What an amazing family run business! Not only is the work impeccable but it’s just such a friendly and family oriented salon. The nail art is beautifully done, very talented and meticulous with their work and nail artI am from out of state but I will definitely be back and I will never go anywhere else! They definitely take great pride in their work and it speaks volumes!(I needed a polish change and single nail repair, I was turned away from another local shop because they didn’t have time for only a little money and where clearly customer service is Not their strong suit.)Go to Alpha Nail Salon you won’t regret it!!!!10/10 above and beyond and beautiful nails that last!

They were absolutely phenomenal! I had Casey she provided a very comfortable environment while I got my nails done. She was very friendly very nice and very Cooperative which made it a comfortable experience instead of sitting there awkwardly at some other salons. I will definitely return and this is now my new go to nail salon! Although they are a little bit pricey the service is fantastic and worth it :-)

I never leaves reviews but i had to this time. i spent $70 (not including tip) on these. i have polish all over my fingers, i was cut twice and the design doesn’t look like the picture. i’ve been going here with my mom since i was little and the past year or so they’ve gone downhill. i just wish that if a person can’t do the design they would say no instead of doing a bad job and charging a high price.

I always have a good experience when going to Alpha Nails. Everything is super clean and covid friendly. Too add Justin is the best 👌🏾broke my nail in the worst way possible a few hours before my appointment and was not a pretty sight 🥴🥴 I was terrified thinking I would lose my actual nail Justin was very gentle when repairing and he sings too

If your in a pinch and need your nails or toes done same day, they have a lot of people working and can usually accommodate you. However, typically rushed, in and out. Not a bad service, but not a relaxing one either. Always feels a little crazy.

I hate going to salons. I always felt like they never truly listened to what I want or actually cared about how your nails came out. However, my mind was completely changed when I went to Rosa at Alpha nails. I made an appointment for 11:30 I got there a little earlier and they took me right away. The pedicure was super relaxing and clean. After that I got a gel manicure with Rosa as well and I can’t express enough how happy I am with them. I’m a simple person so I never really get designs or anything. My biggest thing is making sure that the polish/ cuticle line is smooth and clean. Rosa definitely took her time and the lines were so precise. From the front desk to the staff in the back as well as their color options, I was blown away. I will only go to this salon from now on. Thank you again!💕

I wanted to relax the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids but they ruined it.While making the appointment over the phone we were very clear with our one and only expectation - we want to get the pedicure and manicure together. They assured the service over the phone but I know now it was a lie to get our business. I didn’t care much for the quality of the service either but I would have let it go had they been more professional. My wedding day was stressful enough already and they definitely added to it.UPDATE - 5/10/2021It is very interesting to read your response. I am glad I wrote this review since I can now see your true side. You have admitted to not being there to see your employees behavior, yet you chose to not speak to us that day and have now stooped to discriminatory patronizing because you could not handle a negative review. I always go here for my nails and I enjoy going every time because my nails always come out PERFECT. but, i just wanted to know if you guys are using EMA acrylic? I was trying to soak off my nails and had SO much trouble removing my nails. I only managed to get 4 nails off and those 4 took me over 3 hours... not to mention all of my real nails are broken very short and one of them even started bleeding :(.

I just moved to this area and needed someone to my nails regularly. I am so happy that I chose Alpha Nails. Tim’s work is excellent. They followed all expected safety precautions related to COVID. I will be returning regularly and will recommend Alpha Nails to my family and friends.

I got a full set elsewhere a week ago and broke a nail.i called alpha and asked if they could fix it since it was close to closing. They told me to come right in! Tracey fixed in in less than 10 mins and it looks great! The place is stunning! I will be going back for my fill with her because she was so nice’

I loved my nails, I think she did a good job for the price which was $25 for a regular gel manicure. I also got a pedicure which came out nice as well. I do however feel like the pedicure was a bit rushed and for it being 25$ as well, it could have been a bit longer. My feet were barely scrubbed (personal opinion.) Overall my nails look good and she didn’t cut my nails too short either. I will most likely be back for manicures in the future.

The man who did my nails educated me on gels since it was my first time. He had a conversation with me like we were people (not just get it done and get out) and the woman who did my pedicure went out of her way to make the color i wanted. My feet were bad from having to work 2 jobs and having no time to keep up with myself. They did not judge me and treat me as I was to poor to afford getting my nails done and took me serious instead of treating me like I would never come back cause I couldnt afford it. Great job and wonderful staff. Extremely clean environment and professional. And the customers were also very friendly.

