No nonsense, straight forward and honest with us we upgraded our phones and he advised us not to change our plan as we already had a great plan.

My technician took his time with replacing my Screensaver. He handled my phone gingerly. I really enjoyed the visit.

Only gave 5 stars due to the fact that the ratings don’t go higher. I have my mom on my account and I live in another state. Karen the assistant manager at this location took total control of every aspect to make sure my mom was taken care of. She saved me a trip to the location. She kept in constant contact with myself and my mom. The item that I ordered was not in stock and as soon as it arrived karen notified me and completed all necessary procedures to activate the new phone. As if all that was not enough she actually hand delivered to my mom at her home. If that is not customer service I don’t know what is. I really appreciate everything she has done for us and would highly recommend anyone looking for great service to go see her.

The experience was ABOVE and beyond. Helpful, attentive and worked with me to accomplish a not very easy task. I do not recall her name but I believe she is a manager there. Absolutely wonderful and need more people like her in customer care.

The Verizon staff that helped me tonight was probably the nicest individual I have ever had help me in a store, and coming from a cynic like me that should mean extra. I needed a new phone after breaking my other one for about the 5th time and chose to make the jump from Android to Apple, so already I was bringing a lot of issues to work with to the table. Rashawn B. took his time with me, did everything he could to get my information in to the new phone, even though I knew none of my passwords to make it easier. All this while my two young sons ran around the store like the maniacs they are. He did things other employees had been unwilling to do in past services, such as use my device dollars, which a prior employee years ago told me he couldn’t.Was just a good experience in a rough situation.

I and my husband just stop by yesterday afternoon and the guy who sit the first chair is the one we talked with. my husband is a regular custumer of verizon for 7 years. And he asked if he could switch his current policy to prepaid option, add me into his line and as well as update the new phone. The guy look a little annoyed when start taking us as we are asian and english is not our first language. But i beleive he understand everything we say and so do i. He told my husband that his account is old and cant switch to the prepaid, and with a prepaid account my husband cant add me to my line and prepaid account dont have promotion to update a new phone. He tried to force us to a plan, which pay more or otherwise theres no way to help. I felt that something was not right. He didnt want to help us and seem look down on asian and try to cheat us. At the end, we left and went to the one on Hooper rd, they are so friendly, and help us do everything in just 15 minutes and they are surprise about what that guy say to us( my husband account is old so cant switch to prepaid and prepaid account cant add anyone into the line and dont have promotion for updating a new phone.). All of my family around here using verizon but i think i will not recomment any one to come here. it so sad a a business, because i dont want anyone of my member family will be treated like that, just because he think we are asian.

This is a very well run store, there are on 2 people that are really turning it on! He told me without going in a circle what the best decision was for me. Period!! The truth up front!! Hard to come by these days.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rashawn Bass today at your store (1 Route 37 West Suite 101 Toms River). Not only was Rashawn pleasant and fun, he was also very knowledgeable. Went into shop after messing up settings on my phone. I couldnt fix it after much experimentation. Then the heavens opened and Saint Katherine McGregor diagnosed and fixed issue under 2 minutes. Im very grateful and appreciative of her knowledge and professional willingness to help me on the spot.

I would definitely recommend this store and want to give special thanks to Karen. We had an issue in getting my moms new phone that another Verizon store and Verizon customer service were unable to help with. Karen solved the issue with ease. In addition to being knowledgeable, she was very kind and compassionate toward both me and my mom.

Ordered online apple phone 12, not in stocks, no way for them to call and tell me. After waiting 4.5 hours left there with Samsung s20+. Worst then buying a car. The fault was with Verizon inventory system and tech support. Seem they already set up payments for iPhone that wasnt available. Staff at victus tried there best. They really should have offered me free case or something

He tells me the order never processed even though corporate Verizon said everything was good to go. I use to work for a retailer. When the screen on my iPhone 6S randomly just stopped working, I first went to a different Verizon store and they were so short with me, and had no interest in helping me. I’m glad I took the extra drive and came here. Kathleen and Dustin were both so helpful and friendly. They were both knowledgeable on the products and services and helped me find what worked best for me, and kept it within my budget. We were in and out in less than a half hour, they made the purchase so easy. I’ve always gone to a different Verizon store, but I’m glad that I found one that is so much better! Love you guys. 😉

Well after venting about their lack of doing what they were suppose to do the Representative (Karen) at this location fixed the problem! And boy did she fix it! Today I worked with Kathleen at the Toms River store on 37. She was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly an asset to this store. I was frustrated with AT&T and after many questions she help me get the plan I needed. I would very much recommend asking to see her if you are switching services. If you are her supervisor and are reading this give her a raise.

Just popped into Verizon on Hooper in Toms River and waited only a minute before Karen came over to assist me. I was having trouble using my new phone and without missing a beat Karen was able to diagnose and fix the problem. She was so professional and sweet and most of all knowledgeable. Her willingness and ability to get my phone working so quickly renewed my faith in Verizon’s customer service!

My Galaxy 9 Android was totally disabled after I agreed to the security update. I could not get the phone working properly, and I need it for my job and family emergencies. I stopped by the Victra store in Toms River, NJ. The store manager, Rich D., was extremely patient and worked on my phone until it was out of safe mode and my contacts were restored. This support is NOT available at VZ corporate stores. The Victra store is much more customer friendly. I plan to direct all business of my family and friends to the Victra store. Thank goodness that they are available!

I stopped in three days ago because I needed to reset my iPhone 6 to factory settings due to having equipped a new iPhone 8. Kevin the representative was very helpful and did the reset for free. I realize these stores need to make money and would recommend them to anyone who asks the charges upfront as I believe they are honest retailers.
