You guys had my ego Weedwhacker for over a month got a different excuse every time I called and then when I got my Weedwhacker back it looked like it had sat in the back of some guys pick up truck bouncing around for the whole time didn’t even look like the same Weedwhacker not real pleased with the customer service either never received a receiptI don’t think I’ll be returning there for any business

So Ive had the pleasure of working with Bison Turf since about 2010. I currently own four plows from them, two Blizzards and two SnowEx. my relationship with the staff, particularly Bill and Doug has grown in leaps and bounds from when I first walked in. Give it time and patience and you will see the same. They know me, they know my equipment, they know my trucks, and are willing to work and accommodate all of the dumb situations I put them in... And the dozens of questions that follow. They are fair, and are willing to compromise. Oh and that late night emergency services number - they answer the phone and bend over backwards to help you when youve got a plow that just went down, or a truck youve driven into a ditch. I certainly look forward to growing with them more in the future, and you should too.

Fantastic Service -I purchased a professional grade walk behind mower that had advertised a variable speed transmission. I inquired as to how to slow the mower down because i was being whipped around the yard. After a day of research, Bison found that Turfmaster only had 1 speed even though it was advertised as variable. It was way too much machine for me. Bison picked up the mower and I had its replacement delivered in ample time for the next cut. Now that I can go at my own speed, it is the perfect mower for my set up!Bison is competitively priced with superior customer service. I would buy from them again without hesitation. 5 stars A+

Bison turf has been extremely helpful. I blew out a hydrolic line at 1 am In the middle of a snow storn. And the guy from bison helped me get my sno ex plow up and running so i can finish my plowing . thank you bison turf and workers you saved my @$$ when i was in a bind . this rating deserves 10 stars!
