I reached out to Frank so that he could get rid of some birds nest that were sitting in a couple of vents on each side of the house. Frank took care of the situation and placed some aerated covers over the side of the house thus preventing from the birds coming in again this coming winter to lay their eggs there. Great guy, Great service, very reasonable pricing. Give him a shot, you wont be upset!!

Big shout out to Frank.I called him because my front porch was covered in termites.He explained to me they were not termites but citronella Ants. I heard very odd noises on my roof and in my attic. I called Dynamic. Frank, the owner, listened carefully, he was pretty sure it was a raccoon. He showed up at our agreed upon time, he checked the attic and roof. He set a trap, checked it frequently. It took a week for the raccoon to return. The trap worked perfectly. Frank came right out and removed it. He did a temporary patch job on the hole in the roof so I wont have to worry about the critter getting in again, (my community will do a permanent fix). His price is more than fair. I hope I dont need him again, but if I did, I wouldnt hesitate to call him!

Frank retracted about payment agreement. Had his partner came out for inspection and when I received quote I mentioned the conversation of annual pay agreement of two payments with Frank, his partner seemed dumbfounded. He also seemed resistant to the arrangement and said he would speak to Frank. They called back later in the morning and told me they could only take one payment and when I went through the entire conversation Frank had with me, silence on Franks end only his partner spoke on his behalf telling me Frank does not recall the conversation.Yet, Frank spoke fluently to me aboout living in Miami where he had an office since I am from Florida and how bugs are much worse there. I dont do business with people whom are fickle and suddenly forgetful. I think its just very poor customer service and misrepresentation of whom you are.
