This place has terrible customer service Offer appointments but still want you to leave your vehicle for 3 to 4 hours very rude on the telephone. Go down the street to Mavis a real honor same prices and you a much better job.

We got a flat tire on the way to the beach and everyone here was so nice and helpful. They didn’t try to overcharge us or tack anything extra on and the tire was super affordable and they changed I️t for is super quick!

My daughter took her car here to exchange a tire that was showing the belts and about to blow. Other tires were in ok shape. They exchanged the wrong tire leaving the tire with the belts showing still on her car and leaving her driving a very unsafe car. Not the first time I wasnt completely satisfied with the service here. Only go here because it is close to home but never again.

Very nice guys and great service have gone there before but today I stopped by with a commercial mower tire I was having an issue with and they took care of the problem without any delay...will be using them more in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Dishonest as they get. They tried to charge $25 to mount and balance, which is fine. And an additional $15 to change tpms sensor to rubber valve stem. Any decent shop changes the tpms o-ring, since they go bad eventually. This shop doesnt change the o-rings. They tried to rip me off, but it didnt work. Talked to three different people, but no one mentioned any addl charges, until they got the car in their possession. Never again for me. Ill go where they know what they are doing and arent dishonest.

Brought my car there to have a tire put on, technician didnt put the tire on flush to the hub or that my studs to my tire may have been compromised. Well the tire came off and the managers excuse was you brought your car in on a weekend and I wasnt here so the technician should have brought it to my attention which never happened at all.

Courteous, efficient and honest. Brought a few cars here for various reasons always received excellent customer service which is hard to come by in this industry.

BEWARE!!!! I had 2 new ww tires put on one day and 2 ww the next day.the tread is ok, however, after driving a month the whitewalls on the back were discolored. i brought it to the attention of the manager and his fix was to wipe it clean. it seems that every week i have to clean off the second pair of ww while the front pair are perfectly fine.i was able to find out through another tire dealer that the second pair of tires installed were 7 YEARS OLDER than the first pair. there is a tire code on the side of the tire indicating this.i brought this to the attention of discount tire and they will not rectify this saying this is perfectly legal. never again will i do business with them because of this.

Worst tire place ever! I had them replace my tires and they broke the tire pressure light on each of my tires! I didnt realize it was them who did it until my mom had the same problem after they changed her tires. They tried to say it wasnt them and refused to even look at it after the light went on right when I left the place. This is a very expensive part to fix on every tire. Worst experience ever!!! Not recommended!

Terrible. They fixed my car by resetting my check engine lights. However I never gave them permission.

These guys suck, got 5 new tires, one doesnt match and they had me ride home with my rear lugs barely hanging on. I almost lost the tire
