugs.

Evidently they don’t care about getting new tenants. I have been calling for three weeks trying to get information, I have left multiple messages and and have not heard anything back. I can only imagine living there if I can’t even get leasing info.Edit: I have called at least 2-4 times a day during office hours. Still no one has answered.

Would not recommend this complex to anyone with kids. I constantly received phone calls at work about my downstairs neighbors complaining about my 3 year old and 5 year old. The manager informed me that they complained about the noise continuing until 7:30 p.m. (yes this was their bedtime) their quiet hours did not start until hours later. I was even asked to move from my apartment to one in the different building because my neighbors (who moved in months after I did) were not happy.I also received notices on my door and threats of additional charges because of cigarette butts on my neighbors patio that did not belong to me. I finally had to firmly tell her, these are not mine and I refuse to pay extra and to stop harassing me.Speaking of additional charges, my electric usage was almost double for the two months in the summer that it took them to fix my AC. Daily, I would come home from work and my apartment would be 80 degrees. It took them two months to fix this. Making me have to pay extra for those two months as well as deal with the heat of the summer in my apartment.My lease ended in December and I received an electric bill for Januarys usage. They are refusing to pay their own electric bill. I guess its policy for previous residents (who NEVER paid late) to pay their utility bills.They are also making me pay for carpet cleaning when the carpet was stained throughout and even had documented holes in the carpetThis complex left a horrible taste in my mouth and its simply not a way to do business. They are inexpensive for a reason, they make up the money when you move out. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
