Right away, the lady was doing a very sloppy job and was rushing. She missed a lot of the steps and that was very upsetting. I asked for 5 different colors, She said it will be 5$ more and I said that’s fine. The lady starts copying the photo I showed her and the colors she applied were nothing like the ones in the photo. She continues to do my nails and I said I didn’t like it. The lady said it was too late and she can’t take it off. I was very upset because that wasn’t what I asked for and I was paying all that money. Then I said since she doesn’t have any of the colors I’ll just get something else. She doesn’t take off the previous colors, rather applies the new polish on top of it, even though I said to kindly not do that. She didn’t care about my opinions and she was very uncaring. She was even making fun of me. Saying that I should just make up my mind about picking a color or that I don’t like what she’s doing. When she was pushing back the cuticles she hardly touched it. I didn’t even feel anything. It looks horrible. I am very upset and I want my money back.

I personally had a pretty good experience. The nail tech was nice and took her time going my nails. The lady that tended to my daughter however was not very knowledgeable about the nail shape nor the design she requested; instead of just saying so, the lady shaped them like a coffin and did the design wrong. When my daughter brought it to her attention and expressed she didn’t like it, the lady got upset and said that she will need to wait for another tech because she didn’t know how to do it. We patiently waited for another tech all the whole the lady was protesting in her language to her piers. About 20 mins later, a gentleman sat down grabbed her hand angrily and said “if you don’t like it you should learn to do your nails yourself”! I was in aww… very rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. If you can’t meet the customers request you should just say so instead of speaking to them that way. Finally a third young lady came and fixed the nails.

After going to them for close to 18 years today was the worst experience ever, they just want in and out and dont care how you feel but quick to get paid. I waited an hour to get a design and it doesnt even look like the picture I showed, plan and simple the girl didnt want to do the work and then after stating how disrespectful and rude it was that all of the employees talk about you in their language isnt right and the owner had nothing to say. I will be looking for another salon because I wont be treated like that with the price you are charged. So sad poor business to people that have been loyal for years.

The first time I went there, I had Natalie and she did a great job at my manicure. This time they gave me someone else. He gave me a different nail color for my toes than my fingers and not overly happy with the job he did.Got engaged last night and a good manicure was important to me.

This is the only place that Ill go to get my nails and eyebrows done. They do a really good job. Even when Ive had issues with my nails a day or two after getting them done they fixed it for no charge. There is a wait because sometimes its busy but thats to be expected.

My nail tech was in a rush and gave me a 10 min pedi.I didn’t get any of what you get during a pedi.Except the polish.But still paid for everything. Terrible.

I love how friendly the staff is. They do amazing quality jobs. But this time I went, my nails started chipping the day after. Thats why i didnt give a 5 star. I usually get amazing service but maybe it time to take the nails of and give my own nails a rest.

I had a really terrible experience. One of the workers came to work on me without washing her hands. I said really nicely... can you please wash your hands before you work on me? She didnt even say a word and walked away. Sure began to work on the next customer ... when i asked why she wasnt working on me? She began to yell across the store... dirty hands... dirty hands. I was really horrified and walked out of the store without my nails done. I will never go back there.

Been coming here since I was a little girl. I recently moved to Cherry Hill and have tried multiple places and never liked how my nails would come out. I would rather drive an hour to come here because they do such a wonderful job on my nails 😊 I always leave here smiling!

Came in on a busy Saturday. Sat waiting for a few minutes for a pedicure. They told me to go to the pedicure station and put my feet in the water, which was too cold. They warmed it after several minutes. That happened twice. Kept me waiting with feet in the water for about 20 minutes. Nail tech started to work on my pedicure and left to finish someone else’s nails. She left another time before finishing the pedicure. Says, “All done” and walks away. Awful.