Im here on vacation and I went on Google to find a nail salon. It did not fail me! Alpha Nails is above and beyond! My nails look fantastic and the service was excellent! I recommend setting up an appointment, this place is incredibly busy but its busy for a reason! Even without an appointment I was still seen in 20 minutes. Could not recommend this place any more highly! A+++

I have tried so many nail salons and have been disappointed with them ALL.....until I found Alpha Nails. I have been going there for at least four years or more and I cant say enough positive things about them. They are friendly, efficient and so good at what they do.Tim has been doing my nails from day one and he is quiet, but very nice. He is an absolute artist. My nails are PERFECT every time. I go in there feeling a little down and frazzled sometimes, but I come out happy & smiling. Thanks Tim for the great job that you do.I know..... I will try not to wait so long in between fills next time.

I have been going to Alpha Nails for over a year now and I absolutely love everyone there! I personally have my nails done by Amy but I have several friends who go to Tommy, Tim, Justin, and others as well and none of us have ever left the salon unhappy with our nails! Regardless of if it’s your first time at the salon or have been going there for years, you will always feel welcome and always be treated with respect! Amy is amazing at designs, she’s always able to do whatever I ask for my nails and always leaves me impressed! She totally goes above and beyond what I even show her in my Pinterest picture! She’s the best! My mom goes to Amy as well and she’s always showing off her nails and telling people about Alpha because she loves it so much! I highly recommend Alpha to everyone! I’ve always had a difficult time finding a great salon in Toms River until Alpha because Alpha just truly surpass them all!! Go to Alpha and you’ll never look back!!

Went here because a different salon messed up my nails for prom. They made everything so much better. My nails looked gorgeous, will never go any where else but here ever again.

Walked in yesterday as a friend referred me and I had the best experience! For someone who has been to a dozen nail salons over the past few months, this is the place I am staying at! The staff is so friendly and the work is of the highest quality I have seen. The place is clean and its a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Not happy with my experience whatsoever. The nail technician I had was very rough, nails are all different lengths and crooked (although I did mention it a few times and she attempted to fix it). She kept nicking me on the hand with the machine that smoothens the nails, took off the length when I specifically asked her to keep it, pushed back my cuticles so much that it was hurting, and her order was all over the place so it seemed she didnt really know what she was doing. She didnt even bother to take the time out to put gel or polish all the way down my nails. It already looks like Ive had my nails done for 2 weeks. Extremely sad and annoyed that all this occurred in one sitting. Not going back.

My daughter and I went here today, just left actually. The lady doing my nails didnt realize that I understand quite a bit of Spanish. The way she was talking about not only me, but also my 7 year old daughter, for wanting a seashell design on our toes is disgusting, disrespectful,and disgraceful. We will not ever be back.

Went there for the first time on the day they opened up salons after Covid.All stalls whether it be for manis or pedis are surrounded by plexiglass and are wiped down with disinfectant after each customer. They also take each customers temperature before entering.Friendly, reliable service.

Best nail Salon in town! Ive been going here for over a year now and absolutely love it! Amy is amazing! Very professional and polite and get you out in great time. I found this place because my cousin and I wanted pedicures and we didnt realize they were at closing time, they still took us and it was a WONDERFUL experience! I decided to give them a try for my nail fills ( I was going to my past nail lady for over 8 years). I will not go ANYWHERE else!! Ive since talked some family members and friends to check them out, and they couldnt be happier!! Great service and amazing work! And the gel last so long I constantly get compliments on my nail designs Amy does and sometimes time gets the best of me and I cant make it at the two week mark and have gone over 4 weeks and my nails stay intact and fresh looking. After a horrific experience with pro nails called saw me this morning Justin wrapped my nails listened to what I wanted and followed the picture to a T ....very helpful pleasant and friendly everyone there seemed professional and friendly! Place was clean and nicely decorated after searching for a long time finally found a great place to get nails done!

Just moved to Toms River 6 months ago and found Alpha Nails. I cant say enough about how great literally everyone there is. Ive had my nails done by 3 employees and they are all great! Tim does my nails regularly and he is quick and does them perfect! Love this salon. I highly recommend. Best nail salon Ive ever been to!

I kept trying to find a nail salon in the area and just couldnt find a place I was happy with until I came to alpha nails. They are so friendly, professional and clean. Tim did an amazing job on my nails and he didnt hurt me once. Im finally happy with my nails and the way I was treated. I will be back there!!

I typically go to a location where I get my nails done for 35-45$ regardless of crazy designs and different colors and shapes . I’ve never paid anymore than that until I went to Alpha nails for a fill for 60$! I got an ombré green and a smiley face and I was told it was so expensive because of that. That makes no sense and it was honestly the biggest rip off. I wouldn’t be so aggravated if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to tell my tech multiple times to make my nails less crooked only to come out with almost every nail except the right pinky being crooked. I wish I could post a photo because I was astounded . There are no prices ANYWHERE in the salon and I wasn’t told a price until midway through my nails. I even said the price was outrageous considering it only took her 35-40 minutes to finish my nails. NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN.

Nails came out very nice but she never put lotion or oil on my cuticles.. Realized as i was leaving but they looked great

I have been going to the same salon for 4 years. After a few issues and nails popping off I decided to try some place new and I am glad I did. At the recommendation of my coworker I found Alpha. Tim was wonderful. He did my nails beautifully and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience.

