The only place you need to shop for if you want great service is Pine Belt Cadillac of Toms River. I was shopping all around for our 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV and there is a shortage this year, from what I heard they are only producing 20% of the normal fleet. Pine Belt had 1 in transit, I called & was talking to Joe Gliozzo and his service was great. He found out the car was still available and was not pushy just informative. We were fully informed, no hidden nonsense. Bottom line we flew from SC to NJ just because 1 they had the vehicle we wanted, and Joe was excellent in his service, he was very knowledgeable of the car, and also did a follow up after we left. My husband was so happy with his service he says we wont shop anywhere else.

Brought my brother there to drop off his caddie which had a warranty on it. It didnt even have it for a month and it started to have to have problems with it. They agreed to fix it under the warranty which is the reason why I was bringing his there. When we awe arrived we waited roughly an hour to be waited on and then told that he wouldnt be given a courtesy vehicle which completely outrageous!! They kept saying they didnt have one. After 45 mins of bugging them they all of the sudden came up with loaner car which we waited almost 2 hours for!! We most definitely will not be going back to this particular Cadillac dealer for any dealings. While there, we overheard several customers complaining of waiting as well as other complaints.

2013 CTS with GM extended warranty. Car was bucking under acceleration, Ralph in Service properly diagnosed it, he worked around my schedule and arranged for a loaner car. Ralph also handled all the correspondence with the warranty and made sure everything was covered. Did a wonderful job and the car came back running like new and spotless. I will be buying another Cadillac, and one of the main reasons is that Ralph and all the other great people in service make the inevitable repairs prompt and painless. Youre definitely treated like a valued customer and not just a number.

When I entered the dealership, I felt completely hopeless. I had a car with a blown engine, requiring thousands of dollars of work, limited down payment and a time frame of only two or three days. Eddie worked magic. He was able to find me an immaculate car, loaded, with less miles than my other vehicle. In addition, he negotiated for me so that the down payment was affordable, and my monthly payments actually dropped. Most of all, though, his kindness and desire to help me we are what stood out. I was more than a credit score, I was a person with a story who was in a tight spot. Even though it took more effort and time on his part, he went the extra mile to make sure I would be in a car that was safe and reliable. I have already spoken to several friends who are looking ay purchasing in the next few months. I told them, go see Eddie at Pine Belt Cadillac, he will get you in the car you want with the right payments for your budget. Git A Very Nice Ford Fusion.. from next door literally. at pinebelt Automotive, all used cars were there. Sales man was great Cliff until he sold you the car.. then it was like you never were there again never helpful after the papers were signed for the car..

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a car dealership service department. My sunroof was leaking so I brought my car in for service. The service advisor assured me that the sunroofs drain pipe was clogged and only needed to be flushed. A quick and easy fix. So I dropped my car off Tuesday night so it could be looked at on Wednesday 8/15 at 7:30 A.M. I received my car back on Thursday 8/16 around 4 P.M. and was told that the car took this long because service was detailing the area my roof was leaking behind the driver side back seat. When I received my car back the roof looked the exact same prior to the car being detailed. Over the weekend it rained and I noticed that the same spot was leaking again so, I brought my car back for service. Again. The service department failed to check and see if they resolved the issue with the leak in the roof the first time. They finally came to the conclusion that the seal around the sunroof was the problem. My car was looked at for the second time on Tuesday 8/21. The service advisor called me Tuesday afternoon and I was assured my car would be ready on Wednesday 8/22 morning. When I arrived Wednesday in the afternoon around 4 P.M. to pick my car up the service advisor told me that my car was not ready, mind you she never called to tell me that the car would not be ready, I was under the impression it would be ready Wednesday morning based on the last call I received from the department. So, my ride left thinking there would not be an issue (silly mistake looking back) and I had to walk half a mile down route 37 for a ride. I was never offered a ride from Cadillac that would have taken less than a minute. Finally when my car was finished and I picked my car up on Thursday 8/23 I asked if I would receive my $151.14 back because they misdiagnosed the problem of my car to begin with and never actually checked their work. They simply guessed what was wrong, did not fix the problem forcing me to go 5 business days without a car. The service advisor assured me this was the proper steps to take and that the leak is never tested after flushing the drain. So, the service advisor was incorrect, the mechanic never actually checked to see what was wrong and I have to pay 2x for it. In conclusion, Im 26 years old and could have been a customer for life since I live in the area and love my Cadillac. Instead I will not be going back to this service department and will not recommend this Cadillac dealership to anyone. Mercedes will be getting my business next year when its time for me to buy a new car.

I have been in every dealer on Rt 37. Not one even compared to the culture and service at Pine Belt Cadillac. Giovanni in sales and Dan in service were so great that my wife and i told all our family and friends. I am sending my brother there and will be buying my wife her next SUV there.Life giving culture and customer service beats product every time.
