If I can give this place a -5 in review, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I kindly asked Justyna to please put a mask on, because I didnt feel safe with someone not wearing a mask and being that close to my face during a facial. She was very rude and unprofessional about it and didnt do it.Ive had facials done at other places where the esthetician would wear a mask at all times or put it on no problem when I requested it.Basically, she didnt accommodate for her customers needs, which every good and professional business would do.

Love the place and Justyna is a great esthetician. She’s knowledgeable and knows how to advise the best treatment. I loved the IPL facial. Definitely recommend her!

The location is not at the salon; it is next door of the salon. There is an ally way that leads you to a place called Wellness Center. Was confused at first, but the lady at the nail salon helped me. This was my first time getting a microdermabrasion treatment by Justyna and it was very pleasant. She made me feel comfortable, very knowledgeable, any questions you have she answers in depth and she explains what she is doing. Takes about 30 minutes, but was relaxing. Definitely recommend, pricing is not bad, especially for the service you will get. I will be back for the microneedle treatment in a about 4 weeks.

I purchased a groupon for a facial for my wife and they used it for another person and mark it as if we had used it and redeemed it. They stoled our money! Never purchase A groupon because they will market is redeem to before you use it and steal your money !

I did not get to have an experience because they use my Groupon for someone else Named Brittany. Then, they marked my Groupon as redeemed when I did not use it at all! Be careful if you get close to your expiration date because they will redeem your Groupon and pretend that you used it if you don’t check and steal your money!

I really enjoyed my treatment !! Became a regular And after meeting the esthetician I can not believe what I read with the reviews above !!! She is pleasant sweet knowledgeable explains everything and mAkes you feel welcome. Unlike many places i’ve been to before where are used Groupon and they just ran through my face with the treatments and wanted me to purchase packages with prices not from this world . My Groupon also got redeemed before my treatment I called the place asking what could’ve happened then I noticed my Groupon got redeemed by accident when I went to pull up my expiration date I called the office they did not give me any problems they took my redeemer Groupon I got all my treatments in with no problem!!! Therefore I highly recommend this place to everyone and they have amazing deals in the office as a returning customer .. from my own experience if I see a bad review about this place it’s definitely someone not having a good day. Parking was hard to find but they did tell me where I can park and my problem is solved thank you again so much I am definitely your regular from now on

It was my first time getting a Microderm, I loved it!! My skin feels and looks great. Justyna is amazing and I would highly recommend her spa.
