I had a membership for 4 months and took my car through about 7 times. I hit a bird and got some blood on my bumper before my first wash. Every wash the workers would see the stain, spray some cleanser, and get the same result. The stain is still there. I changed my engine oil and doing so got some oily finger prints on my driver side door. They are still there after a run through. Point is, nothing beats a rag and some elbow grease. It is not worth $42 a month for 2 cars. And remember, you have to cancel membership 10 days prior to the next month renewal. Take my advice. Dont get a membership. Only get the cheapest wash. If you want to get your car clean, I havent found a better alternative than human labor. Pay the neighborhood teenager to wash your car. Forget the substandard automated scrubbers.

First time here, Got the basic$7.99 wash and my car came out pretty clean considering it was covered in mud from the dirty snow we had. Even the back glass which usually gets missed by most washes. I Will definitely get a wash here next time!

The last couple of times my daughter and I have been there to wash your car which she has a year passport car washes the best car washes but has not been satisfied with the results lately

I bought the cheapest car wash. They used some marker on my windshield and another attendant pointed to some wiring that said to take my foot off the brake and let the conveyor take the car through. I paid $8 and the conveyor took me through so fast that I had soap all over my car when I was done the market they wrote was not even gone. Very upset! I had to go to another place to wash my car properly!

My car has never been cleaner! The unlimited car wash is so worth it! The staff, especially Haylee, are always so friendly & welcoming. I stop by & have my car washed on the way out of town almost every day & love how clean & shiny my ride is. The free dash wipes, vacuums, & air hose are an added bonus!

Good car wash, would be a five star except for one female employee that always makes it awkward. I believe her name tag said Halie or something like that. I’m surprised that her eyes haven’t fallen out considering how hard she rolls them at every car in line. A subtle eye roll is one thing but one that makes you roll your whole head makes it seem a little more deliberate.

I like the prices of this car wash but my car does not always come fully clean. Not just once but multiple times. I guess I get what I pay for.

We love the service and the staff are always smiling and answer any questions about their service and products with knowledge and patients. Paid for their BEST wash and the first two times I went through the lights flashed that I was getting their GOOD wash and the wash shut down everything I was supposed to get in the BEST wash. The manager tried to tell me that it worked, but the lights weren’t working, and when I pointed out that there was no wheel shine, she tried telling me there was. They finally got it right the third time I went through. It was very inconvenient to have to keep going through, but I’m glad I noticed the issue before I drove all the way home. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this wash again. I’ve never had this issue with the other car wash in Tooele.*The soap, tri-foam, and tire shine did not come on the first two times I went through, so no, the wash I paid for was not provided. When I went through the third time, they all came on. DO NOT treat me like I don’t know what to expect when I go to your car wash. I did not say that it didn’t “bump” my car. Anyone that’s had tire shine applied to their car knows that you can feel when it’s being applied. The third time I went through I know it was applied because I could feel my vehicle rocking. Either YOUR employee didn’t enter the correct wash, or your equipment is in need of repair.

Its a pretty good car wash, got the unlimited package and I go every day after work.Cleans decently well for the value would recommend.Though its getting ice cold and the blonde girl and guy working today were just a wearing a thin jacket theyre gonna catch a cold!Its freezing out tonight.

Been here before and came back after taking a break. 20 for a monthly membership for the basic wash is well worth the money... even if you have a pressure washer at home. Major convenience factor. Eathen (tall dude with glasses) was very cool and friendly.

They are always attentive and get my car cleaned very well. I have yet to get a wash I dont like. The value is amazing! Kate (The girl with brown hair and glasses) is always so nice and polite!!

My kids LOVE “Quick Quack Color Car Wash”. They beg to come with me and I can even get some chores out of them for it.

Ive used this location more than a dozen times and have experienced one consistent challenge, the rinse cycle misses the side view mirrors and the back of my car. I drive a full size sedan. My sister with a compact car also has this challenge.My grandmother with a large van and an aunt with a full size pickup have experienced a separate challenge, their rear licence plates are bent up from the bottom corners each time they have used the car wash. Its unclear what causes this.Its great to have another car wash option in our town. I hope this review will help prospective patrons make an informed choice thats right for them.

This place does a great job at cleaning the side of my truck. But every time I leave here my windshield and the back of my truck are still filthy.

