Wasnt extremely impressed with the quality. I only got the $30 detail so I wasnt expecting much, but even at that it was pretty disappointing.The people were super nice and asked me to look over the vehicle. I had them do a couple quick things but was in a hurry to get back to Salt Lake and didnt have near the time for them to continue working on all the very basic things I felt they missed. (which were quite a few). Just glad I didnt get the $50 or $80 detail.Not trying to bash them at all, again they were very friendly and super convenient. But just a heads up to anyone that may be even slightly particular. Looks like other people have had great experiences with them so thats awesome. Wishing them nothing but success!

This was our first visit to the Shammy Shack. The cost, compared to similar car washes, was good, cheaper than their nearest competition. The service was great! We had some writing on the back window, when the attendant noticed the writing, they made sure that I wanted it removed, and even made sure to use the brush before I entered the car wash. This extra effort and care will certainly bring me back for another visit. My only complaint is that their vacuums didnt have the best suction, but they are free, so it doesnt affect my review.

I used the full service today. Very impressed with the service. They noticed my car wasn’t as clean as it could be after going through the wash so they asked me if they could take it through again. They did great work in the interior cleaning too. Definitely going there again and recommending to others.

Got our mothers day discount even though we were an hour past the quoted time. I go once a week. Quick and convenient. Oh remember the mud rain we had a couple of months ago, they stayed open late so people could get the mud off there cars. Way to go!

Finally an automatic car wash that my truck will fit in!! I was impressed with the car wash, while it was not perfect it was on the better side of automatic car washes. Ill definitely be going back!

I really love this place! The services are reasonably priced. If you get a monthly wash plan, you can drive right up and get an exterior wash and be on the road within 10 minutes (if theres no line). Free hand drying afterwards, and the vacuums are free to use.The inside of the building also looks great. An overall wonderful business!

Staff are friendly! Very accomodating! I had a wash purchased that had expired but they went above and beyond to replace it and took great care of my car!

I had a service for one vehicle and changed cars so I cancelled my existing service to upgrade another vehicle. I was charged for both services.when I contacted them they were rude and 2 weeks later still no refund. I went to my bank where they confirmed no refund. My bank called then and they hung up the phone claiming they were over te situation

Got a monthly subscription thinking Id get my car washed here more often, very first wash it scratched the hood on my car, which is only a few months old. Tried to talk to the manager about, was basically told Im a liar, and any person who left a negative review is also a liar. So not only did the wash damage my vehicle, the manager was extremely disrespectful. Ill go back to washing my own car or go back to quick quack, as least they never scratched my car

Shammy shack is a great car wash. Always making sure the customers are happy. If you find anything you dont like. Theyll make sure it gets taken care of. Wish I could give them higher then a 5 star rate.

I came in here to actually redo my subscription. After talking with the girl who worked at the front desk. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was discussing plans with her then said I’d like to speak to my wife about it first. She was rude and unprofessional and I actually ended up just canceling my subscription

Over all great job only complaint is that the area buy the back window was not vacuumed some spots on the door liners were not cleaned.

I love this place! Ive gotten a car wash pretty much every where else in town and they are by far the best. The crew does a great job and I dont feel like they ever overlook or rush through spraying my car all the way even when they are busy. They treat each customer the way they should be when they come through. I love having a membership here!

I absolutely LOVE shammy shack. The monthly pass is a deal that cannot be beat. Vacuums are always working good and the employees are super helpful and cheerful.

Surprised at how well they detailed my car.

The only things done well were the exterior wash and the floor mats, they didnt vacuum the trunk at all after I asked them to make sure that was done, they floor was mostly vacuumed except underneath the seats. They didnt wipe the door jams or seats or consol. I had to take the car home and spend 30 min recleaning the whole thing.

Car was pretty clean, could have used a little more attention but the detailer are all high school kids

They didnt awful awful job on my truck. I paid for a tire shine and I paid to have somebody hand dry my rig. I pulled into have them tell me back out that I was done. If I could share pictures I would! It didnt even get dried and the tires never even got polished an the soap is still smeared on my truck

Im always very impressed when I go to this car wash. I use the hand wash car wash next to Shammy Shack and everything always works and the grounds are nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that the bays have a bunch of garbage in them. (Trucks should sweep out their trucks first. )

I just feel better after a drive through on my wash pass. Customer Service is superb. I have had pleasant conversations with all I have come in contact with. The monthly wash pass at $45 or so is worth paying for. Makes my car look waxed and cleaner than ever.

