The young man i spoke to was extremely rude. The manager did help me but had no technical experience. I was told to go bye the cable at a hardware store. How do you supply these services and not have the equipment people needed. You have monopolied the area we have no other choices you should make it a positive experience. Terrible experience
Fast courteous service, quick in an out for returns, seating there is very comfortable if a wait is needed.

Gave me a broken set top box and no coax cable. Box was clearly broken as it was rattling inside. A little quality control would be helpful.
The store is nice clean and comfortable. The employees are pleasant and helpful. The problem is always with the equipment not working properly when hooked up and dealing with customer service on the phone for a long time to get the replacement boxes or modems to work properly.

Xfinity is a monopoly and provides the worst customer service. There is no other service provider worse. The staff is rude and abrupt, impossible to understand on the phone & the charges for quality of service are deplorable. They realize they run a monopoly and give zero effort towards pleasing a customer for over 20 years. As soon as the opportunity presents itself for me to drop Xfinity as my provider I will take full advantage of it. When my contract I am currently stuck in ends I will cancel my service all together, change the account holder name and then be able to get a first time customer discount they can’t extend to a loyal customer. Rant over.

Very knowledgeable and helpful sale associates in this store.We brought our own phones and agent switched us to Xfinity mobile in half hour. Saved us lots of $$ from our previous cell provider.
Pleasant & professional. My only issue is there is absolutely no coordination with Xfinity- if you are dealing with customer service via 800 number & go into store the left hand has no access to the right hand which is frustrating & a waste of everyones time . For such a large organization this unacceptable everyone needs to be on same page because being polite while your telling me we cant help you, you need to call 800 # while in the store is unprofessional & time consuming- simply it shows a lack of respect & understanding for customers needs & time And I am sure equally stressful & frustrating for the workers themselves since they get the brunt of customers frustrations, so get it together Xfinity/Comcast life is too short for these easily fixable time wasters - its unnecessary stress to your employees & customers.
I go here regularly to get my internet bill fixed because when I try to do it by phone or chat & end up speaking to Michael in India who speaks VERY LITTLE English I get screwed! Christian & Mark (manager & assistant manager) are AWESOME & always make it right! 🤓

Horrible company! Finally had my services cancelled after a week of phone calls, 5 tech no shows and some of the worse customer service Ive ever dealt with. Thought I was free and clear and getting a credit to my account for poor customer service. 2 weeks later I get another bill of 88 dollars. Just paid 530. This company makes me sick! Just bill after bill! I dont even have any service from them and they are still sending bills. Xfinity should be closed down and all corporate suite and ties put in jail for theft! F**K Xfinity 💩💩💩

Xfinity is breaching contracts of those with unlimited home internet. They now cap you at 1200 gigs and charge 10 dollars per 50 gigs over. My contact ends in December and Xfinity wants to bully me into accepting the change of service, by either charging me a 100 dollars early termination fee or by charging me more per month for my unlimited data.Go to Verizon.

After waiting on service for not one no show but two and the third showed up minutes before actually being late seemingly uninformed thinking to check out dated equipment, when it was clearly stated that a new modem was needed and the cable box being returned he understood and the video service was removed and a new modem was set up . Sure Ill have to get another modem of my own to get rid of the 15 dollar fee but my problem was resolved long last even with a $25 credit and a loss of service for 5 day, you can only be told that they are Sorry for the inconvenience so many times by the kiss ups who try so hard to be loved by irate customers, the key to good service is communication not butt kissing !

I was pleasantly surprised since cable and internet companies are notorious for gripping their claws into you and refusing to let go. We ended up going back with Comcast after the move. 👍

The staff acknowledged me immediately, as soon as I walked in the door and explained who would help me and what to expect. I was in and out in five minutes to get a replacement cable box. After discussing my issues with the rep, he took the time to make sure I was leaving with the newest equipment they had to offer. Well worth dealing with the traffic to get to that particular store.
Low quality service and game player avoid Xfinity if you can !They charge more Mony for low speed internet and its keep disconnected for no reason !!!I was live in north jersey and the service is so badThen I relocate to jersey shore and they are same bad service !