Have to change my star rating. The back of the truck never gets cleaned. They should use a power washer before entering.

I pay the monthly fee for unlimited wake and generally like the service. But it always misses spots on my windows, which is mildly frustrating.

Super fast and convenient. Landyn took great care of me and my ride. Finally got all those hard water stains off my car! :)

Staff is friendly, and I appreciate that they have an air compressor along with the vacuums, makes it a lot easier to get the dust out of my vents. Prices for the monthly pass arent too bad either

Shammy shack in tooele is cheaper, they do much better job washing, rinsing, and drying. Plus they have someone who dries your car off.. we went to quick quack to give them a try and the was was rushed, didnt clean the car very well, didnt rinse soap off then when we went through dryer soapy water ran down back window, so we will definitely be sticking with Sammy Shack!

The car wash is fine. The service is not. I totaled my car in December, got charged for December after the fact and hadnt used the service all month but accepted it was my fault. Went in to the site in tooele utah with my mom and told the attendant I needed to cancel my subscription. She asked for my email since I do not have the car any more and she could not record the license plate. I gave her my email and she said ok, no problem we will take care of that cancellation for you. Come January I get charged again, and this time Ive moved my money after bills to another account and I received an overdraft fee as well. so I call customer service to cancel and she says ok and asks for my email and its not in their system. So we look it up by my credit card and she cancels it. I say ok now I went into the tooele wash and canceled last month because my car was totaled, I gave the girl my email and she said it would be cancelled. But it wasnt and I got an overdraft fee as well. Is there anything that can be done about it. And she says theres no record of anything like that on file, I said well you said my email wasnt on file, so obviously she didnt cancel, and the lady on the phone treat me like I was a liar. She said ok whats your email so I provide it for the third time and she says I sent a email to my supervisor to see if I can get approval for a refund. Have never heard back.

The Quick Quack does an excellent job of cleaning the car. I was helped by Drew and he put extra bug spray on my car since it was pretty dirty up there. Pro tip: that pre-treating spray really does dissolve the bugs off, it’s not just soap. It makes a big difference and no other car wash in town does it.

Horrible smell when going through the car wash! My car still stinks from the car wash. (Inside and out) Car is still dirty, was not going through that again! The air hose wasnt very strong either. Normally quick quack is awesome :(

Have had a membership at the Tooele location since they opened. I use many locations, which is one of my favorite things about quick quack. But I consider Tooele home base. I always appreciate their friendly greetings and quick response time when I pull in. The monthly membership is worth every penny!

This is a great car wash. Paige has always been helpful and friendly.Their unlimited wash passes are reasonably priced and after you have your first car, additional cars cost less.The soap usually smells like cherry and I love it. Sometimes it doesn’t smell so good but usually it’s a great cherry scent.

DONT GO to quack car Wash in tooele. These guys said it was okay to enter even with a rack on top. We made sure to ask before entering. Well it ruined my truck. At first they said they would pay for the damage but now they refuse to. They quote on the front door it states if not manufactured with the vehicle they will not cover.so I guess if you have custom wheels or anything stocked with the vehicle they will not cover if damaged...

I used to never go to a drive through car wash just because they aren’t that great where I’m from, so I tried this one during my first winter here.

I did not think that I needed a monthly pass, but I did!!! I love it. Drew is always helpful,It is a well run car wash! It is clean and always open.

Could not even clean my windshield. This place is not a good place to get your car washed. If you want to spend 20 bucks to throw your trash away and vacuum then its the place for you. Complete waste of time and money. They are supposed to do a pre soak also and the guy just waived his water wand and barely touched it. Will not go back!

By far the worst car wash Ive ever been to! Ruined my rig, my brother went in with his truck and they completely damaged it and are not willing to fix it 😡. Only go here if you want your rig scratched bent dented and damaged.

Wasn’t impressed with how clean it got the outside of the car, there was some dirt still on the hood and front.The vacuum section was cool, they worked really well. I also liked the air compressor.

Really great customer service! But I drive a ford edge and the scrubbing wheel left the back of the car not clean. Ive only been once, i will definitely be going again to see if the first time was a fluke.

Paid for an online 30 day membership on May 31st and the ecard wont work the xar wash manager did what she could the car wash online support answered 2 emails after that i was ignored when I asked a refund.If you buy a membership go the the wash directly the online is a bunch b.s.
