First of all 5 stars is not nearly enough to rate the owner, Jose Silano & his top notch professionally run business. I had a problem with squirrels in my ceilings throughout my entire 1st floor for approximately 3 1/2 months. I had several companies out, repeatedly, during this time professing to have taken care of the problem. I would hear the same noises in the same places, on the days they had been there. Each time being assured they had found their points of entry.A friend of mine, knowing I do not do social media, put a question on her Union, NJ Facebook page about my ongoing squirrel nightmare. She got a lot of ideas & suggestions, multiple positive ones about Bug Boys & Jose. I made an appointment for him to come & evaluate my home, knowing that he would not be the 1st, 2nd, etc to do so. He & his son came, climbed the roof & immediately diagnosed the problem, providing me with photos. It was not remotely close to what the other companies had said. The screen was torn away from from the attic vent fan. He explained in great detail & with pictures what needed to be done to take care of the problem. I made an appointment to have the work done. He installed a cover for the vent with a 1 way tunnel to allow the squirrels to leave but not get back in. The next day he called to say 1 had come out. There was a camera attached that sent him a video whenever it detected movement. The following day he called & forwarded me video of 4 that had come out, & were trying to figure out how to get back in.During his assessment he discovered that my 2 chimney caps needed to be replaced, to further prevent them from finding another point of entry. He placed orders for the both of them. While waiting for the caps to come in, 1 found its way down my fireplace & into my family room, which fortunately was closed off to the rest of the house. My neighbor came over & opened up the outside doors to the room & somehow it eventually left. Jose came over afterwards & discovered my chimney flu was open, which he closed, it had been open for quite some time. The fireplace had not been used for years because of the cats constant curiosity. Several days ago Jose came out & installed the 2 chimney caps.I can not express into words what it is like not hearing the noise in my ceilings off & on for 24 hours a day, for 3 1/2 months. It was a traumatic & terrorizing feeling to live with in my own home. If only I had heard about Jose sooner...........This is the only exterminator I will ever use for anything. He is the absolute best in book!!!!!Thank you again Jose for ending my reign of terror!!

Jose responded quickly to my call to remove what I thought was one dead raccoon from an AC vent in my home. When he went to remove what we thought was one decomposing corpse, it turned out to be three dead baby raccoons and their living mother!!! He quickly caged her before she could get away and went above and beyond to clean up a very nasty mess. He also did a nice job in sealing/reinforcing the raccoons original point of entry in my attic. Jose was extremely responsive, pleasant to speak with, and confidence-inspiring. On top of that, his prices represent a very good value for the work performed and the customer service/experience was exceptional.

Jose did a great job in finding and safely removing a mother raccoon and her 4 babies from my attic. He and his assistant also repaired the damage the mother created in my attic as well as closing her entrance way into my home.
