Brittany at KL Hudson is amazing! She is very professional and does everything she can for her clients. We recently had an issue where our escrow company did not send out our insurance premium due to an error in their system (the escrow co’s system). Brittany spent countless hours making phone calls and following up with everyone for days until the problem was fixed which helped avoid a lapse in coverage. K.L. Hudson Agency’s customer service is amazing. They gave me a quote immediately and met with me at my convenience. They always answer their phone and respond to my e-mails timely. With the company I was with before I had to do everything independently online and it was hard to get a person to speak with who could assist with changes or questions. Best of all I found they saved me over $300 a year for the same coverage. I would recommend that anyone give them a call to get a quote. I promise no high pressure sales, just an honest attempt at saving you some money. Had I not done that, I would still be overpaying for my insurance.

The best customer service! Kevin, Melanie and rest of the staff are truly great to work with for both Home and Commercial insurance coverage. When I first bought my house I wanted to bundle my insurance with my vehicle all places were basically giving me a price of another car payment a month. I called KL Hudson and I was so surprised with the quote I received I signed the paperwork that day. Ive been dealing with them for over 2 years now and every single time they see something cheaper for the same coverage they call me around the time of my renewal and make me aware of it. There was two different occasions where I called there to ask a question and just by my name they knew what coverage I had with the details of them. I just recently called Brittany to add some more coverage and within 2 days I had insurance and again I called around to other places just curious of quotes and it was almost triple of what KL Hudson quoted me. Kevin the owner is a great guy. Unfortunately the insurance he sells from Erie Insurance has been just terrible. Claim adjuster & Managers saying they returned calls and never have. Would definitely recommend looking into other insurance than ERIE INSURANCE CO. They will just take your money and when you actually need the insurance you bought and paid for they will make it so difficult to get your money and be made whole agin.

Original Review: For years my family used Geico and a mix of other companies for homeowners on our personal and the few rental properties that we have. I stopped in to talk to Kevin and was honestly surprised at how fast he came up with figures. Everything was so much easier than I thought it would be to get everything switched. He saved us a ton of money and was very knowledgeable about his products. We left there knowing were covered and getting a great deal on it too. I must note that Geico had a much better website than Erie insurance but when I had to call Erie, the representative was awesome and fast at helping fix my login issue. I would recommend K.L. Hudson to family or friends, I think theyre honest and will steer you in the right direction.Edited 1/6/17 -The rates have increased to the point that Im certain there is no benefit having Erie Insurance. Kevin has worked with me to find better rates but the trade offs in coverage arent worth the very small savings. Furthermore, the website for Erie insurance is awful, I cant see the payment history, upcoming payments due, or a detailed bill.

I always get quick professional responses and they are always working to make things as easy as possible. Not to mention getting a much lower quite than bigger companies and the coverages were better!