I would rate this place zero stars if I had option.First waited 1/2 hour for manicure ( had scheduled an appointment) and when I walked in 10 minutes ahead of time saw that he was just at beginning of a gel manicure.Then Made me wait 45 minutes for pedicure in cold water.Kept saying that the girl that I called in 3 days in advance to make the appointment with is coming. At the end she took someone ahead of me and decided she’s not doing my nails, so when I got up to leave, another girl came over and said she’ll do it .I don’t get the point of scheduling an appointment and then having to wait for walk ins to be taken ahead of you...so unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. And not clean ... when she put hot stones I had someone’s hair on my leg. Also towels are stained and old.There are plenty of nail salons on every cornerSave your money. Don’t go there !! Charged 70$For a gel fill manicure and pedicure! And so thick and uneven.

I will NEVER go back to this place! They overcharged me. Charged for 3 new nails when I only received 1 new nail. They took the nail color away from me and gave me a book with new colors that I really didn’t want. A day later nails popping off already nail color chipped. Unfriendly unprofessional dirty smelly rude nail techs. Not worth the experience.

They took people for manicures that had come in after I did, maybe the had an appointment. Im not sure. I was only approached by someone saying they were coming as I stood up to leave. I have NEVER waited 50 minutes for a pedicure. I will not go back.

Was treated extremely rudely. When I asked for a different person to do my nails was told by the manicurist to get out of the seat as its her seat even though she was going to give someone a pedicure and didnt need the seat for a customer.When I asked who was in charge so I could formally complain I was told they all are as they are all family.Gel manicure was mediocre at best.I will NOT be going back there

I cant say enough good things about this place. I was looking for a new place to go today and stumbled across here. I walked in 10 minutes before closing (I honestly had no idea until I left and saw the hours) but they took me and did a fantastic job. Did not rush me one bit!! I got a spa pedicure and it was worth every penny. They line their basins with a plastic liner to prevent all the horrible infections you can get from the bacteria that can grow in them. Everything is very clean and the place itself looks great! I live in Jackson and will continue to take the drive out here. Great place!!

Extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment early this afternoon for 6pm. Got here five minutes early only to find out the “girl” who does lashes isn’t in today. No “I’m sorry” no “ come back please”.. No reason why no one thought it important to call me. They just sat there expressionless. With a nail salon on every corner and lash shops popping up everywhere you’d think it was just slightly important to say something..anything that would express any level of regret over the situation.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Just 4 days ago I stopped here to get a fill. Not even two days later are all of my nails chipping and breaking. So today I go back in to get my nails fixed, I was treated so poorly. They let me leave with unfinished nails and wouldn’t fix them. I would NEVER ever recommend giving your time of money to such a poorly run business.

Everything about this place is just underwhelming. The pedicure was mediocre, they only used soap on one foot then used the left over soapy water for the other, didn’t actually scrub and gave no massage; not to mention the lady applied FOUR layers of polish with no base and top polish only on some leaving them dull, dark, and clumpy. Then I got my nails done, I get gel fills over my natural nails. This place gave me the worst manicure of my life, all of my nails were different shapes and lengths plus lumpy inconsistent gel application... the guy went so fast and rushed through everything, left powder and filed nail residue all over my hands and nails and then applied my nail color on top of that. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would never return.

Went there on the may 18th got gel manicure eyebrows and lashes done nails were excellent eyebrows horrible eyelashes got an infection in my left eye had to go to eye drops from my eye doctor its now the 22nd been calling but manager was not in so I decided to do a review wanted to make T my nails guy but I wont be going back there Im traumatized havent been able to see all weekend

This is the second time Ive made an appointment and still waited more than 30 minutes to get started. They need to stop telling people to pick a color or 5 minutes when they arent going to be 5 minutes or next! So many people were waiting and they kept saying 5 minutes. I have a limited amount of time, which is the point of making appointments. Service sucks here.

Filthy and poorly managed. Overbooked and over priced. Posted prices and actual prices charged are not even close. Expect to pay $25 for a plain gel manicure and $36 for fills. Customers treated like cattle. Everyone told pick a color and wait 5 minutes. You are taken an hour later appointment or not. With a nail salon on every corner around here, it is shocking that this place is even in business.

Im originally from north jersey and its been really hard to find a spot that can do my nails like salons up north. This is the closest by far.

I paid $30 for a gel manicure. A week later it started peeling so I went back to get it taken off and they charged me $10 for that. Terrible service. Would not reccomend.