I went here for the first time today. Two weeks ago I went to my usual place for a gel fill and had the paint chip and one nail break off since then. I was so disappointed. I was in the area and came here as soon as they opened, I had to wait 15 mins. I didnt mind the wait because it was the best manicure Ive ever had. The guy that did my nails did an ombre French manicure and I love it! I would highly suggest an appointment. By 10am they were at full capacity with a full waiting area on a Thursday. They are clearly doing things right!

The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly to both the customers and each other, great dècor, and I could not be happier with my nails! I got my toes done and a set of acrylics put on. They put a lot of time and care into both and I got exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend!

I love their nails, but because they are so busy you get forgotten about. The small space fills up quickly with aggravated women who are ignored, or somewhat neglected. I liketo feel good about spending over a hundred dollars every two weeks,!?¿.....??

I was a walk-in, but was seated right away. Jacki did a wonderful job on my nails. This included my split nail, which I thought was hopeless. This is my nail place from now on.

I had my nails done here and my tips with acrylic pooped off within a week great staff but I’ve never ever experienced my nails posing after a week love the place but afraid to go back and not one to complain cause I know you all work hard . Just afraid to come back as soend more money for a full set I usually go to STATEN island to get my nails done and they last over a month and usually go for fills with no prablem after 3 weeks want to try you guys again but afraid to spend the money if they won’t last I had full set activity with gell French on top single disabled mom and afraid to come back and waste money uuug. Other than that place is very clean and everyone is very very polite . Thank you

One of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. The girl was very unfriendly, didnt listen to what I asked. I had to tell her to cut my cuticles. When I told her she had the wrong color, she was annoyed. With the price that I paid, I should of had outstanding service.

They were super busy which I can understand for a Friday. We made an appointment for 3 pedicures and were told we could be accommodated. When we arrived they only had chairs for 2 of us, so the other person had to wait until we were done. The pedicures were a little rushed feeling, but they did a decent job.

I’ve been going every two weeks for a few months for a gel fill and eyebrow wax. They always take walk ins and even in a busy Friday you are taken within 15 minutes. Eyebrows always cone out nice and is priced appropriately. The gel fills however are priced pretty high. They always come out pretty nice, not amazing but they are consistently nice. You always get the staff talking to each other in Korean while doing your nails too which makes you uncomfortable sometimes but as we all know that happens at EVERY nail salon. The salon is clean and staff is otherwise friendly but the gel fills and spa pedicures are priced too high for what you get. Will be trying a new salon in the area recommended by a friend.

Brought my 5 year old daughter in to get her nails done and they were amazing!! She loved it and they took extra care to make her comfortable as it was her first time getting them done!

I went in late on a Wednesday, waited like 5 minutes. The girl was quick and did exactly the length and shape I wanted. I didnt have time to get my nails done before I left Florida and Im glad I found this place as I now have a place to go when Im in town

Beautiful clean salon! Very friendly staff and you get greeted at the door. My first time going and I tried them because of their close location to my home and the reviews. I went for my eyebrows but unfortunately the young man who did them didnt know how to do eyebrows. I dont know if he was filling in for someone elses but he definitely was not skilled at this. Unfortunately I cant use them as my local eyebrow spot but other than that the salon looks like a wonderful place to get other services.

Ive visited here a few times and this last time I got a predicure and requested a design and it came out horrendous and I ended up taking off the nail polish once I got home. The employees are really nice and its a very relaxing atmosphere.

Overall it was ok. There are some nice workers and then there are some terrible ones. The guy that did my pedicure seemed to be rushing. I took my boyfriend to get his pedi its with me and the lady that was assigned to him made a face, made a comment in her native language to the guy doing my pedicure and he laughed. I do not speak the language, but know it was something along the lines of...I am not doing his feet no way. She kept making looks and didnt do his pedicure. Eventually another very nice lady did his pedicure. so frustrating that we go and they make him feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. he comes with me every now and then and this is the first place that has mean rude.uncalled for very rude.

Went here for the first time today after a recommendation and I will not return. While as a walk in they took me right away the technician sat for a few minutes looking at lottery tickets before acknowledging me. The table was dirty, covered with nail dust and the yellow gel they have in a jar on each table, I did not feel comfortable placing my hands all the way on the table. I went to get an acrylic fill and he was very rough with the filing and using the machines, to a point where it stung a lot when he went to put on the polish. It was only when I got into my car did I notice that he nicked ALL my edges of my nails, leaving little cuts all over my right hand. After he put on the polish he lead me over to the nail drying station and left me there. As my first time at this salon I was not sure if I was supposed to wait for him to come back and cash me out or leave on my own so after waiting a while I finally had to ask other customers what they expected me to do. My nails had no shine after and looked very bad, I luckily had the same shade at home and was able to add more of my own layers to give them some shine.
