Always a great experience with this particular car wash. The brushes out front plus the auto wash is the best one in the whole county. An the vacuums are excellent as well. Very thorough wash and VERY GOOD dry also. Vacuums have good suction. Garbage cans placed all every vacuum is nice.

This has always been a great car wash but today the customer service from the owner (or manager) was above and beyond. My card sometimes has issues reading in the machine, and he came over and assisted and it was still having trouble reading. Instead of allowing me to try another car, he provided me with a wash on him. I’ll recommend this car wash forever. Very thankful.

Our vehicle had picked up lot of salt from the nearby salt flats. The owner was there when we went to get it cleaned. Personally cleaned out the wheel wells etc without extra charge. Will come back when we visit Bonneville speedway again. Very nice person.

Excellent Place!! Love their touch less car wash for my car. And love using their do it yourself hand washing too. Excellent value and the deal you can get when you use your debit card for tokens. I have used many car washes since I commute from tooele to salt lake and deal with the too salty roads or the major bug problem in the summer. This is by far the best car wash around period!!!

FYI I am only rating the touch less automatic wash because they have several options at this location. It was a terrible wash and a total ripoff! I paid $10 and it did a poor wash and no dry. It sprinkled my car with water a little soap and that was it. I had to go over to the Holiday on Bates Canyon and paid $6 for a decent wash and a dry.

This is a really good car wash. No need to go to Tooele. Its inexpensive and not usually busy. It seems to get my car cleaned thoroughly and doesnt miss any significant spots. It is well kept as well. I will continue to use this car wash.

When I arrived the credit card machine was down. The owner gave me coins to use with the hometown agreement that Id be back. The coins ran for such a long time. I have never used a hand wash that allowed so much time per $1.00 spent. These are great people and it was a great wash. Thank you again.

This is a great carwash! Owner is very friendly and outgoing! Hes available on site from sunrise to sunset, and he really goes out of his way to show everyone he appreciates the buisness..owner is a local Who was raised in the area so its a very personal old fashioned excperience!

Came to wash my car after the rain storm, and the machine was not reading my card for some reason, and the owner came up and tried also couldn’t quiet get it to work either so he just let me go thru the car wash! 🤗 made my day and hard to find places now a days that care about their customers! Great water pressure strength and lots of soap from brish. Vacuum was super weak though!

I arrived late in the day after the mud/rain storm and when I got into the bay the previous user had plugged the nozzle with mud. The operator was very on top of things. He fixed the nozzle, and gave me a hand full of tokens to wash my car. He was very courteous and very professional even late in a very trying day.

Heading East on I-80 we wanted to wash our RV before unhooking at home in the snowy Utah mountains. After calling around to several places, we were surprised that the owner actually answered the phone and after saying his wash bay might be high enough, went out and measured and then texted us to say we would just fit. While there, J.D. checked on us and offered the use of a ladder to get the highest spots clean. His facility is clean, convenient and everything worked perfectly. If you are in the Tooele area, you are in luck. You have a great car wash and a good local business person to support. Thank you J.D.! We will see you next time we pass through.

The touchless wash failed, trapping me between two closed doors with no instructions on how to proceed (said drive forward but driving forward did nothing and the door was shut). Calling the number on the wall got to a voicemail box. If this happens to you, theres an emergency open door button in front of your vehicle to the right of the exit door.

I’ve been washing my cars for years at this car wash. Never anything but great experiences. Owner is often here and very receptive to any questions and comments. I wish every place of service was like this!

Haven’t caught his name but he’s always there in his ford ranger . Every time I’ve seen him he’s been so awesome and cool . I was having issues with the card machine and he ran right over to help. This is a great wash with a top notch owner. I left my floor mats behind and they were taken. He took the time to go through footage and supply me with everything he could for me to get them back.Recently, the wash went down on a Sunday and he was there crazy fast to fix it. This is the ONLY wash that my truck has ever seen and I fully intend to keep it that way.

I have a Volkswagen diesel and its really hard to clean most days, the wonderful gentleman was very kind and helpful, he took the time to scrub down my car for me. It looks fantastic! Fantastic car wash, you can see the pride and ownership just by looking around and in my opinion BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK cost effective. My wife and I have been going here for 4 years and since coming to this wash Ive never had any equipmen cause any issues to my vehicles, never had a Bush scratch or ruin my paint no grease on the brush getting into my car and no nails in my tires. If you pay attention youll see the owner picking up trash and anything else that might get in the way of you washing your vehicle without wasting your time. My wife and I both have had 1 issue each in the 4 years and it was resolved same day due to automatic wash station equipment failure, the key here is not the reimbursement its letting the owner know something is wrong with the equipment so he can get it fixed in a expedient manner for the next guy. Good guy, good place. Sorry for punctuation or lack of, Im not much of writer so please read with open mind and understand Im just saying best place to wash your cars and truck or whatever else you need to clean,

While washing my car, last Saturday, I lost all pressure in the hose. Hardly anything was coming out. Machines break down once in a while, it happens. I called the number given on the door to the office, and talked to the owner. He apologized, and asked for my address. It wasnt even an hour later that he showed up at my house, and made it right. Its that kind of service, that kind of care, that makes a person go back, even if they had problems. Great way to run a business. AND, he saw my wife about an hour later, getting ready to wash her car, he paid for it. Watermaster will always have my business.

I lost a couple bucks because the coin drop malfunctioned. I called the number posted and left a message. The gent was very responsive and even texted me a pic of the refund envelope as he was mailing it.Hard to find that old kind of honest helpful customer service these daze!

Kinda picky on the car washes but I love this car wash! It gets my car all sparkly clean and then it even dries my clean car before you pull out of the bay! The owner is very nice and helpful, he always keeps it nice and clean around the area too.

They have a new setup that I really liked. My car was not only clean but had a nice shine as well. They have self serve bays that I most of the time use and recommend. Im impressed.Edit:I no longer can recommend the self serve bays. When using the soap option, barely any soap comes out. Plus you have to buy $5 worth of tokens at a time. I tried the touchless automatic wash again also and was equally unimpressed.

Great customer service!I ended up driving up on the rail and as the machine started, both it and I realized it. The machine stopped as to not damage my car. I pulled back to fix the cars placement.The wash wouldn’t restart, so I texted the number on the office door and was quickly met with a response where the owner submitted a code so I could reset the wash and proceed with my car.Really appreciated that considering it was my fault.

Classic car wash. I like the pink soap that bubbles out of the brush. I like how I have options. For example, I can spray the salt off of my car with plain water, or I can lather rinse and wax it. The vacuums are high powered and have long enough rubes to reach anywhere in the car.

Great car wash!! The owner is wonderful! I once had an issue with the change machine and after a phone conversation he came over to my home and gave me my money back. Another time years later he walked around to everyone washing their cars and handed out free air fresheners while thanking us all for being there.

A bunch of the self serve car wash stations got issues. Some take some quarters but reject most others, some are jammed so you cant put any more quarters in there and some keep rejecting all your quarters. The automatic car wash was OK but not the best Ive ever u used.

Inserted a $20 bill but machine sorted me fifty cents, Id it does that to everyone thatd add up at the end of the month!!! Washed with brush and rinsed but still didnt turnover the dirt & bugs, guess Ill do it by hand next time!!!