I was not even close to satisfied. I paid $80 for their black diamond service and wished I would have just done it myself. There was dirt still visible on the outside after their wax job! They didnt bother to vacuum the trunk. There was greasy armor-all on the dash and cupholders and they made no attempt to take the dirt from the detail areas of the car. How is it a Detail if they arent detailed in how they clean the car??

My wifes car was taken there picked up up with armaroll all over the windows and paint. Took my truck over to get it cleaned picked it up and my wheels are still dirty . Went back over to talk to them about it and he was very rude. Wont go back!

My favorite place to get my car washed. You can have the option of cleaning the inside / outside yourself or have them do it or any combination of the two. They offer free vacuuming when you wash your car with them the vaccums are great. They have two one on either side of your car and they are always on so you arent racing the clock. When you have them do it they can do anything from a basic vacuum to deep cleaning. They have a nice lobby for you to wait.

They did a good job washing my truck. I think that it is the best car wash in Tooele county. I love the vacuum station that they have. Tons of stalls and two on each side. If you bring some one with you then you can vacuum out your can in half the time. They are really powerful vacuums as well.

Paid for a car wash and I didnt know they were about to close, no employee told me they were closing before I paid. I went to vacuum my car out and only then did they tell me they were closing so I told them Id be quick as I was in a rush myself to go to an important event which my car had to be clean for but they then turned the vacuums off while I was still using them. I could not finish cleaning my car and had to go somewhere else to finish. I did not get the full service I paid for.

I drive for Uber and Lyft and had a passenger throw up in my car. I brought my car to them on a Sunday morning and picked it up in the afternoon. They had cleaned all of the carpets for $60 and everything was so clean. You would never know anything had happened. There was no smell, no stain, nothing.Thank you!!

Unbelievable service for the price! I paid $25 and received an exterior auto-wash, full interior cleaned, vacuumed, windows inside and out, and vents blown out. The cherry on top was the air freshener in the system in the scent of your choice. They also offer to replace super blades for an additional fee. The lobby was clean, plenty of seating and a snack bar with beverages available to purchase while you wait.

Ive heard nothing but good Good things. I dont have anything negative to say about this place. But Ive never been. Since I own a carwash. But if you ever on the opposite end of the valley try watermaster car wash.

This is a great place to get a quick automatic car wash. They will also dry your car off and you just tip the deters. They have multiple free unlimited vacuum stations after you wash your car. They offer multiple plans as well which allows you to visit multiple times a month. They also offer car detailing.

They have a great selection of drinks to choose from etc.

Took my new to me Mercedes in for a detailing and was really disappointed. Went to get it and rims were dirty. Outside wasnt clean in multiple places. Sticker on window wasnt removed. The one place without leather wasnt cleaned well and doors had gunk on the speakers and trunk wasnt even vacuumed. I was wiping junk off the rims and body with my finger and I was taking trash out of the trunk while he was finishing. It wasnt vacuumed under the front seats either and floor mats werent completely clean either. This was after I left it when it wasnt done when I first inspected it. I love this place for car washes but this wasnt a detail job, more like a deeper than normal cleaning but not a detail. This car wasnt a trashed mess when I took it in but really wanted a detail job. Will have to go somewhere else for this next time. I couldve cleaned like this at home.

This drive through wash facility is AMAZING!!!! Suggest getting the works when getting a car wash the price is reasonable and they dry your car for you at the stop. Head over to vacuum your vehicle with vacuums that work awesome!

Best auto wash in Tooele. Amazing service all around. Have had a monthly pay pass since it opened. Fantastic deal! Works great on cars but I have noticed a few minor scratches when I take my pickup through. That is the reason for 4 star.

The DIY wash areas are always muddy and I have gotten a nail in my tire from the uncleaned debris. Glad they offer this service but the area look like they arent maintained.