Had to change my Tv internet and phone package.
I agree with the 2 star rating. I was returning my Dads cable equipment for him. He went to Florida. The employee at the front desk was able to take the equipment from me and register that into the system. He couldnt figure out how to generate a receipt. I had to wait in queue for 20 minutes to be called up and be helped by a representative. Once called, the representative gave me a receipt and sent me on my way in 60 seconds or less. A bit frustrating they couldnt just do that at the front desk.

The automated sends you in endless loops, none of which could possibly resolve the issue. I needed to speak to an agent but the automated system kept giving me choices that it claimed it could help me with. It couldn’t. Very frustrating and annoying!
Nice people, but they have you take a number and sit and wait unnecessarily. You can come for the littlest quick transaction and they will make it slow and have you wait a few minutes so you try sitting in their nice chairs. Lovely decoration.

The main problem is the location!Ocean county is the biggest county and one store covering a large area, and in a busy area. The parking area leaves a lot to be desired! Its a lot more comfortable, but just like Walmart, why have customer counters when you dont have staff to man them. I know, Saturday is your busier day.Overall the visit and staff were very helpful and the purpose of my visit was fulfilled. The point is I had to drive there and back which takes an hour, and the problem is not much better. The speed is still under 100mbps! Im paying for the best and Im barely getting the bottom service, which has been going on for at least two years! So what now, Im not spending an hour on the phone with a technician!
Excellent service. I first went in at noon. A 1/2 hr wait. I was offered a chance to make an appointment. I did for later in the day. I was seen promptly as I walked in.
Service was prompt and courteous. Easy sign in at kiosk or desk when you arrive. GPS does have hard time directing you to address, kept trying to put me on opposite side of the highway. Traffic and parking was a bit of a challenge. Front parking lot is tight, park in back, much easier to get out.

Xfinity has their problems like any big corporation, but one thing is for sure. They have employees that will go the extra mile for you not just the extra step! To me that means a lot. Its not easy to do what they do day in day out working with the public. I know that I can be a real pain when Im not happy about something, and they put up with that all day long? I honestly dont know how they can do it, but I am sure glad they can. Thank you Xfinity!
Dont go there. They dont really know their services and dont show much interest in resolving your questions or problems, i am sure they really dont know, i was told there is nothing they can do for me to resolve my issue, so i asked them if they didnt care that they are losing a customer, the answer was the same, so i cancelled my service, i was not even passed on to someone higher to try and get an answer to keep the service. I called their corporate told them that they need to re-evaluate their training program which is not working. They advertise so much, then cant back it up with service. I am used to Verizon service and knowledge to resolve all issues which is what they are there for.
Went in already knowing what I wanted, even called the 800 number to make sure. I was in and out faster than it took to drive there. Upgraded/changed my package and turned in some equipment. Super fast.

Conveniently located on Hooper ave in Toms River across from the Ocean County Mall. Quite a large showroom with a vast selection of phones, tablets and other technical devices. They also offer a kiosk where you can pay your cable or phone bill by cash, check, debit or credit card. The store itself is easy to miss if you dont watch closely as there are many store entrances along that portion of Hooper Ave
Went to the store on Hooper Ave last night to upgrade to a HD cable box. A gentleman named Gregory helped me. He was absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a retail store. Comcast- you have a great employee. Thank you Gregory for all your help

Waited for about 50 minutes to be seen just to pick up a modem I previously ordered it was a Wednesday night, not during a holiday... No one even apologized to me for be waiting for so long .... This is my first time here from switching to FiOS to this... and not for nothing but I never had to wait at FiOS...so just be prepared to wait if you go here...
Cheaper than Comcast very friendly very affordable if if on a budget. Greeted at the door. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Even on the way out they said have a nice day very pleasant place

Best tech support here. I make an appt. as you never know how busy this store is because it is also their Corp. Repair location. Often ITS a very quick slight of the hand that gets me out of a mess I created. Often I dont know how or what I did. I am in and out in good time. They are marvels with Sprint/electronic gizmos and gadgets. Always are most helpful. Unfortunately, I used to get more help via phone but lately you have to go to the store which is complicated for me. I have been with SPRINT SINCE 2004! Enough said?
Staff not much help. And Why doesnt Comcast have the technology to transfer my dvr recordings to a new box? You would think they would have that ability. And my triple play with no premium channels is just short of 200 a month. Sigh
